Loved filling out paperwork on an app and seeing my place in line. Waited 10 minutes and had 1 patient ahead of me. Was taken back and quickly assessed by staff for cold / flu symptoms. Covid and Flu tests administered quickly. Was in and out within the hour. Would recommend for quick and efficient care.

They asked me to come back and when they completed the proceedure, I paid the $50. That was September, 2025. Now they are sending me an additional bill (it's June of 2026) for $50 because they couldn't complete the proceedure without my coming back. It took over an hour to connect with billing, and they refused to recognize that I'd paid it; they said each visit would be $50, not what I was told at the time. Don't go there. $600 total for an ear cleaning is outrageous! And adding insult to injury by charging me $100 not $50 is rediculous.

I was recently at the Women's Health center. I cannot find an actual yelp page for it, so I decided…read moreto write it here. I saw Dr. Reed due to issues with reoccurring ovarian cysts. I had been in the hospital a week prior to due with one rupturing. Upon scheduling I was already frustrated with the lack of care I had been receiving from past doctors who did not want to go further with my care due to their "religious" beliefs. I met with Dr. Reed and was assured that he would do whatever he could in order to figure out what was wrong with my ovary if anything was wrong at all. I ended up getting a laparoscopic procedure done in order to see the state of my ovary and rule out endometriosis. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I felt assured before the surgery and was assured that it would only be sore for a few weeks, and I'd have some pain from the gasses they use during the procedure. They did NOT prepare me whatsoever for the pain and the type of care I would need after the procedure. My wife was told very minimal details of how the procedure actually went. We were given photos of my ovary which had two yellow nodes on top of it but weren't told what they were. I went home after the surgery and rested but the next few days were some of the most painful, I've ever had in my life. I was immediately constipated after the surgery which they did not tell me would happen even though later on they told me it was "common." I had to educate myself and figure out what to do in order to pass stool which included buying an over the counter suppository in order to pass it. My stomach was completely bloated, and I looked 3 months pregnant, but they told me I should be more concerned if it was a week of constipation. I called the off-hour nurses multiple times, but none were in state. They contacted Dr. Reed directly about an issue with my prescription, but he never once contacted ME directly when I started to complain about the pains that continued to persist. I cannot take any pain medication that is going to make me high, and I explicitly told them this before the surgery. They scripted me an opioid anyway that I couldn't take. I was using a heating pad and 800 ibuprofen tablets for the first week. I was told to wait a month for a post op appointment despite all of the issues I had encountered and the amount of pain I was in. I did not feel taken care of whatsoever. It has only frustrated me more as a patient and a human being. I've been dealing with these pains for 2 years now and was told by multiple doctors it was FOR SURE my ovarian cysts. I had an appointment with another doctor because Dr. Reed was out of town, and she told me the yellow nodes were normal but asked me if I had ever had my tubes tied. She didn't explain why she asked me that but she told me to follow up with a primary care doctor about the abdominal pain. That doctor who wasn't my provider gave me more context than anyone has in weeks. Dr. Reed may seem nice up front but I don't think him, or his staff care about their patients as much as they say they do. None of them could even refer to me by my preferred name that I explicitly asked them to do. I just stopped asking by that point and had to listen out for a name I haven't gone by for 8 years. To those who made it this far, don't waste your time here. They do not give a shxt about you. Thank you.

Dr. Reed is a part of Verde Valley Medical Center and nothing has changed. Made an appointment 4…read moreweeks in advance. The appointment was made early morning to try to miss as little work as possible since I work out of town. I received a call from his office 4 days (scheduled for a Monday so includes the weekend) perkily called to change my appointment for later in the day as Dr. Reed just scheduled a meeting at my scheduled time. I informed her that I could not adjust my appointment as I had taken time off from work for it. She stated well you will not be seen and we need to reschedule it like no big deal. They are not aware that the patient is their customer. Very arrogant doctor, office staff and medical center. Chose to call to Bella Vita and would recommend them as they are professional and accommodating for their patient's work schedules.
