Would I recommend it? Definitely. The plantain, butternut squash, and mushroom tacos were all very unique, flavorful, and beautiful, and the sweet potato burrito was delicious and very filling. The seasoning was all on point, the right mix of savory, smoky, and spicy. The caramel pecan brownie was also very decadent and the perfect way to end the meal! The service felt a little off the night we visited only because there was a mix-up in who was supposed to be serving our table, but once our order was in the food came quickly and the bill was easy to pay. I also found it great that they have specific vegan and vegetarian menus, which makes ordering for people with these dietary requirements very straightforward. We dined on a weekend evening when Canary Wharf is much less busy, so although we had a reservation we probably didn't need one.

It's made with Mexican beer (Pacifico in this case), lime juice, tomato juice, hot sauce and served in a salt rimed mason jar. This drink really helped to perk me up! For brunch, we ordered Chilaquiles Verdes with a fried egg and Huevos with Choritzo. The eggs & sausage were served with a side of tasty beans and corn tortillas (Ya for real corn tortillas!) and reminded me of the many breakfasts we've had sitting by the beach in Mexico. But the chilaquiles tipped the scale as the favorite - it was the perfect combination of lightly fried tortilla chips, green verde sauce and chicken with crema, queso and a fried egg on top to put it over the top. Although we were pretty stuffed at this point, we couldn't pass up trying the cake of the day which was a tres leches which was delicioso!
