(from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". Anyhow, she continued to talk over me, refusing to let me get a word in edgewise... and then she hung up on me. Makes me super sad because I was being soooo nice and careful with what I was saying. By the time we got to the front of the line, the display cases were mostly empty of baked goods (it was a bakery kiosk!) but we shared one (1) chocolate pretzel croissant. Didn't look impressive, but looks can be deceiving! Wow! What a delicious, flavorful chocolate croissant, crispy on the outside and an explosion of chocolate in the moist interior! Sarah keeps deleting my reviews on google so, I took this to yelp where you can't delete and I also made sure I told all the future brides about her in all the vendors groups I'm a part of on Facebook. First and foremost, I never EVER do this but this is much needed for what I was put through on my wedding day. I picked sarah because of the work I saw on her Instagram and she was a preferred vendor for my venue. If I knew what I wanted wasn't going to be ANYTHING I asked for, I would have never booked in the first place. First, I never received a contract.. like an actual official contract to sign. I was only required to send a Venmo payment. I made an entire pdf file of EXACTLY what I DO and DON'T want and she said she can do it for the price we were looking for. I had to reach out way more than the average bride should to schedule meetings because her assistant was beyond rude and it was so hard to get ahold of both of them. I double and tripled checked that my colors and ideas were perfect and I got the impression they would be. The day of the wedding comes and the bouquets are NOTHING like I asked for. My bouquet was so so small. I wanted a huge one. The reception had pink flowers and so did the bouquets...I hate pink and this was verbalized constantly. My theme were neutrals. Mind you, I'm too nice and was apologizing to her for fixing things which I shouldn't have done. I was told by Sarah she would show me certain flowers to choose from and she never did. I cried my entire wedding morning because the bouquets were absolutely horrible. My bridesmaids had to also go and get the flowers from her and do everything they could to fix them. Sarah attempted to come fix the bouquets but they were still pink. She told me she would fix the venue too but it wasn't. The arch outside was so ugly and nothing I asked for. I was never told about the changes she made without my permission. She said she had a backup that was EXACTLY the same. It wasn't at all. If I knew that was the case I would have told her to take it away completely. She said it was stated in the contract? What contract? I never received one. She was so unorganized. There was no greenery at all on the arch like the pdf file had and she added these ugly fillers that were so boho which is not what I wanted at all. I was very specific and had actual photos and she still didn't follow the prompts which I'm still so pissed off about. She told my husband that the girl who was working for her that day did the bouquets and everything but she didn't see them personally and that the flowers I chose that time of year are pink??...that's absolutely absurd and false. I was never told nor shown anything. She had verbalized she had problems with that specific helper in the past as well so to have her at my wedding or even working for her is beyond me. She also forgot to decorate a wagon. I had to tell her right before I walked down the isle about the wagon and the tables in the reception weren't full like I had asked. Same with the sweetheart table the drape was supposed to be big and hanging off. The flowers looked thrown on the floor and same to the decorations in front of my seating chart which I'm waiting for a photo of from my photographer. I'm a very organized person and I spent so much time doing all this. All she had to do was follow the photos. I made it easy and did her job for her and she still did it all wrong and the list goes on with problems. Oh, she messed up my cake flowers too I showed a picture for how I wanted it just with my themed colors, the candles outside for the ceremony were not lit and the petals she gave to us for our petal toss were hot pink. My husband was LIVID. I can go on and on. I will attach below what I was supposed to get and what I received based off the pdf photos I had. If I knew all of this would happen, I would have done the decorations myself the night before at Trader Joe's. This was overall very unprofessional and wrong to put a bride through. I never in my life would do that and I'm a wedding photographer. You should discuss and communicate with the bride if things are changing for whatever reason. Thankfully, my other vendors pulled through and I still enjoyed my day because of them but I'm still not over this experience and I never will be. I also don't know why but I have been trying to add photos to this post multiple times now and it won't allow me to but I would be happy to share for anyone who asks! read more

I have ordered flowers from here for a number different occasions and have passed the word along to friends and family who have all express how beautiful their flower orders have looked. The owner Sarah, is extremely helpful and willing to do more then the average owner to help satisfy any needs you have regarding your order. This local business is a very professional and has produce wonderful flower arrangements. Had a great experience ordering my flowers from these guys. They put together arrangements for my sisters 16th birthday and my Mothers birthday in a short amount of time and for a fair price. More recently, the flowers were delivered to my mothers doorstep right on time and they were absolutely beautiful. The staff are all kind and welcoming even including Gus, their adorable little flower pupper. I will definitely use this florist again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. read more

It looked nothing like the picture on the website (not one or two substitutions, but just COMPLETELY nothing alike) and so much smaller than even the STANDARD version of the arrangement. Furthermore, I'd placed the order over a week ago, so I feel that they were given ample time to procure the flowers needed for the arrangement. Even with substitutions, I felt cheated as I'd paid almost double the standard price to upgrade to a premium arrangement. Being in a long-distance relationship, I had wanted to find a reliable florist for future special occasions and was hopeful since they were so close to where my girlfriend worked.
