Came for a car wash ($12) they also offer monthly plans where you pay for unlimited washes. I paid inside the food mart. On the receipt is a code, you punch in that code on a machine right before the wash. I got an ice coffee as well, don't recommend; entirely TOO SWEET (I got French vanilla). Sachin was the cashier on duty this evening. He was nice enough to tell me that my code to get the car wash would also work in order for me to use the vacuum. In light of the recent horrific tragedies via the wildfires, many cars are littered with ash. Mine is one of them needless to say. Here we are at almost midnight, and the lines to get these cars cleaned is out the door so to speak. 12 bucks is the cheapest selection in terms of wash, which is what I opted for. I was yelled at and verbally abused by a man who works here, an attendant named Chaminda, for brushing leaves off of my car prior to driving through the car wash. He yelled at me and said I "don't have a brain" I proceeded to finish my car wash, and I went inside to tell him that I did not know that brushing leaves off my car before a car wash could constitute littering until after a few google searches , so I apologized (still don't know if it REALLY is). I then commented that I didn't appreciate how he basically called me stupid, (I gave him a chance to correct his wrong) but he proceeded to reiterate that people like me are indeed "stupid" and said that he is "ok" and does not need to take back his words. I told him he certainly wouldnt be using the same words if he were addressing a male and asked him if he was sure he didnt just pick on me because im a small female he thought wouldn't fight back? I've been coming to this wash for a while now maybe like 10 months or so. The wash is okay sometimes, and sometimes it is not. I've had this issue with this wash leaving soap and white lines on my Black colored car. Usually when I let the people inside know they tell me to go back in line and credit me another wash to clean it off (I usually get the $14 wash, but they give me the $7 since it doesn't really wash the car and uses mainly water which helps get the soap off the $14 wash) But this time when I went inside the gentleman working said " the car is clean" I told him the car has white soap dried on it and he said "you have the monthly wash just come back tomorrow and wash it" I understand I have the monthly wash but that doesn't mean just because it didn't wash it I should come back another day and hope it does. Terrible service by a woman cashier who charged me for my multiple items then when I asked for a bag after I paid for my items she tried to charge me .25cents. I had no change and said I only have a card which would charge me another fee to use my card again. I then explained to her she should've asked me "would I like a bag for my multiple items for .25cents more." I also explained that I come in to that location every week and that was not good customer service. I also explained that her manager would've just gave me the bag at that point as he has before when noticing I had purchased multiple items. (Side note: she also stated that it was my job to ask for a bag before I told her it was her job especially when she could be adding .25cents more to as many sales as possible) She got defensive I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me, then she left the register and hid in the back office. This was ridiculous and uncalled for Same cashier woman was rude to a customer right before me who had a situation at a pump while gassing up, and spilt gas. That customer (an elderly woman) asked that cashiers coworker who was wearing a Chevron shirt and accessible moving freely around the store for help! The cashier snapped at her and told her she should've came to the register, but the register had a line. The Elderly woman was trying to let the first available chevron employee know there was a spill out side... I am not ever one for getting someone fired...This particular cashier needs to be talked to and work on her customer service as well as understanding, both of these situations should've been handled very differently. I have a time stamp of the incidents and will be reporting to her manager and corporate. Especially since she hid instead of facing the problem. read more

Maybe I just don't get the point, but this car wash did very little good and some bad to my car. I keep my car in a garage 6/7 nights a week. It had some bug splats on the windshield, a thin layer of dust/dirt on the outside, and a layer of dried wiper fluid mixed with residue of whatever got wiped off, outside the wiper range on the windshield. This was my second time going, the first time I gave up because the line was around the block. I waited in line for about 30 min and I went through this wash, paid for the "ultimate" wash, and it did just about the most basic things possible, which is to clean off the dust layer and the dried wiper fluid. It got about half of the bug splats/miscellaneous spots and left the rest there. And, unfortunately, it left some extra soap / water droplet marks on my exterior. Maybe I just don't get the point of touchless auto washes or maybe I have the wrong car exterior for this (it's a premium black coat from BMW). But I would recommend you just go to a proper hand wash. I know it was tempting for me to be lazy and go for auto, but the lines here are bad during non-peak hours, downright ridiculous during peak hours, and the damn wash just doesn't work. So I ended up saving maybe 10 bucks on a proper hand wash, still taking about the same amount of time, just without the option to go for lunch or sit on the marina while I waited. I just spent well over $100 on gas and a car wash. I had to use the restroom and was lied to and chased out by the store attendant when he saw me taking pictures of the truth. FINALLY, a completely touchless car wash near my area!! Just pull up to the kiosk and choose an option ($7/8/9/10, see photo). I get the $8 Deluxe on a normal basis, and the $10 Ultimate maybe once or twice a year. Once it's your turn, follow the LED signs, park your car and enjoy the show. The best thing about this? The whole process takes less than 5 minutes!!! Pro tip: the Power Dry at the end lasts for 60 sec. With my Prius, I spend the last 20-sec of it on the backside, since there are more nooks and crannies there, and unless you are reversing all the way back home, it won't get sufficient drying exposure. I keep a microfiber chamois handy to wipe off the remaining drops when I get home. Also, the Power Dry (and the other processes) is pretty powerful; the windshield wipers on my Prius come up a little while drying. I put away my antenna (unscrews easily), but if you're more paranoid than I am, you can remove the wiper blades (don't forget the rear one too). Gas prices aren't too bad either for Chevron. read more

The dryer gives a full 90 seconds and seems to allow for the next customer to start their under rinse while you're in the dryer portion. I live in the neighborhood and go here a lot. Not so much for gas (yes, it's more expensive here but it does contain additives to keep your fuel injectors clean, so there's that...). Come here mostly for the car wash and to put air into tires. The staff are fine - never had any issues. They are not there to win a personality contest folks. Having said that, I find them friendly enough for an establishment like this. I also like the selection of drinks and snacks - good place for a quick fix. Also, the coffee is REALLY good here! Tip on the car wash: if you want to get in and out, NEVER come on a weekend or before noon on the weekdays. Night time is the best time to come for the wash. read more

Super busy place! I haven't had a good car wash here. I used to have a white car and came here for years thinking my car was getting clean but now that I drive a burgundy colored car there is a wide layer of dust on both sides. I complained and received credit for another car wash but with each wash there was always the dust untouched on the lower part of car. Even after waiting a year to see if the car wash was better the car had the same dust remaining. Looks like others are experiencing the same results. If you need anything ask for him. They also sell propane and have a car wash car "care center" that sells air fresheners and other stuff. Nice selection of pastries too. If you're looking for a 24hr car wash with water only that doesn't scratch your car then this is the place you need to go. It's usually super busy since this car wash is very popular. I suggest going later at night. There was still a 4 car wait on sat. night around 9:30pm. Also be careful if you get there around 10pm because that is when the Chevron staff has to clean the car wash and hose it down. It takes around 15 mins for him to clean it so be prepared to wait around 10pm at night. Other than that this place is legit and has the best price l for a car wash through the machine. Go for the $12 wash which is the best one. read more

Real chill place to walk down to and grab a snack if it's super late because its never closed. I might be imagining, but this is the 2nd time I'm back and the pressure of the rinse seemed to be a lot better. I don't see any spots left on the car this time. The only thing I noticed are the long line. You'll have to wait a good 10 minutes if it's busy and I'm sure it's pretty busy most of the time if it is actually sunny outside. This proves that there should be more Laser Washes around. The available wash options have also changed, with the cheapest being $7 and the most expensive $12, so I believe it is one more option added to the list. I also like the countdown timer for the drying fan- it puts you in control as to how much time to allocate to different areas of your car for drying, because you know how much time you've got until the fan stops. Previous touch free car washes I've been to never had this and left the car rather wet. read more
