Cleaning lady made a new batch of soap for mop bucket. She started mopping bathrooms and we had to open the door for fresh air. The other table was visibly bothered by the smell. There was another couple that came in and ordered but they chose to wait outside to avoid the smell. Smelled like Pinesol but cleaning lady denied she was using Pinesol. But, I am sure she is draining the ready reserve of floor soap in the restaurant. She appeared to have no clue the affect she was having on the dining room. The other table had to go back up and ask for the rest of their order. A box of something. I went up to counter to get a comment card, no comment card. I asked for Amanda's name. She is in the wrong business. I asked for manager. He came up and advised it had been a very tough day. I then asked for the operating partner. I was given Travis Montgomery's name and number but he did not answer. It was then, I was advised the 2nd of the two manager in front of the counter was the GM of the Kingsville store, walking out as I was walking in. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and the cleaning lady was actively cleaning the restrooms. The Chicken was good also. However, management has their work cut out for them. It was not my option to make a public display but I could not find and alternative way to contact the management. There is a lot of training missing at this location. The food was good, but we left disgruntled.
