This male Indian worker at the bar sounded to rude when we simply tried asking for a menu and tried placing an order yesterday on the 3rd of Feb 2026, at around 10:30 pm at night. Yeah we tried placing order and asking for a menu but so what? If you wanna work in customer service you be nice to the customers no matter which side of the bed you woke up on. I think it's a cooperate mandate to be an a$$hole here apparently.

The description of the language on Uber -eats did not mention any ham. I assumed I didn't have to leave any notes. The only option was to call the store. So I didn't. Once my order came it was made with ham. I thankfully check my food. I called them immediately. The staff member was a young girl and she said to me. 'They'd how we have been making our lasagne for the last 20 years' honestly tried to get a refund and didn't think it was eligible enough. Since then didn't order from there again. Horrible service with no respect for peoples food requirements. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never forget this!
