When I called to request a simple replacement or refund for the dead ones, they flat-out refused. They told me they only guarantee their plants if you pay them even more money to handle the installation. What a complete joke and an absolute rip-off. It is garbage customer service to hold a basic product warranty hostage behind an expensive installation service fee. Save your hard-earned money and go to a nursery that actually stands behind what they sell. I will never step foot on this property again.

My first impression of Cocoa Botanical Garden was that many of the plants were half alive, some were even dead. We went into the main building to look around and ask where the succulents were. Once inside the building I wasn't impressed with their selection, nor was I happy with the high prices. Finally inside the store it wasn't very well kept. We were greeted by a team member and we asked about the succulents and we were told that they didn't have any. We left the building and once outside we met another person working (who is potentially the owner). We were told to go to Lowe's or Emerald Island Garden Center, right next door.
