I asked for a reasonable credit and it could be store credit or whatever and I was denied. I then called the owner and he wanted to shift blame to ME! Anyway he said he would address it when he got back to town after a few weeks. That was over 3 months ago and still haven't heard a word. Today's business model is to shift blame and unless you're a "Karen" and raise a ruckus you don't find business's that take care of customers. The decking is all at their place and everyone got paid and customer gets it in the end. Nice job.
