Go shopping, use the restroom.. waste about 30 minutes.. then I get in line. About 10minutes in line because everyone before me has an issue.. then I'm thinking yay! I should be done... wah wah wahhh nope the cashier spends another 5 minutes looking me up , because she tells me that I need to wait. Kenza the cashier did her best to try and make a bad situation good.

I was not violating any policy. I was simply waiting; They told police that my medicine was not an immediate need like insulin violating my HIPPA privacy rights. One of the medications they failed to fill was needed for a post operative surgical need requiring my doctor on day of surgery to find an alternative pharmacy to dispense the medication. This experience was humiliating and alarming. Calling law enforcement on a black woman disabled veteran for waiting for medication reflects poor judgment and raises seriously concerns about racial bias. If you are black do not use this location; I would go so far as to not use CVS period

He sent it back to me to cash it in for him so I went back to this same 7-Eleven store. There was ONE person in front of me in line. This lady bought $100 worth of lottery tickets, I am sure for Christmas presents and laid out $100 in cash to the cashier for them. I then stepped up and handed the cashier my son's ticket. She ran it through the machine and said it is a $100 winner and I said yes, she replied I don't have the cash for that ticket, I said yes you do, the lady right in front of me just handed you $100.00. She just put this dumb look on her face and then acted like she didn't speak English any longer (you know how they do), and said NO CASH !!! YOU HAVE TO GO ACROSS STREET TO STORE. You know they speak prefect English until it is time for them to make themselves look dumb, I hate that act !!!! So I left, went to Walmart across the street and they gladly cashed it and told them what happened and they said they will cash lottery winners up to $500, so if that ever happened again then to forget about 7-Eleven and just come in Walmart which I will do - I will NEVER walk in that 7-Eleven again !!!!!!!!

I went to the store around 10:20 pm on 7/29/19 to get gas. I thought that it was going to be quick…read moretrip, but thanks to the rudeness of the clerk, Simee, it quickly became a very unpleasant experience. The card scanner at pump number 2 was not working, so I had to walk inside the store. I heard the door chime as I walked in, but did not see any clerks. After a few minutes, another customer walked in, the door chime went off, and still no clerk. A few minutes later, the clerk walked out from between the aisles with a package of donuts. From the onset she was rude. I asked her to put $40 on the pump, so that I could get gas. The amount came up to $31.80, and I went inside the store to ensure that I would be charged the correct amount. The clerk continued to be rude, and even made comments that I must have missed the "respect" class while I was in the military, which I found offensive. I told her that she shouldn't be talking to customers in that manner. I then asked who was the owner of the store, she provided his name as Seyoum. I told her that I was going to submit a review to Corporate, and she promptly stated that the store was a franchise. I told her that even a franchise has to uphold Corporate's standards. I told her that I'd been coming to the store since it opened, and that I had everyone had been pleasant, except her. The said sarcastically, "I love my job". I went to my car, got ready to leave, then noticed that she came out of the store with her cellphone to apparently take a video of my car as I was leaving. This was the most negative visit to a 7/11 since 1985, having visited stores throughout the U.S., Hawaii, and other overseas locations.
