One of the hardest things to do is to prepare for the end of ones life, and she wanted us to be there for moral support. So when she found out of this prepaid legal service called ARAG, which provides legal services including estate planning and wills, she decided to sign up. She came to this law center to 1) create a trust so she can put her property and other items of value and name both of us as beneficiaries. 2) create a living will in case the worst happens. Certainly you do not want to have a situation when some major health/medical event occurs and my brother and I would not know what my mothers wishes are...especially the problem could then arise when people disagree with what to do and even a hospital/doctor may get in the way. One of the worst experience in both my mother and my life was when my little sister was dying and the hospital was refusing to allow her to go in peace. The attorney, was very knowledgeable and patient. She helped my mother throughout this process including the time in the office to make sure she understood every document she signed. The experience was so good, I will be coming myself to prepare my own living will. I hope neither of the living will created for Mom or the one which will be created for me will have to be used. I just rather trust family to look after my interests than a stranger regardless of whether they work for a hospital.

I sent messages via their web site, no response, called many times, no answer...I finally received a call from Nicole after filing a formal complaint with the Florida Legal Bar Association in Tallahassee...They finally drafted the letter and addressed it to the wrong person and were too lazy to take it to the Post Office sending "certified signature required" which was a requirement in our agreement as I requested numerous times... They actually sent the letter via UPS dropping It at the doorstep of the contractor, just like an Amazon delivery, no signature. Hard to believe a Law Firm would do something like that.... Pure incompetence...
