Good pit stop location in Carlisle near Dickinson College near a Chipotle, a gas station, and other restaurants. The service was warm, but slower than most given the amount of people working there who were just standing around and chatting. I got the spicy chick'n sandwich and it wasn't bad. Having people take the order just plain stinks. So much easier looking at the menu at the drive up. now if you want to see a menu they turn their tablet around and show you the icons which you can barely see. Point at them and say...'chicken sandwich,' ' chicken sandwich,' 'salad,'....how are you to know which one you want? You can't see what's on them. Use the drive thru like every other place. And don't say it's because of COVID, because nobody else has to walk to your car and take your order. If anything, it's safer using the menu board like normall drive thru windows. read more

This place has its stuff together. Not sure how they do it but the drive-thru is always fast and the inside is pretty quick as well. Most of the time when you drive by it's always busy. The food is good and customer service is always great. The price is a little high but the food quality is better than the other fast food places read more

Excellent Chick-fil-A location! Warm, friendly staff, clean and fully decorated for the holidays! My Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich came out fresh and hot, along with tasty waffle fries. Ample seating, parking and free wifi. Cute play area for kids was popular with families. A staff member came by offering clean wipes to customers, a nice touch. Friendly staff and clean facility with a play land. Good experiences both dining in and through drive-thru. Usually always busy, but they seem to be staffed well...never a long wait when multiple registers are open. Free WiFi, while you wait at your table while they bring your order to you. Wonderful CFA. Convenient to the interstate for traveling. I made our order through the app as we approached the exit and parked in a curbside spot for pick up. It was out in a couple minutes and exactly as customized. The delightful gentlemen who brought us our food noticed we had out of state plates and wished us safe travels for the rest of our journey. I am absolutely disgusted with this customer service. It has happened twice where the food is not ready when needed. We have tried to use the catering for our sports team. Yet we cannot even get the food we need in time. It's not that hard for simple orders of their signature food (sandwiches and nuggets), but clearing something is lacking. The women that we dealt with was completely rude and unprofessional. Dark hair and glasses, her name was melissa or marissa or something. Chick-fil-a you should seriously consider who you are hiring because this lady needs to be fired. She should never have had a job in the first place. Got hooked on this place when I went to college in Georgia. So glad it finally made it to Long Island. Hopefully this begins a trend as we have way too many subpar burger joints and not many alternatives. Also, don't let a bunch of cars in the drive through discourage you. So, this review is going to be a little bias as I've been so spoiled by my "regular" location. At the location in harrisburg off lindle road they just do things better. They keep all the sauces out for customers to take as they please and they are always warm and welcoming, often introducing themselves and constantly asking if everything is ok/ if a refill is needed. I have been to this location twice now and I must say, I miss that level of service. The food is still good, although one complaint I do have is their buns! The buns should be well buttered, but instead these buns are just dry! I would be surprised if they even touched it with butter. The staff is ok, they simply take your order and that's all. They never come to your table however I did see one of the staff members walking around just looking but not actually speaking to anyone. This location can deffinatly take a few notes from their lindle road counterpart. 1. Let people take their own sauces 2. Be more welcoming and actually talk to your customers and 3.please butter the buns. Other then these potentially "nit-picky" things that only a regular will notice, this location is pretty good. read more

This restaurant attracts families with little kids, so don't come here for a quiet dining experience. My order was processed quickly and brought to my table. I might go back again today! I'm a HUGE Chick-Fil-A fan! I'm not going to lie, this is not the best one I've been to. The employees are always friendly and the food is always good. However, the sweet tea here is never actually sweet. I would rather drive the 20 min to the one on the Carlisle pike as their sweet tea is much better. also, I know this is a newer location and with that comes time to really get things down but it seems like every time I go to the Carlisle location I end up waiting in the drive-through for a good while. I was so excited to finally get a Chick-fil-A in Carlisle. However, I have been disappointed by the slow service and food. The chicken mini bread was not done. Chicken strips and parties were smaller than other locations. The entire staff needs retraining. This location is given the brand a bad name. This location is always super friendly and they're always speedy. However, the past few times I've gotten their fries, they were undercooked, soggy, and unsalted! I work in fast food myself so I understand how occasionally someone may not know what they're doing or something. But it has been the past three times I've been here and the fries were the same! I honestly get why people who have only tried this location say "it's not that good. It's overrated." This location does not live up to the standards of other chick fil as. I've been a dozen or more times hoping it would improve but it never does. I love chicken minis usually but at this location: the biscuits are stale, crumbly, and super dry. They don't put honey on the biscuits either which is one of the best things about minis.. the fries are almost always cold too. I usually love Chick Fil A but had ordered breakfast before heading to NJ for a family visit close to a month ago and was very displeased with the fact that they got everything in our order wrong. I ordered chicken, egg & cheese biscuit and got an egg biscuit. My husband ordered a chicken, egg and cheese bagel and they left off the chicken. I complained on their web site and was told their local management would be in touch with me. I still have not heard from anyone. We will just go the extra few miles to Mechanicsburg where we always have gotten great service. read more
