I came our with friends to support the OKC Pow Wow Club raise funds as they sell concessions at the Cheyenne and Arapaho hand game competition. It was a great time, seeing the fellowship of people coming together in celebration of their culture. The drum circles and traditional songs were amazing. The facilities at the tribes community center in Concho, Ok are impressive. They have a large community hall with a full kitchen and plenty of room for hundreds of people, just a few miles outside of El Reno. If you ever have the opportunity to attend an event, please do.
