Used to go here weekly. Loved the car wash. But the last two times they have ripped me off (double charged) me for 1 car wash because their pay kiosks literally suck! Half the time they don't work. The other half of the time they hang up or bring up the wrong screen and you have to start over. Last time though the wash they slowed the pull chain down so slow it took me 8 min to get through the wash. I fell asleep in my car it took so long. I think I'm done with this place. read more

Man I don't know what people's beef is with this Chevron. Since moving back to California this has been my go to gas station and car wash. Anytime I have been in the gas station the employees are always friendly and nice. I have gotten my car washed here a bunch of times and always comes out sparking. They even pre wash your car ahead of time before it goes through and even offer complimentary drying off after, but don't be a cheapskate tip these guys! They are standing in the sun all day and they deserve a little something extra for drying off your car. They have a bunch of vacuums and always open spaces. The whole place is immaculate and super well maintained. Again not sure of all the haters but look at the amount of reviews I have written and you be the judge. Stopped in to fill up and get a few snacks. Sore was clean and the grounds were very well maintained. Employees were just OK. Mainly stopped in for the use of their restrooms however they were closed. Snacks were limited as they had no takis and no arizona. They did however offer full bottles of liquor for your choosing, a whole isle, lol. read more

I go back inside thinking it will be a simple fix to give me a new code. I wait for 15 min for the clerk to tell me the mgr says "there's nothing we can do." No refund, no car wash. So, the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that the gas is a little more than I pay at my normal gas station I patronize On a hugely positive note...best "gas station" car wash.. and free self vacuum with purchase of the wash Attendants pre-soap your vehicle down before you enter, and then you set your vehicle to neutral and you get a great wash going through till the end. At which time, you are greeted with a couple of people that will towel dry your car. Not perfectly dry, but definitely worth the $13 I paid. read more

If I could give zero starts I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been yelled at. I have been called nasty names. And the car wash isn't even that good. I keep going back because it's so freaking convenient, but never again. This morning the guy at the car wash turned the vacuums off while I was in the middle of vacuuming my van because I was vacuuming before my car wash. Shouldn't I be able to vacuum before I wash my car??? I have 15 cars for my husband's dealer business & 5 kids. I go here 2-3 x's a week all with different cars & every time I get gas, 2 xl sodas, & 4-5 slushees and $20 of snacks... I'm a good customer... but this is the final straw. Never again. Worst car wash ever. The owner is a bitter old MAN. Just went through and purchased a monthly program. Showed him my receipt and he began yelling at me that I needed to show it to the other owner (brother perhaps) spraying my car down before entering. The bitter old man then proceeded to yell at me to pull into the vacuum stall! ZERO customer service!!! I would give this crap hole negative starts if it let me. The owner is a jerk. The car was attendant screwed up on the tracking and the car behind me got stuck. Meanwhile I am in a rush, and there is 5 cars behind me. They tell me to pull around and get in the back of the line. I go to the back and sit amd wait for the owner to come let me back into the gate, and he starts running his mouth about how I broke his tracking by pushing in my brake. I never once touched my brake and the idiot who was in charge of getting the cars set up was the one who screwed the whole thing up. I basically told him that before he starts accusing loyal customers of things he should investigate. I proceed to the car wash, and after I am getting dried off I step outside vehicle to help wipe my truck down and give the old sucker an olive branch, which he denied. I purchased a car wash approximately 7 days ago. Unfortunately, I did not have time to run my car through the wash on date of purchase so I returned 7 days later to use the car wash code I paid for. I was informed by the manager (Indian/Hindu male) that they are not required to inform customers of an "expiration date" , nor is this "expiration date" indicated anywhere on the receipt. The Indian old man who claimed to be the manager yelled at me for using the vacuum, after informing him I had the membership he took down my info and yelled at me like I was a criminal. He literally wrote it down on his hand and when I informed him that an employee before didn't care about the membership sticker I "had to have" he claimed he fired him because he was the boss and didn't care. I told him to search up my account through my number and he kept purposely spelling my name wrong and cutting me off. He was also rude to the other employees that were currently working. I understand if the job is stressful but no one is making you work there sir! I've been going here and getting gas exclusively here for months and never once seen this man before; he was just straight up rude and I left feeling angry and embarrassed because he caused a scene and people thought I was stealing the vacuum service when I literally pay for it every month! When I told him I was gonna cancel my membership and just leave because of how I was being treated he then wrote down my license plate number. Seriously want to be reimbursed for any of my business at all the with them now, people spend their hard earned money here and to be treated like this is unacceptable. Been to to car wash a few times and it's been great... until today. Paid for the gold wash but after going through and doing my vacuuming I noticed how dirty my car still was. I went back around and talked to the Manager (Ricchan) but he said all they could do was give me a free bronze wash... meaning no clear coat, Rain x, Armor all, etc on my car now after I paid for it with the Gold wash. Needless to say, after the 2nd wash it's still dirty and I'm very disappointed. The folks inside Chevron said it's a separate entity so they can't do anything about it. I used to like this gas station when it first opened up. But I don't know what happened to the gas pumps. All of a sudden it wouldn't take my card at the pump and I would have to walk inside to pay. And let me tell you it's frustrating when ur parked at the furthest pump or in a hurry. The first time It happened I let it pass. Second time was annoying. Today the THIRD time I purposely got a gas pump close to the store and sure enough it didn't take my card. I was able to use it inside. I am NEVER coming to this gas station again I never had issues at the one on ham lane. I would rather go to a ghetto Stockton Chevron then come to this one. Before you buy car wash membership make sure manager is there and not on vacation or on lunch that day or you won't get what you paid for. I bought a membership to the car wash, and it said to see the cashier, I went inside to the cashier and she said the car wash manager is the only person to hand those out and that and that's he's currently on lunch, so I went grocery shopping and came back and he still wasn't there, I went a couple days later and he's still not there. I see my card is automatically charged the next month and go in and he is fortunately there. I tell him I want to cancel my car wash because I haven't been able to use it because he isn't here. He started yelling at me like it's my fault no one was there. I tell him I want a refund and he tells me it's my fault for not coming in to get it. I took a picture of the car wash regional managers phone number and reached out but he never got back to me about it. I never got my money back for the first month and had to have the next month cancelled through my bank. Terrible experience you have to walk to the back of the car wash to talk to some man in a small closet sized room and he started yelling at me almost immediately. On the first time to take my wife's new Prius Prime through this car wash DAMAGE was done to the lower trim( factory not after market) I went in and reported it to"Ben" the manager. We watched the videos of the car entering with no damage and coming out with damage. $350 repair with refusal to pay the repair bill ! This is now the worst car wash i have ever been to i. my life. The front of the car is not clean at all. talked to the manager and he told me this is an express car wash that getting the front bugs off is detailing. i told him the guy at the front of the car wash (that has a brush for that purpose) didn't scrub the front at all. He told me again that this is an express car wash and i am asking for a detailing car wash. The bugs were from yesterday and the car is always parked in a garage. these bugs were not baked on. should have come off easily. I know i can get them off easily. I guess I should have washed the car myself and saved the $14. Then, over my the vacuum area, one of employees walked by my car so I said Hi. I have been going here for months. I informed the manager that I needed to cancel my monthly wash as I was going to be out of state for a few months. He took the information and said no problem. The next month the money was taken for payment. Tried to call to no avail. The next month came and another payment was taken out. Finally got hold of the manager who said he would take care of it. I have never thought to review a gas station until this place. Here is why. THEY HAVE THE BEST CAR WASH!!! It is quick, inexpensive, and totally thorough. The have attendants that assist at the beginning and at the end to dry off. This is in addition to the machine that thoroughly does the job. The vacuums have great suction and are offered free without time limit with your wash. The station in its entirety was clean and nice. Great job guys!!! Highly recommend. read more

I call manager and ask her what time car wash opens. She says 7 am. I get there at 7:20 & it's not open because car wash people are doing some kind of maintenance. She says half hour. We (2 cars) come back 40 min later and still not done. Car wash people says 15 more min. I express my concern to manager and she says she couldn't do anything about it. I disagree. She could have 1) as a manager know what her car wash vendors process is because it affects her business and 2) know the process well enough to tell me on the phone that their car wash opens at 830, not 715. She seems to think just because it's not Chevron that runs the car wash that it's not their responsibility and they're not accountable for the performance of the car wash business. Worst car wash! Paid $12 for the silver wash. After I went through, my windshield and the front of my car were still dirty, there was soap left of my car, and the dryers had barely gotten rid of any of the water. Luckily I had a towel in my car and it was late so I was able to dry my car before the water spots set in. Pretty much all it did was knock the dust off. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

When they first opened my car wash was always great. Overtime it has greatly declined. I just had my last and final car wash at this place. Initial scrub by attendant only did have my car. On my passenger side I still have bird droppings and bugs on my window. And again the the hand dry after wash there was only one attendant and my windows were left wet and now all spotted. Yesterday I was vacuuming out my car when I was rudely interrupted by some young punk who told me to stop. I continued to vacuum. He went and got some other guy who eventually disconnected the hose. I told them what I thought of the rude way they addressed the issue. Despite no signs so stating, they demanded that I get the wash first. I fill up 2 - 3 times a week, so I'll get my return on inverstment. It's $13 a wash if I just paid per wash. Just doing 3 washes a month pays for the $36 monthly investment. Here's how it works. Once you sign up, you will be charged automatically each month. You can cancel anytime. Gas is a little more expensive than other Chevrons in the area, so you will have to weigh out the value of the investment. There are cheaper unlimited wash packages as well. Today I noticed no one was there to dry my car so I would recommend Kelly's Car wash at Reynolds park for good, consistent service. read more
