The prices are a bit on the high side. But, this is the only in the area. Wide entrances, the POV gas pumps are in the front. There are plenty of pumps. The gas here is usually $0.05 to $0.10 more expensive than the gas stations closer to the highway. On the left side of the building is the convenience store, to the right is Huddle House. There are amenities inside such as showers for the truck drivers. There is a room in the back with gambling machines and a bartender with a well stocked bar and scratch tickets. The staff is friendly enough. Don't come here thinking this is one of your regular truck stops, this is a glorified gas station. Behind the main building is a series of warehouses for the truckers to rent. I believe they only have long term rentals here. In the back is a scale in case the truckers need to check their weight. There are several pumps for fueling the larger trucks, and a convenience store in the back with stuff to buy. There is a long line of tractor trailer trucks along the sides, I am assuming you have to pay rent to stay here long term, but what do I know. In the middle of the night, this can seem eerie as there is no real sign of life nearby. Don't go in the woods, because there is wildlife that is dangerous in the area.

It was heavenly. 12+ years later, the menu only said "fish" poboy sandwich. If you're a catfish purist like myself, that's a red flag, so I went with the fried chicken. They also sell ethanol free gas which is an important commodity for those with finicky boat motors to fuel. If you forgot a needed piece of fishing gear this place can probably hook you up as they seem to have a full range of equipment to outfit most recreational fishing needs.
