This place is setup in the typical "vendor stall" setup that's common with antique multi-stores where each little booth is a separate seller. Overall it provides a better experience for the customer with a plethora of different vendors and things to peruse. Sometimes these larger malls are a little bit cumbersome to navigate and I find myself thinking "oh crap, have I done this room yet?" but Antique Alley was kind enough to have arrows on the floor to direct you through their space, to make sure that you were able to see everything and not have to double back.

For example and Crocs & Vans stores did not have much selection to choose from and size 11 male shoes were so hard to find. Most of their selections look like items they couldn't sell in regular stores and try selling at the outlets for the same price. They offered 20% off if you buy a second item. We barely found a "first" shoe nice enough to buy. Perfumania was also wayyy overpriced in their selection.

They hyped her up so much and gave her the full sales experience showing her how she can customize suits in the future for upcoming events. I found T-shirts for my son and two pairs of shorts for myself. My boys are ages three and five and are a little wild. They were able to run around a little bit while I shopped and all was well. LOTS of shoes here and a decent selection of other things. I was hoping to find a few polo shirts for myself but didn't find what I liked today. Store was arranged well and easy to find things. Only two cashiers open with a decent line was the only thing I saw that needed work!

Customer service folks are always top-notch. Very helpful. Really professional and polite. And they know UA products like it's their business (um ... it is ...). I happened to be wearing what was an evidently older version of a UA t-shirt based on the logo. The floor guy started telling me all about it, what generation it was, how well I've evidently been taking care if it based on the lack of fraying of the logo itself. Was really nice to hear from someone with so much passion for the brand. Having said all of that, this is NOT an outlet. Prices are pretty normal (high) though they have a lot of stuff at discounts. This time my son and I each got 30%-40% off of our shirts, plus mysterious UA gift card. So keep that in mind: great place to shop but don't expect outlet prices.

My recent visit to Boscov's could have been a better experience. The store is becoming…read moreincreasingly like an off-price retail store. Why must customers go upstairs for items that are on sale? These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.
