I love Chick-fil-A however my experience tonight was less than loving. The amount of help in the back was excessive and they seemed to just be playing around rather than taking their duties seriously. Perhaps "When the cats away the mice will play". The family ahead of us was missing one persons full order. My husband and I ordered a sandwich meal large size with an additional large fry. My husband asked for sauce and got 4 and I wanted sauce for my fries and recieved 1! One kid who seemed to be on break kept going back and fourth and showing the crew his phone, which is whatever but again too many people back there. Anywho they messed up our order and gave us a medium fry meal. Forgot two large fries. It was raining and didnt feel like making another trip in. Sandwich was delicious. read more

I don't think this chick-fil-a has been blessed by Jesus yet. I got a "you're welcome" from 2 employees. My sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken I've ever seen from a Chick-fil-a. They don't have strips. They were out of fresh lemonade, but 5 minutes later they went in the back and got more after I got my order. My friend's milkshake was terrible and barely mixed. One of the employees was rude to my other friend. Everyone pray for this Chick-fil-a. They need to get some homeschoolers in here. read more

I Was hoping this place would get their act together but it hasn't happened yet. Drive through is extremely slow. They only process one order at time making it just ridiculous. It's not uncommon to wait a half hour in the drive through. I've gotten sandwiches which literally looked thrown together and others missing toppings. First time at a Chick Filet. Food was tasty. Service was pleasant and quick. It was 7:45pm and the fries were cold. Also, the size of the chicken was considerably smaller in one sandwich. The only other difference is the prices are higher than online Chick fil A. I have been wanting to try Chick-fil-a since I heard about it but it was always a Sunday when I was near one. This was by far the worst chick-fil-a experience we've had. When we went through the drive through and tried to order sauces while ordering our food, the person over the intercom said they couldn't take the sauce orders until the window. Okay. So we got to the window, got our food, and then asked for sauce. The girl at the window, was slinging her long/down to her waist dreadlocked-hair (without a net or restraint) all over the counter and window and everywhere. Being a public health food inspector in the past, I can assure you her hair was not sanitary/held up properly for her to be working in a food facility workplace. After my wife asked for sauce with a silent response followed by a handful of sauce containers, the girl closed the window as we were arranging our food before pulling off, and my family just watched her giving my wife an undoubtedly pissed off glare (for no reason). Her attitude by no means portrayed Chick-fil-A's "it's my pleasure to serve you" motto nor were we told anything of the sorts (remotely nice or courteous) even once.To top it off, the food was subpar to any I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. My spicy chicken sandwich was made up of almost completely fatty scrap piece of chicken and a bun that broke apart on at the slightest touch and was accompanied by noticeably older, and not even hot, chicken nuggets that were unusually greasy. I will never go back. This Chick-fil-A has lost any further business from us. read more

Stopped by today to pick up dinner. Had a fairly large order. The cashier was extremely pleasant. When we got our order it was wrong. We were missing 2 fries and 4 sandwiches ( the two we received were wrong) when we went to the counter the shift manager ( we assume) was rude in telling us we ordered wrong, when the receipt spelled out our order correctly. We were not upset over the mix up but by the rudeness of the employee. Of all the times we've eaten at other chick fil la in our travels I've experienced this type of behavior. My experience with this place is pretty much exactly what everyone else has gone through plus some. Took forever to get through the drive through. Seems like they are only capable of handling one car at a time from placing the order to the customer getting the food. So I finally place my order and get to the window to pay. I hand the girl a $10 BILL that I got from an atm yesterday. First thing she says to her coworkers is does this look real to you. She calls over her manager with 3 teeth and they continue to look at it while continue to wait there and get humiliated. They didn't pull out one of those pens they just act like they are currency experts. They did take it as payment but they would have a real issue if they didn't. read more

Absolutely amazing food and service! Got my food in no time and everything was great. Very friendly workers. Drove 35 minutes out of my way for chick fil a and would definitely do it again for this location. Noticed some negative reviews posted here from a while ago, none of the issues those reviewers experienced afflicted me and the Chick fil a has definitely gotten past any earlier problems that it might've had.
