I have been to this chick-fil-A three times now, all through the drive through. Overall, my food has been as expected and there has been no errors. What I especially love about this location is that the staff are so friendly!!! They are very thankful and kind and I really appreciate that. The crispy chicken nuggets are my favorite thing to get. The chick-fil-a sauce is worth trying, I think it is pretty good! Great quality chicken meat, which given their name you should expect that. This means a lot to me because I am really picky with the meat I eat, and I know that the chicken is of good quality and doesn't contain a bunch of fat on it. read more

The kids love the play area even though it's not that big. The parking lot area kinda sucks, but that's not their fault. I am not a fan of chains to begin with but I have to say that I have never been impressed nor understood how Chick-fil-a has stayed in business. In my 3 times of trying the chain in multiple cities I have been disappointed each time. The food is bland and a terrible value. $9 for "chicken tenders" or their version of nuggets is unbelievable. They are incredibly small and flavorless. Their "tenders" barely meet the minimum requirements to qualify as a "nugget". And the nuggets are no bigger than common scraps from prep of real chicken places. Good thing they have somewhat tasty sauces to mask the blandness. But if I want to smother something in ketchup and call it food I can do it at home for far less. I have yet to meet a Chick-fil-a that was worth the time or money, it is very likely I never will as I will not return to one any time soon. Unless your in an incredible hurry, it's your only option, and you don't mind overpaying for next to nothing. My recommendation, save you cash for something worth while. read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A. I love this place. Juiciest burger I've ever had! Food is hot and quick but always tastes good. The employees at this location were incredibly nice which is rare for fast food. I always enjoy hearing it's a pleasure to serve you. The chicken sandwiches are always a hit. They make the best in the world. Even though they are busy most of the time, they always get you your food pretty quickly. Never had encounter problems on this place. I ordered an Arnold Palmer 11-29-2019 on the app .. got to the window and the young man told me they had no tea at 9 pm an hour before they close. Okay just give me a Sprite. Get the drink and food get home the spirit was not in the cup. It was actually the nasty tasting item the mix the soda with. I was so mad !!! I called that night twice and they would not pick up the phone. I went to the store on Monday to speak with a manager tHat was a huge waste of my time UGHHHHH ! Every single positive stereotype about Chick-Fil-A is true for this location. I've been here several times and the people are insanely kind. So much so it puts a smile on my face every time. The place is always the cleanest fast food restaurant you'll ever see. The decor is actually pretty pleasant too. There's a really nice-looking table near the front that I actually saw a family admire and take pictures of like they wanted it for their own home. That's just the kind of atmosphere it is. Super nice to be there. Sheesh, haven't even talked about the food yet. CFA is far and away the best fast food in terms of taste and quality. Get the CFA sauce and you won't regret it. I even got a breakfast burrito here once and was floored at how good it was. Overall this CFA is totally worth the sliiiightly higher price you'll pay at other fast food places. read more

I will never go to this location ever again, this is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this location. This morning I placed a mobile order at this location on my way to work, I placed the order at 8:04 am and arrived at 8:15 to pick up my order, upon arrival I walked into the location where no one greeted me and they had plenty of staff in-site. So I stood there for at least 2 mins before I was finally greeted. I stated I was there for a mobile order and the young lady stated they were still working on it, now mind you all I had was a chicken Biscuit nothing more nothing less. By this time it's 8:20 and I have to be a work at 8:30 so I say "excuse me do we know how much longer it'll be" and before I could finish my sentence a rude lady whom I later found out was the manager yells out they're working on it, it's busy, so at this point I'm getting upset because I see them clearing the drive through left and right. So I asked another young lady who was the manager and she pointed to the rude lady so I asked for her name so I can report her to corporate; who's name was Carlene or Marlene. Now I know why the staff didn't feel the need to greet me upon arrival or be pleasant. When management is unpleasant it passes down to the employees. I will definitely be calling the corporate office on Monday. They all need to be retrained on customer service! read more

Ive given up. Their management is complete crap. I had asked for my meal to come with no cheese on it. In allergic to dairy. The guy at the drive thru acknowledged that, and so I assumed all was good. I got home, looked under the bun and saw cheese. I was frustrated, but went back to talk to a manager. I told her what happened, and all she said to me was, "Oh". Seriously? No apology? The responsible thing to have done would been to say sorry, and offer to either comp my meal, or give me a free meal or something on my next visit. She gave me a new sandwich, but that is a horrible job done by the manager. On a side note, to Chick-Fil-A management, if you would like to make my day, contact me. I've eaten Chick-fil-A a total of two times in the past few months. (The first being at the COD cafeteria.) Even though I'd read they don't use antibiotics in their chicken (big plus), I've avoided them due to their anti-LGBT+ stance. I'm an ally, so obviously my views conflict with theirs. /politics Still, tonight I wanted a quick grilled chicken sandwich. I went through the drive through and the employee was very pleasant. The sandwich and waffle fries I got were exactly what I wanted. The fries were HUGE, which was a bit weird to me, but they were tasty. The sandwich was juicy and the lettuce was fresh and crispy. I'm not usually one to use sauce, but the Chick-fil-A Sauce was really good! I know Chick-fil-A won't be a regular staple of mine given the aforementioned conflict of interest, BUT I have to give them props on a good, healthier fast food chicken sandwich. read more

This is just me, but i feel like this location is the worst one in the area. The other i went through the drive thru and as usual the line was long and there is no guidance as to which line to go into since its a huge mall parking lot. The girl who took my order was not very friendly (as expected from all Chic-Fil-A restaurants). I ordered 2 meals and asked for 3 ranch sauces and 1 buffalo which follow with their apparent new guidelines of 2 sauces per meal, she responded with "you can only order 2 per meal" i said ok that's still 2 per meal. She then proceeded with "ill just give you 2 of each". How are you going to tell me which sauces i can order!?. from now on i will drive a little further to avoid this place. read more

I think this has got to be the worst chicken sandwich and fries I have ever had. The waffle fries were cold and mushy. The breading on the sandwich mushy. Ordered unsweetened ice tea but was sweet. Called store they blamed it on Uber and didn't care. Uber didn't make the food or give wrong tea. The bread and breading on chicken had a sweet flavor too. Disgusting. Don't go there. This is why I don't order out too expensive to waste food and call store not willing to make amends. read more

I'm very disappointed to say this. This Chick-fil-A has been great in the past years I've visited. Recently something's changed. I don't know who hires workers but the staff now isn't great. My husband & I had called corporate HQ to find out if CFA could make their regular menu available during breakfast hours. No problem, it would take a few minutes longer. We were not disappointed. I ordered waffle fries, their regular chicken sandwich and a lemonade around 9 am (we were in the area for an appointment). The employee took my order, was courteous in explaining the wait and after paying, filled the drink first while the food was prepared. All in all, a great experience - food was hot & delicious - and I'd recommend this location for ease in access as well. read more

But this branch is especially special because it's in MY community and the owner is from MY community, and therefore the outreach and participation in this community is evident and sincere! Chik-fil-a is a breath of fresh air in the area. After years of the same fast food, we have something new. Good food, good atmosphere, clean clean clean restaurant. We had dinner there tonight and watched David be friendly with everyone and attentive to every detail from helping a family get seated to making sure the napkins were plentiful to refilling sodas and thanking people for coming as they left. It was so welcoming and such a wonderful change of pace to the McDonalds of the area who seem put out to fill out food orders. We will be back soon! read more

This location has a play place similar to one you would find in McDonalds. That being said, if you're dining in, be prepared to be surrounded by screaming/crying babies. I was surprised that the bathrooms smelled less like a dirty diaper than the actual dining area. Gross. The food is good though. read more
