On the whole the service I get is Ok - but continually having a new dentist means there is no continuity. The prices are standard NHS prices. there is no parking, but as I work in Chester this isn't a problem for me. Anyone else would have to take the bus in or park in one of the car parks. I had an awful experience at this dentist. I have been…read moreattending this practice for my dental hygiene and this has been fine so far. Following the replacement of a filling on my molar by Dr Gabi, I have started to have severe tooth pain which continued for 2 weeks. I could not sleep at night and I needed to take paracetamol multiple times a day. Dr Gabi took an x-ray of the tooth, but she was not sure why I had pain, as she has never had this issue before. The only option she offered me was to take antibiotics although no infection was present. I fortunately found a dentist in Manchester and I was lucky that he immediately understood the issue: I needed a root canal treatment has my tooth nerve was dying following a big filling. My pain settled within 8h but I had to postpone my flight to have this treatment. I am very disappointed with Dr Gabi's service: - she did not care in contacting me to check how I was (considering the long BH weekend) - she did not give me any specific treatment (as unfortunately, I don't think she had enough knowledge and/or experience to understand this issue) - she was not prompt to refer me to another dentist This cost me not only 2 weeks of pain, but also high cost for postponing the flight as well as for the root canal treatment, ending paying approx. £850 ! In addition, my tooth's nerve was damaged and had to be removed. I work in a medical field, and this experience with Dr Gabi has been unacceptable from a medical point of view. I think Dr Gabi should consider improving her general knowledge or restricting her work to what she is able to do, without engaging dental work which is out of her competence and knowledge.

Puredental welcome both private and NHS dentistry patients, they market themselves with a smile!…read more.. sorry.. as a one stop centre for excellent cosmetic dentistry. They specialise in cosmetics, but you can come here if you have the cash and just need an emergency filling. They offer a number of specialist cosmetic dentistry services including invisible braces, Botox, lip enhancement, fillers, teeth whitening, dental implants, white fillings, veneers, bridges, porcelains, crowns and dentures. They are open for the public to go on for a chat and a consultation, and I can imagine that they are quite pricey, as most cosmetic dentists are in the UK. They have four full time qualified cosmetic dentists working for the company, so you're bound to be able to get an appointment fairly quickly. But if you're in no rush and you want to save money on your veneers or crowns and get a holiday too, look at private dentists in countries such as Poland, you'll save a fortune for the same treatment!
