First time coming to a chik-fil-a. I don't have this back home but always heard the raves about it. I see them everywhere when I visit the mainland. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. It was a pretty good sandwich and fries was awesome. I think next time I should try the regular chicken sandwich. I like that give different sauces to dip the fries and sandwich in. Service is good. read more

I am amazed by how much the Chick-fil-A by my home has grown. It now has 2 drive-thrus so I went inside. I expected to wait for easily 10 to 15 minutes. I didn't have to wait. I was putting a straw in my soda when they handed me my food. Very impressive and I'm still in shock. read more

I visit here every couple of weeks and always get great friendly service. Around lunch time on some days it's really busy yet they still manage to provide quick, excellent service. I was in the drive-thru once and apparently lost my credit card earlier that day so I just told them it was okay and started to drive off but they stopped me and happily gave me my order. I can't think of any other place that would do that. They see the importance of how the customer feels after leaving and I'm always happy when and after my visit. the drive-thru was extremely fast! as there was a little line in the beginning the workers of this establishment handled the line and my priorities quickly and efficiently. the person who took my order did not have a name tag on but he seemed extremely nice! he was a very young gentlemen and he made sure that my boyfriend and i were taken care on top of that he told us to have a great day! what a kind soul! but on the other hand the overweight, "big boned" women who was standing under the umbrella giving out receipts (lauren) didn't have the most delightful look on her face which made me feel as a valued customer under appreciated. not only did i feel under appreciated she was screaming at some other women in a car on the other side of this church. the food? need i say more? amazing as always ;) read more

OK first off Chick-fil-A is my second favorite restaurant in the whole world second only to my own. I decided to start reviewing each Chick-fil-A I visit. I visit hundreds in my travels every year so this is number #1 in Stafford Virginia. My normal fare is a number one with a large half-and-half tea just tell them split tea and they will know what you mean. I get a fruit cup instead of fries about half the time and I've been eating at Chick-fil-A since I was just a lad in North Georgia 40 years ago at the original Chick-fil-A Greenbriar mall. I've seen a lot of changes from the first freestanding Chick-fil-A in Roswell Georgia to the demise of barbecue chicken and carrots salad and the worst deletion of all hot tea!!! Then they added the deluxe and then spicy chicken which were OK but I like the original The way it should be with just pickles!! Of ourse the addition of chicken minis change the whole fast food breakfast scene and Are still my go to breakfast on the road. Of course any review of Chick-fil-A they didn't mention Chick-fil-A sauce would be incomplete it must be nectar of the gods. Waffle fries just don't taste the same without it! So whatever you like and whenever you like it except for Sundays try Chick-fil-A I know I do! Very rude customer service during breakfast hours. Had an issue with the new egg white chicken sandwich being burnt. The cashier argued that it was normal for the grill however eating this already several times this week made me know otherwise. Besides the unbelievably "my pleasure," friendly service, I love this location in particular because you can get through the driveway super fast. If drivers go through by themselves, they chicken out (pun intended!) on the left side of the drive through. Be brave! All you have to do is reach through the passenger window ;) You can't go wrong with a huge platter of chicken nuggets and a sweet tea to make mama happy! Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite fast food chains and this location is no exception. I always feel like the employees genuinely care and enjoy their jobs when I see how friendly and polite they are to the customers. Our first experience here was great--we ordered our food, were given a number and were told to sit anywhere. They delivered our food right to our table. As if that wasn't already enough, someone came by to check that we had everything we needed and then took our trash when we were finished! Talk about great service that really sets them apart from other fast food chains! And, as usual, the food tasted excellent! read more

Each time I go through, I feel weird. There is this old drive-thru attendant that gives me a weird look. Once I ordered, and they forgot one of the meals. I told her, and she was looked at me like I was trying to scam her. She asked for the bag back, then begrudgingly got me the missing order. I haven't felt so uncomfortable since I got hit on by a drive-thru attendant at a McDonalds outside of Atlanta around midnight, but at least that was kinda funny.
