This is a very good Chick-fil-A location, but it's very high traffic area, due to being directly off interstate 35. Expect a wait, whether you are using drive-thru or order in the lobby. The management has a very efficient process, so the wait times are not excessive. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, and the food met my expectations. read more

We went here as a pit stop as we needed fuel from Sam's Club. It was busy, but the line moves fast and we got our food in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. Food was good and fries were warm. The manager of the store was really friendly and nice as he gave us avocado dress extra and made sure we were happy. The bathrooms were clean as well. Chick-fil-a is so much better than so many other places but the latest change seems like a step backwards. I use to love curbside and then they got rid of it, initially I wasn't happy but they optimized drive-thru to the point where I understood the change and it was great experience. Then today curbside was an option again but I chose drive-thru because it's been so easy and efficient. But I got to the window and they didn't know who I was and were like "oh, your a mobile order" and asked me to wait in curbside. So I waited in line at the drive-thru for like 5-10 minutes only to then go sit in curbside for a few more minutes. So now I feel like I should just go back to doing curbside. I don't get it. Feels like they should have just kept drive-thru as the only option and kept things running like they were. read more

Most recent visit was a dine in experience. There were families with kiddos, older couples, and everyone in between. We really enjoyed our dinner meal. Consider dining in. Service was on point, per the usual. Food was exactly to be expected. It was spotless. All the "extras" stations (where you grab sauces, napkins, Purell wipes, etc.) had been arranged by someone with a preference for extreme attention to detail--I love it!! Nerded our a bit on that, there, to be honest. It's a great place for parents to take their littles as the kids have their own indoor play area. Kids around age 3-6 seemed to really enjoy it while we were there. This is a convenient location on the I-35 outer road. Fear not, traffic goes both directions on this side of 35 in front of this location. Whether dining in, or going through the drive thru, I've had good experiences at this location. Usually I have a good experience at this Chick-fil-A, but was unhappy with the service today. I came with my mom and two younger sisters to the drive through. One of the employees came to take our order and we felt completely rushed by him. He kept cutting us off while we were ordering. At the end when we tried to order sauces after telling him our order, and he cut us off, told us to drive forward, and quickly walked away to talk to his group of friends again. Do better! read more

I have an allergy to beef/pork (alpha-gal) which limits where is safe to eat out, but this restaurant is safe and close to my home. I had always been impressed with how fast the service is, and generally order in advance through the app, and pick up through drive through. The last few months I've been consistently disappointed, and am unsure if it is under new management or maybe understaffed, but I've started driving much farther to the one on 33rd street instead, just to avoid 2 main problems. Recently the food has been less than fresh, primarily I get the market salad, which recently has had soggy lettuce at the bottom with some brown areas on several pieces, or I get the Chick-fil-A sandwich and fries. I've started checking the fries before I leave since multiple times I will find that they are not hot and also appear kind of soggy (not crispy like they use to be). The 2nd complaint is the wait times, even at non-rush hours. 2 weeks ago I waited over 16 min for a one item order(salad) that was placed through the app and over 10 minutes of that was sitting directly at the window with no cars in front of me. I could see employees inside, and one shorter woman made eye contact with me a few times while talking to another employee, but it was over 10 min before she brought my salad out. I am leaving this review mostly in hopes the issues are corrected since Ive had great experiences for the previous few years (quick & fresh food) until just a few months ago, and will try to remember to edit this review to reflect the improvements if they occur. read more

They definitely have speed and customer service skills on another level at this location. Craving the chicken and I was hungry... They fixed my hunger. The chicken was hot the fries were hot. This location is only about a year old. I work in the area and frequently order lunch from here with curbside delivery. I have had no problems. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and small fry and cashed out some reward points for an 8 count grilled nugget and medium fry for the hubs. The fries were piping hot and crispy with a soft potatoey middle. The sandwich and nuggets were hot and delicious. It's a busy location but I've never seen the drive thru line double wrapped around the building or anything. I get my food pretty quickly by ordering in advance on my phone. read more

My fave chicken place EVER! I have only had one incident with less than excellent chicken quality, and I have eaten here for at over 2 decades. I have tried everything on the menu....and love it all! I like how they send workers to interact with drive through customers, which also alleviates clogs during rush hours, and ensures correctly received orders. My boyfriend and I have been long time chick fil a supporters, specifically visiting this location at least weekly. Pro tip: Skip this location and go to the one just west of Bryant on 2nd. This location is low energy and full of unhappy employees including the manager on duty. You won't be greeted upon entering and nobody will say "My pleasure" when you thank them.
