I ordered in the drive through and specifically asked for kids chicken tender meals. Thinking of the small chicken bite size ones. I asked the young girl how many came in an order and she told me 10, which I thought was a lot but decided since they're the small bite size ones that 4 of those would work to split between 5 kids. I was charged $100 and waited 20 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order I was left with 4 large boxes of adult size chicken tenders and 2 bags full of adult size fries. If I wasn't dealing with 5 hungry kids and if I hadn't already waited 20 plus minutes for the order, I would have ran back inside to get my money back. I'm so upset. Friendly and always receive great customer service. Never had issues with the orders either dine in or drive through. Usually get the deluxe and spicy deluxe combo meal. Their Chickfil-a sauce is great to dip fries in or add into the sandwich. Fries are never soggy. Also ordered the mac and cheese. Very cheesy and hot. For dine in, they give you a table sign for you to place on your table. So they bring out the food to your table. With dine-in closed, the only option here is drive-thru; thankfully they've got twin lines to serve you faster. Depending on the time of day, order takers might be stationed outside with handheld devices for cashless transactions. I'm in the minority on this, but I don't like their chicken sandwich. Maybe it's because Fry the Coop has ruined me for all others, or maybe because Chick-fil-A's in the past gave me wilted lettuce and the butt end of the tomato. At some point I got fed up and permanently switched to nuggets/tenders (zero regrets there). Polynesian sauce is dope, and their zesty buffalo is decent. Sweet 'n spicy sriracha is great too, as is Chick-fil-A sauce (which is actually a combination of ranch, bbq, and honey mustard). They're usually generous and the few times I've asked for an extra sauce bucket they'll toss it in the bag at no extra charge. Their waffle fries aren't my favorite, but they do the trick.....especially when I get to dunk them in a plethora of condiments. A typical combo meal (chix + fries + drink) is $8. For breakfast, get the spicy chicken biscuit sammy or the chicken biscuit minis. Morning meals come with hash browns & coffee/juice/tea. They stop selling breakfast at 10:30am, and like all Chick-fil-A's, they're closed on Sundays. I've been to this location 3-4 times and everyone so far has been polite and courteous, saying stuff like "my pleasure" and "enjoy your day". * TL;DR * Don't eat plain nuggets like a weirdo. Ask for condiments! The worst they can say is "sir, you already have a dozen". This is a solid Chick-fil-A with great rapport between staff and customers. The food I get here is usually amazing. Today it was the service that I wanted to address. I ordered curbside through the app. But I notice how the drive-through wasn't busy so I would've thought the food would be a little quicker to come out. After waiting may be 5 to 10 minutes. I decided to walk in. I wasn't frustrated until I reached Nicole. When I got in, she was helping another staff member. I patiently waited until she was done. Then she told me that she was waiting for me. I purposely drove in quickly and there were no cars in the lot. I probably got there in 30 seconds to a minute. I'm forced to give a star just to get the review but this specific Chick-fil-A located in bolingbrook is the worst chick-Fil- A I have ever been to. There customer service is awful. Went to this location only because it was on the way to my next destination. I ordered my usual meal that I order at-least 3x a week at the location by my house and have phenomenal service. When I get to my destination my salad has no dressings and they did not give me the sauce to my fries. Upon calling the chain the manager Nicole said there's nothing she can do and that I can drive back or call customer service. After explaining to her I don't live there and Why should I drive back when I don't even live near this chain because they messed up my order? Whoever runs this location doesn't know what customer experience is if this is how he runs and trains his employees. I will never go back to this location!! Let me just enjoy my dry ass fries and plain lettuce. I am utterly disgusted with Chick-fil-A's service today. I ordered ahead on my mobile app to ensure I would have my lunch during my break from work. From the very start I was already disappointed that they would not start preparing my order until I arrived at the location. when I arrived, I was unable to scan the QR code. On the app, they instruct you to ask a team member for assistance and when I did ask team member Erick for help I was turned away. Following that interaction I asked if there was any way for me to scan the QR code myself and he said sure but he was unable to. As i proceeded to the pickup window to scan what i thought to be the correct code, he told me it was not. I was then prompted to get plot of line entirely when I already communicated I did not have time for that. That is when manager phil told me i needed to get out of line and "he cannot have me in the drive thru". Given that there was already a long line of customers I was unwilling to wait any longer. I was on a crunch for time and this was the most inconvenient experience i have had. I am highly disappointed in my experience and now I have no lunch. This was my first time having a bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered thur the mobile app and I drove up through the mobile line. When I drove up they told me I had to drive backwards to scan my code on the screen app I wasn't aware of. I don't have the mobile app so the scan code that showed at checkout had timed out on the website. While sitting there trying to look they turned the screen off. The manager came out and asked to see my order & I showed her and she said Unfortunately when the screen goes off they can't complete any order. It was a terrible experience that I never got there before. This is my first time at a chick fil a, and for a fast food place I see why it's so popular. The cashier was pleasant and restaurant was clean. I did not use the restroom, so I can't speak about that. Now to the food. I had a number 1 deluxe with a chocolate shake. The chicken was very moist and tender, had good flavor, the waffle fries to me were just ok. Maybe a bit crispier and needed more salt. However I still rate it 5 stars for the sandwich which is the main reason I went. Maybe more stores are needed, since I had to travel 12 miles to come here. The place was very busy so I was surprised to see that. But the real question is it the best chicken sandwich ever? Maybe, but very delicious. I would definitely come again. read more

Today 11/9/2018, at 11:31am I ordered a grill chicken ,regular fried chicken with American cheese, 2 fries, 1 strawberry shake. As they called my name I asked did they have a well done chicken as requested they told me no, and a supervisor lady told the guy he gave me the wrong sandwich, so they told me to wait 3 minutes. I finally got my sandwich and took my food home and discovered they put bacon on it. I called the owner Mike he told me he was embarrassed, he stated the guy was in training and did not follow protocol.and he would refund my 1 sandwich, I had a coupon for taking a survey for a free sandwich, I did not get compensate me for my free sandwich, I had 2 gift cards fries from previous failed orders, so Mike decided not to replace those gift cards. After talking with my family we have decided that this owner had a right to really take care of us, its clear the management team does not care about their customers. As a business only in the community, I understand how important it is to really take care of your customers, but clearly they dont, this is my 4th or 5th failed order in the last 2 years. read more

I will preface this by saying that Chick-fil-a is my kid's favorite restaurant and the chicken strips have been his go-to meal for years, as I'm sure it is for many children. However, we are not from the Chicago area so we were unaware that the Chick-fil-a branches in this vicinity made the inexplicable and foolhardy decision to make all of their chicken strips to spicy, with no normal option. The attendant did not mention this when she took my order, so even though I did not intend to order spicy chicken strips, that's what I ended up with - a double order of them, and naturally since many kids can't handle spicy foods, my kid could not eat them at all and my time and money was wasted. He was especially disappointed because, as I mentioned, this is his favorite meal to get as a special treat. As an aside, this is the first Chick-fil-A branch I've ever been to where there were almost no cars in the drive-though as I pulled up yet when I got to the window I still had to wait several minutes for my order to be prepared. There were a lot of workers on the line; they were just slow, although they did seem to be enjoying themselves and cracking jokes. Other locations are much faster and seem more customer focused.
