I broke things down into sections so you can get the gist of what I'm saying. She really does live up to all the hype. I HIGHLY recommend her. *Real-estate is one of her passions For Tara real estate seemed more like her calling than just a job to her. She is genuinely passionate about what she does, which is a very desirable trait in an agent. Ask her about how she talks contract strategies with her lawyer friends in her spare time; the aura of her enthusiasm will be tough to miss. It's the type of enthusiasm you can tell has been cultivated for a long time. When she fondly reminisced about how she used walk through half constructed homes with her father as a child, I knew she had found the right profession. The drive and energy Tara gains from her passion is a big part of what makes her such a formidable agent. *She can be pretty blunt and has a strong personality. She says what is on her mind and she will be firm (but not unyielding) about her views. If you are overly sensitive this might rub you the wrong way at times. She even admitted to me she is aware some of her clients feel this way. I think it takes character to own up to your criticisms. Personally I didn't see these traits as negatives. I think her bluntness makes her very easy to communicate with and more trustworthy. Furthermore I felt that her strong personality inspired confidence and is a boon in such a competitive vocation. She is the exact type of person you want to have on your side during negotiations! *She Emphasizes Quality over quantity Tara limits herself to a specific number of clients at a time. Despite being stellar at her profession, she has a finite amount of time and energy. By balancing her workload she ensures you get quality service. This is the type of realtor you want to have. Tara's goal is build a good reputation by investing in her clients. Tara's success rate is very impressive and her two Five Star Professional titles are well deserved. Being in the 95th percentile of one of the hottest real-estate markets in the country means she is doing a lot of things right. *She goes above and beyond Tara always puts in a 110%. She told me it's hard for her not to get emotionally invested in her clients, and REALLY wants to get them a win! If you are willing to go the extra mile, she will be there with you the whole way. This really paid off for me on the home we closed on. The owners were accepting offers as they came, and Tara managed to squeeze a viewing in that night at 10:00 PM. Earlier that day she had put another clients listing on the market, mediate a million dollar reroofing contract at her HOA board meeting and almost ran out of gas on the way to our viewing. She told me she had one of the worst days in a while. Despite being totally drained from all the days' hurdles she pushed through, showing me the house and then stayed until midnight doing market research so we could put in an offer the next day! Needless to say her extra efforts are what made my offer timely and won me the home I wanted. When things are moving fast Tara will make time for you. She was always reasonably quick to respond and would even reply at late hours or on holidays. When I say "reasonably quick" I mean that she did a fantastic job getting back to me while still managing her other clients. Don't expect to get 100% of her attention all the time, this is unrealistic. She will be there for you when it REALLY counts. For example I was forced into a pre-inspection on very short notice, 2 days from Sunday. I was terrified about getting a good inspector scheduled that quickly but Tara handled the situation like a champ. She asked some of her other clients if they could move their Monday inspection to later that week. It worked out well for them so they agreed. The inspector then filled his Monday slot with my appointment. Adaptability in such a volatile market is a crucial skill for a realtor to have! *Technical Expertise (house structure) Tara is very knowledgeable about how houses are constructed, and what good vs bad craftsmanship is. Tara built up her pool of technical knowledge through years of house walk throughs and a lot of hands on home remodeling. Being a very inquisitive electrical engineer Tara allowed me to visit her project home to see what the guts a house look like. Again I was VERY impressed with the knowledge she demonstrated and what projects she and her boyfriend had tackled. Whether it was re-framing walls, rewiring circuits, jack hammering and resealing pipes in concert floors, or jacking up their ENTIRE BASEMENT CEILING to weld in a city approved steel I-Beam support. She is definitely a technical minded person when it comes to homes and even cars!

Working with Tara has been a wonderful and very professional experience. She was punctual and well prepared for all of our appointments. She was very clear and up-front about what costs and experiences to expect at each point in the process. She made time for in-person meetings, late-night phone calls, last-minute viewings, and was prompt, responsive, and thorough in answering all of our questions. When we sold our home, the experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior. She saw our property for what it was and advised a selling price for its true worth. She used innovative efforts to develop prospective buyers, provided useful insights on pre-listing renovations, professional staging, and photography. Tara performed effective showings and facilitation during the sale negotiations. All of these tasks, whether business-related or interpersonal, were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competence, humility, integrity, and grace. She was extremely professional, helpful, and handled all as my wife and I were working and busy with a new son. Our house appraised and sold for more than the asking price and within the average time for our area. As we were shopping for a new home, she took the time to listen to what was important to us and selected a range of homes well-fit to our desires. She recommended a number of high-quality professionals to work with on the other aspects of our purchase, such as lenders, inspectors, and title companies, but always allowed us to make our own decisions on who to work with. She spent long days showing us homes, sometimes over a dozen in a day, for weeks so we could feel comfortable making an offer on a home we felt would be a good fit for our family. When it came time to write an offer, she led us through the process and was always present for important appointments such as the home inspection and title signing, in order to provide counsel and coordinate between the multitude of parties involved in making a home purchase. She always encouraged and enabled us to perform our due diligence before signing any contracts. The entire process, despite many hurdles, went quite smoothly due to Tara's management. Tara was very informative and it was obvious that she takes every action she can to protect her clients. She fought for us when needed and was always there to listen or to provide some advice. Above all, she made sure that we had everything we needed to make well-informed decisions. She was very clear about the laws, regulations, and standards of her practice. You can look at my profile & see I very rarely post a review This review is based off of our experience living in unit O103 from Nov 2021 - Jul 2024 We moved from out of state for work, & when we arrived we did the final paperwork & grabbed our keys. When we walked in, the place was disgusting. They had laid down new carpet but other than that the place was FILTHY & A LOT of things broken. The carpet wasn't fully laid yet. We were paying for an "upgraded apartment" LOL so there was supposed to be laminate in the main room, & when we asked they said that this was the "upgraded" apartment They gave us 3 days off rent-which we had to fight for a few more days because of the major inconvenience (out of state move). We couldn't stay in the apartment until it was livable. We gave them a week with us out, & when we returned, while mostly cleaner, there were still SO many things broken! we initially grabbed our keys a week AFTER our lease started, giving them extra time to fix it up. From the moment we moved in everyone in the office was wayyy less friendly than when trying to get you to sign a lease with them. the washing machine didn't properly wash clothes the first full year even with multiple maintenance requests until one of the more competent maintenance people caught the issue. Gross. Many of our clothes got mystery stains on them after "washing" in the broken machine and had to get rid of them. There was a plumbing issue in our building that left sewage in both of the bath tubs, sinks, seeping out of the floors, ect. We had to tell them they missed our apartment & they almost didn't fix ours that night bc the leasing office did not let maintenance know our apt was also compromised. They LEFT the sewage without cleaning it all weekend, and when we told the leasing office the following week when we were back in town, they basically said "Oopsies, we'll make a note." we paid for cleaning services out of pocket. Absolutely gross and unsanitary. MOLD. All over the apartment. No matter how often we wiped with vinegar & bleach, left windows open, had dehumidifiers, left our fans on (which is hilarious they don't turn off bc of how gross the place is) - there was mold in pretty much every corner growing on walls & windows. We did put in a request and they told us it was just dirt! insane when there's plenty of pictures & it's obvious that it's mold. They basically scrape what they can & paint over it. Disgusting. Kimberly did an initial move out walk thru & told us she would not nickel and dime us of our experience, & that our carpet was in good shape compared to other units. they only offered us $515 back from our prorated July rent AND our security deposit bc they replaced part of the carpet - after they had us pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned ($300). Part of the charge out of our deposit was to pay for more cleaning, and when that "didn't work" they replaced part of the carpet. We already paid for that cleaning. They had a professional receipt. It's not about the money-it's the fact they should have done the right thing after our experience. We avoided writing a bad review while living there in fear of big rent spikes & not getting our deposit back - We might as well have left the apt in the condition we found it (we left it extremely clean minus the mold we found which is much more than they can say they did for us). We noticed some positive reviews from current tenants last year all at the same time & wonder if the office offered them a special discount for a positive review. In my new search made sure to not check out their other Seattle area property. We considered staying again bc we do like the location, but so happy we chose to not put up with this place another year. There were other things we could list but you get it. If you can swing a little bit more in rent it's worth it to avoid this gross place.

If anyone had people over in our little section, we could hear it. Then our neighbors downstairs tried to say we were making too much noise. I just looked at her like she was insane because you can hear everything in this place, we weren't doing anything "noisey" it's not my fault you can hear through the walls and every step your upstairs neighbor takes. We heard every time our upstairs neighbors moved around. Mold. Mold. Mold. You can't just keep putting new caulk over old mold and pretend it's not there. The gym is not accessible 24 hours a day. Front desk decides when pool is open. Jacuzzi is in tiny awkward room. Old windows and doors. Opening our sliding glass door to get in the balcony is a task. Halfway through our year lease they said they would require all dog owners to submit a dna sample. I don't even have a dog, but honestly seemed weird. Why wouldn't they install cameras? Which would keep the property AND residents safer. When it snowed. No salt no sand. Just a complete ice rink of a parking lot. Also, do you like hearing the sound of a leaf blower 3 days a week? Then this is just the place for you!
