BLASTING music at the pumps. Turn it down. Not everyone wants to hear music that loud.

We've reached out hoping for some kind of resolution but have been left with no answers and no help. This place is a scam and I'd spend my money literally anywhere else.

If you're looking for a fair deal and reliable service, avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram for over $20,000 from Siamak's and the experience has been a nightmare from the start. They handed me the keys with an empty gas tank, and before I even made it home the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and JoJo said "This happens all the time, we will take care of you." and they scheduled me with their "mechanic" in Woodburn--requiring me to take time off work and drive 40 minutes each way. My truck was there from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for what the mechanic said was a simple sensor replacement that should only take 30 minutes. I drove home thinking it was fixed--only to have the check engine light come back on the very next day with the exact same code. When I checked the sensor myself, it didn't even look like it had been touched. I reached out again and was told by their service manager, Liola, that the issue was a "dongle" in the dash that needed to be reset. She said they'd send someone to me due to all the inconvenience. After a week of getting the runaround, I was told I had to return to the dealership again. So once again, I had to rearrange my work schedule and make the long drive to Woodburn. After another 40-minute wait, they said it was fixed. Within three days of normal driving, the check engine light came right back on.Now I'm thinking I was sold a "Lemon" Now they want me to go back to the same mechanic who didn't fix the problem the first time. I've already lost time, money, and trust--and I'm still stuck with a truck that's not worth what I paid. This dealership has cost me far more than just money. If I could return this truck and go somewhere else, I would in a heartbeat. Buyer beware. Guess I'll be researching and paying out of pocket to have this fixed because they clearly don't care they got paid right?
