My mother was looking for plant pots for her garden. I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I also found out that they are working towards opening their cafe again here. This is such an amazing place, and to top it off they have Cary, who is an amazing person, working here. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going to Emerald Island Garden Center for all of your gardening and landscaping needs.

My first impression of Cocoa Botanical Garden was that many of the plants were half alive, some were even dead. We went into the main building to look around and ask where the succulents were. Once inside the building I wasn't impressed with their selection, nor was I happy with the high prices. Finally inside the store it wasn't very well kept. We were greeted by a team member and we asked about the succulents and we were told that they didn't have any. We left the building and once outside we met another person working (who is potentially the owner). We were told to go to Lowe's or Emerald Island Garden Center, right next door. We thanked this team member and left Cocoa Botanical Garden, likely never to return.
