I visit this Chick-fil-A location several times a week since I'm often in the area for doctor's appointments. While most of the staff are pleasant and helpful, there is one manager -- a gentleman with red hair and braces -- who is consistently difficult to deal with. If something is missing from an order and I mention it, he responds with an attitude rather than helpfulness. I also notice him constantly bossing around other employees at the drive-thru window, which makes the experience unpleasant. On the other hand, Director Christie is always a pleasure to see. She's polite, professional, and supportive of her team, and it's clear she leads by example. Her presence makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. I've been visiting this location since regularly since they opened. As a chain with a great reputation comes a bit oh high standards. They hit the mark most the time. I typically order on the mobile app and either dine or drive thru. Both are efficient. They have a 2 line drive through and one of my pet peeves if you could have a significantly longer wait depending on which line you get in. One side might be all mobile orders and 5 cars go through in the time you are waiting for 1 on the other side. It's very hit and miss. Dine in mobile ordering is always quick. My order has always been correct here, but there is opportunity with including the correct condiments. I typically get the spicy chicken w/ mac n cheese or fries and a sweet tea or a lemonade. I love that the taste is consistent and amazing. Last time I went they had a " giveaway" for nuggets and I had an app reward for a regular chicken sandwich. I tried both with fries - delicious. This location does more "giveaways" than any other I've ever visited. They are always trying to drive customers in and I appreciate it. Make sure you have the mobile app to take advantage of the specials - it's worth it. It's also the best mobile app for any restaurant or fast food that I've ever used. They are missing on some of the "extras" I've experienced at other locations: employees working the dining area offering drink refills, taking trash, etc. Also at times when I've had to go to the counter for condiments, etc. even when it appears someone notices you, they don't come over to ask if you need help unless you speak up. Of all the fast food places, Chick-fil-A is in a class by itself. This location is one of the best I have eaten at. The restaurant is always clean. The food extras are always available- never a shortage of napkins, straws or condiments. Food is always warm. The 2 main items I look for are the spicy chicken sandwich and the southwest salad. Both are good portions and fresh. The most important thing about this location is the speed... takes less than 4 mins after you order to get food. read more

Since posting my last review there have been great changes in the staffing and the way the business is run. Everyone is super friendly, even when the lines are long the servers have a system that makes everything go very quickly. Our orders have been messed up a couple of times, but management always corrects whatever issue comes up. The food is always fresh. Pro tip: get one of the cookies in a bowl and add the ice cream on top. It's delish! The inside still has a the play place shut down which is a bummer, and can get pretty crowded around mealtimes just as an fyi. read more

Regardless of the location, Chick Fil A has an exceptional standard it maintains and that reflects in staffs attitude, quality of food and service. This Bridgeton spot is a great addition to the area conveniently located right off I-70 and since opening this place seems to be always packed. They have plenty of parking space and a small outside sitting area. When it comes to fast food CFA tops the list and the Chick Fil A chicken sandwich is definitely better than any of its competitors hands down. Ummm. Welllll. Hmmm. I'm not sure I've been to this location before maybe once. I can't look at it without reminscing about it previously being a Ponderosa. I was so tired of going there so often now I miss it. Remember the chicken wings? Remember family buffets? Those were the days. Anyway, this location was a bit suspect maybe because I'm use to the Brentwood location which is the stereotypical Chick-fil-A machine in all the right ways. I drove up and there were two lanes. The left said Exit something and the other said drive thru. So naturally I went to the right. Before I wrapped the corner there were cars either going straight towards the shopping center side of the parking lot bypassing the line and cars going to the left side of the line so it was a little confusing why I had to dodge cars when everyone in the left lane should have continued to the left side to order. There was a little wait and the workers were out taking orders. Before it was my turn to pull up the worker kind of stepped out in front of the car (not a good idea) and motioned me forward before stepping back to take my order. I got what I always get. The number one typically with a strawberry lemonade but I was feeling like a rebel (to carbs) and decided to try their vanilla shake. When I pulled up to get the food I was kindly greeted. I looked inside and thought Man there's a lot of people in there. Seemed like a lot of workers crowded in and very busy. They were also very young and giggly. I mean that's doesn't mean anything. They were very nice and seemed to be enjoying their job which is ALWAYS a good thing, but perhaps it correlates to the less structured style of the restaurant?? My food was good and fresh but the fries weren't filled up. The shake was meh, meaning it was a shake. McDonald's and Wendy's do it way better. What can I say. I LOVE chick fil A. I'm a Red Status member with over 5,000 points so that's how often I patronize this establishment. This one recently opened on the Rock Road and it is VERY inconsistent with service and food. Most recently, I received a chicken sandwich that was undercooked. I ate half before I noticed, then took a bite and realized it was pink! I spit that out. I called and told Elexis* the manager. She suggested to get the sandwich replaced, I would have to bring the sandwich up. I informed her that some of it is in the trash chewed up. She insisted that I would hand to show the sandwich to get a replacement... so to prove a point I dug the chewed up sandwich out the trash. I told her I'd probably be sick for consuming undercooked chicken, and that being the least of her concern, continued to refuse to remake the sandwich for the next time I returned . In the past, chick fil a would honor a phone call stating the order was incorrect. Apparently this is new policy. I keep going to this one because I teach school down the street and it's convenient. Staff took orders and payment and we proceeded down the line and our order was handed to us along with our change when we got to the front of the line.
