More concerning was that my ability to receive care appeared to be influenced by my husband's account status rather than my individual medical needs. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient-centered care. Additionally, the billing practices were excessive and unexpected. Appointments routinely exceeded $550, and I was charged at a rate of approximately $175-350 per hour for every minute of time spent, similar to an attorney's billing structure. Because there is no support staff, any time spent outside of scheduled appointments--regardless of how brief--was also billed by the minute. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt unreasonable given the already high cost per visit. Patients deserve transparent communication, ethical decision-making, and care based on medical need rather than financial considerations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this practice.

Her and her staff were fantastic. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because I do not care for the new location. It is VERY cramped and dark with no windows, like a dungeon, and the layout is quite strange. To get there you have to walk down a long, long hallway through another doctor's waiting room, then finally you get to the equipment way in the back by the emergency exit. I know she probably moved to this new office to save on rent, but it's a big step down from the bright, roomy clinic she had before. I would still return for PT with her, however.
