These places are few and far between back home, I enjoy coming here when I can. I had a delightful chicken salad sandwich, tasty, lightly seasoned, well chopped chicken, all served on toast. Commercial chicken salad usually has large chunks of chicken, but not Chick-Fil-A, it was well chopped into chewable size. This chicken salad is the best I've had. BUT, Never, ever, order a milkshake to go! The cup is well conceived but poorly implemented. The cup is a flimsy styrofoam and the lid is a dome that doesn't fit the cup properly. As soon as you pick it up, the lid pops off and you'll have milkshake all over your hand and inside your car's cup holder. read more

For a restaurant that prides themselves on customer service, I was very disappointed in the experience I had during breakfast hours. I go to this location often or I have in the past. The person "working" the register had an unnecessary attitude. There was no one at the register when I walked in and there was someone already waiting at the register trying to order. After about 2 minutes someone came up from the back and poured themselves a drink and went back. Another 2 minutes later someone came from the drive thru side and took the order of the man in front of me. When it was finally my turn, I placed my order without an issue but when I got my vanilla ice coffee I immediately noticed the lack of cream as if there were only a few drops in it. After tasting it and confirming it was off (extremely bitter) let her know and immediately got an attitude " well, what's wrong with it". "The taste is off, it could be not enough vanilla or cream". She took it and made another the exact same way. "There"... She put it on the counter and started helping the next people. It may not seem like it but the attitude was a bit much. NEXT VISIT: ATTITUDE STRIKES AGAIN! Went through the drive thru. Ordered 8 Chick-fil-A sandwiches. Got my order, went home... Sure enough, they only gave me 6. Understable considering it was lunch time and completely packed. Upon going back and walking in and explain they forgot 2 sandwiches, the cashier went to the drive through window, grabbed a bag, came back and tossed it in the counter and said "there". The drive thru took 20 minutes just to get to the window, the line to pay and receive food was backed up for at least 30 minutes more. This is consistent and their new structure of the lanes makes it almost impossible to leave. Be prepared to be stuck for an hour. I love Chick-fil-A and this location seems very popular and busy. The line moves pretty fast. The food (fries and chicken nuggets) seemed soggier than usual and at other locations. I usually never broaden my horizons past the chicken nuggets with Chick Fil-A sauce, waffle fries with cheese sauce, and a soda; but I have tried multiple items from the menu and they are all good. My only frustration is the size of the nuggets are so small. A 10-pack is about equivalent to a McNuggets 5-pack by weight. Other than that, good stuff. Food is the same as every Chick-fil-A, it's good. We come here because family likes it and you can order relatively healthy. Aside from the food, this is the most inefficient restaurant I've ever been too. This may seem like a small complaint, and if I ordered anything outside of chicken from a chicken restaurant I would agree, however when 10+ vehicles drive past while we are still waiting on our food it is extremely frustrating!! Nice food - terrible service after messing up my order. On eat lunch with your child day it is our family tradition to take Chik-Fil-A. No longer. They did not include my child's lunch (we got the toy, yay!) and so he was very disappointed. I called them. No real person answered the phone but I did get to leave a message. This was returned 3 days later asking me to call a cell phone so that I would get a real person. I stopped by the store - the person who had called me was not there but they did take my address. They did not offer to refund the cost of the kid's meal but said they would "send me some coupons". I explained that I was not really interested in the coupons because I wasn't really sure why I would ever go there again. I called the mobile phone number that they gave me - another Voicemail. An employee approach me in the parking lot and offer to bring the issue to the on site manager's attention - so thank you him. I understand that mistakes get made and it's just a shame it was my child's meal that was messed up and not mine. What really leaves a bad taste is the awful, slow and unresponsive follow up.
