The shop is very clearly laid out and is great for access, the private carpark and also the ramps allow access for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

It's so good! It lasts a lot longer than supermarket own brand litter, and actually works out cheaper. The only problems are, it takes up quite a lot of room in the kitchen and the cats like to scratch at the bag! Our cats are registered with the vets in here and while the treatment costs aren't as cheap as elsewhere I don't think, the veterinary staff are very knowledgeable and it's easy to get in and out of with the cats when you're taking them in for their vaccinations (although their constant miaowing doesn't half echo round the store!) As someone else mentioned, the small furry animals section is a real draw, especially when you have a little toddler!

We phoned pets at home and had a lengthy discussion with them about it and in the end we decided it would be best to take him back and swap him for a different one (after being assured he wouldn't be put down!). After a few hours we felt so guilty we asked if we could have the disabled one back - they happily obliged and let us have him for free! The shop itself is a nice size and has lots of different animals as well as a dog grooming salon. I find it to be quite expensve but at least it's good quality.

I was told I would receive all information on MY DOG but they sent me details on an EXAMPLE DOG as my own. I am truly truly hurt and disgusted by the fact that I was actually making a difference. I made them promise one thing many times before I made the choice to give her up and that was they would let me know BEFORE if they had to put her to sleep so I could be there. Today they emailed me to say they had put her to sleep after they had done it. I am in utter shock. Seems it was cancer and they could have waited for me to come in and be there with her at the end so she wasn't alone with strangers. Now they are not replying about her remains. These people are utterly evil, do not trust them, I am now looking at suing them for breach of promise.
