If I could give Chester Law Group zero stars, I would. My attorney for my claim was Tom Haskins. I had previously been in another auto accident at no fault of mine a couple decades ago. I made the law group aware of this from the beginning. They didn't act like it was an issue until I signed the forms to get them to represent me for an auto accident in 2017 where I was the passenger in the car. Mr Haskins didn't fight one bit for me in my opinion. He often ignored my calls and emails, or had someone else contact me. Then tried to get me to settle with them taking 40% instead of 33 1/2% for the measly amount of work they did. I'm sure they will pay to have this review removed. But this is my honest and personal opinion from my experience with this law firm. If you have ANY previous medical issues, or have been in any kind of previous accident, I would run from this law firm. They will gladly take more than what they should be entitled to for a measly settlement amount. I still regret I ever signed with them. There are better lawyers who actually care about their clients. I am getting ready to settle my case with Chester law against the auto insurance people for the person who hurt me. I was hurt bad and it took a while to recover. Chester law stuck with me during my rehab. My paralegal and lawyer kept me up to date every step of the way. It has taken some time, but now I am ready to settle for a fair value. I did not want to settle quick and cheap. I have talked with my lawyer about what would be a fair amount for me, and if we don't get it Chester Law will file a lawsuit and go to court and put up the thousands of dollars for experts, etc. I like the fact I will not be forced to settle by my lawyer. He leaves it up to me. Looks like it will settle. I would tell anyone that Chester Law does not settle quick for peanuts.
