The studio has a really pleasant vibe. Especially ladies will understand the importance of a good quality bathroom so we can put ourselves together after a gym session. This one has it all: nice warm showers, complimentary good quality towels, well lit mirrors, hair straighteners, and a good range of Percy & Reed products for your hair in case you need a quick fix. All the areas of the studio were also spotless clean, which I find very important. Given the lovely Hampstead location which just invites you for a nice walk outside afterwards especially now that it's getting warmer, this is a lovely place to train, or to come for a relaxing but strengthening weekend yoga session.

They offer bespoke personal training, Pilates, and Spa like treatments. I use them for all 3 and i love this place!! Staff are overly friendly and helpful and the PT's are amazing!!! I have been a member for 2months now and i feel the best i have felt in a long time. I cannot express how much they have helped me with my fat loss and my skin conditions. I would highly reccomend.

You are offered a variety of drinks, including wine, which is lovely (though I'm usually there in the morning so just go with water). I will return (and the best thing about this is you get money off your next appointment when you book that same day). The only downside is having to use my debit card versus a credit card (which I use to get airline miles).

I've been having trouble with my shoulder lately and it was well on its way to turning into a frozen shoulder, but she worked on that and my sciatica nerve, and I'm now standing straight and able to move around. I'll likely be sore tomorrow, but it's clear she made a difference. I'm not sure if the massage is a new offering, as it's not on their website and the service is a bit odd - the therapy room is very small, and Alexandra had to move my table once or twice during the massage to manoeuvre around it.

Last Thursday I got lucky, and in celebration decided to splurge on a gel mani and full-service pedi. The tech was really charming, chatty but not overly so, and really really good at his craft! He timed everything right--baking the regular pedi polish with UV light for an extra hard, glossy finish while he did the mani--and shaped and painted perfectly. A week later, my nails look first-day fresh.

Oxygene is different. Firstly it's a bit of a tardis : lots and lots of space inside so you feel relaxed. The atmosphere is chilled too. They have more than 4 treatment rooms and at least 3 foot-basins for pedicures - so you can go with a gaggle of mates. They use Clarins and Gatineau products. The staff are skilled and friendly. I'd advise booking in advance for treatments.
