Unfortunately I don't speak French and our server didn't speak English (of course!) but I saw lasagna on the blackboard menu so settled on that. Also had a salad with creamy burrata cheese as a starter. I was amazed at how wonderful the lasagna was - creamy fresh cheese, perfectly cooked noodles and tangy tomao sauce. Dare I say that this Corsican lasagna was as good or better than I had in Sicily? I can and I do! I walked here from St Francois beach and had a pleasant lunch on the outdoor patio. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor is smoking friendly so just be aware of that. I ordered the seafood salad, which was delicious and so different in a good way from what I'm used to back in the USA. I finished off the meal with an espresso which was rich and creamy even by French standards. Service was a little slow but extremely friendly and it was the lunch rush so I don't fault them.

There are many flavors, each equally delicious - the mixed berry one tastes exactly like berries, the almond one like almonds, the mango one like mango, and the white chocolate (which actual chocolate chunks in it!) is not overly sweet. Everyone got their own combos and the one I decided on was NikiNiki (chocolate, nuts, carmel, and fiordelatte) mixed with ParaIce (pistachio, white chocolate and fiordelatte). These house specials are delicious and a must to try! We will definitely come back here before we head out
