I went to the cooler to grab a bottle of water and, as I was about to open the door, a man cut in front of me without saying a word. It wasn't a big deal--I brushed it off--but it set the tone. After getting my water, I joined my mother at the hot food section. She has limited vision, so I was reading the available options to her. The cashier, Karan, had just finished helping the only other two customers, leaving us alone in the store. My mother decided on a hot dog, and I told Karan, "One Big Bite, please." He responded, "Just one?" I confirmed yes. He then asked if we needed anything else. At that moment, my mother moved to the taquito section and said, "Um, hold on." Instead of giving her a moment, Karan immediately repeated, "Anything else?" and then, just a second later, loudly repeated, "ANYTHING ELSE." At that point, I stepped in because the tone was unnecessary and disrespectful. If he hadn't been distracted by his AirPods, he would have heard my mother the first time when she politely asked for a moment. I loudly told him to give her a second (matching his energy). Karan then walked away and went back to his phone. When we told him which taquitos we wanted, he put them in a box, placed it at the register, and returned to his phone again. It felt like he rushed my mother simply so he could get back to using his phone, which is completely unacceptable. And the rudeness towards my mother will not be tolerated.

It looked like it had a long hard shelf life.. so I checked the bag for an expiration sticker.. there was one on the bottom with the date 10/2024 ......... we are in DECEMBER 2024.... BUT I could tell there was another sticker underneath it.. so I peeled off the sticker that said 01/2025, and what did I find...? A STICKER THAT SAID 10/2024!!! This place will SCAM YOU by pushing out the date on goods with new current stickers to cover the old ones!!! That is so wrong, disgusting, and unprofessional to the people that pay money while expecting quality and HONESTY from the people who are selling to us... especially when it comes to the food we consume!! Whoever is doing this should be fired... I wouldn't trust this location, there's no telling what else they are doing to our food..

Clean gas, dirty bathrooms, BK in the parking lot…read more There's not a ton to say about this gas station, for it's your standard, run-of-the-mill pit-stop along I-5 that serves up automobile fuel in three different octane grades - Regular, Plus, and Ridiculous - from self-powered (a novelty to us Oregonians) pumps. You don't have do ever leave the vicinity of your car unless you choose to roll inside to the marginally-appointed mini-mart or utilize the dirty-yet-functional restrooms (key required - available at the counter). The access to this station is ok on the ingress, but you'll need to be smart enough to drive out the back side to the side street if you don't want to be forced into a right-turn-only situation which will take you in the wrong direction (away from the freeway). If you're hungry, you can get some food at the BK situated right beside this gas station (and accessible only via the gas station parking lot). The food at this BK is... well... I guess you'll just have to read my review, now won't you?

This location is a gas station as well, the only one in Hawks Prairie, and directly across from my church. Truly my biggest gripe is trying to get into their location. The City added a divider that prevents one side of traffic from entering, and the other roadway (Marvin) has this lengthy 'L' shaped driveway that forces you to wrap around a new preschool. Poor design and no doubt costing them a bunch of lost sales! Still, the hot dogs are good!
