I came and picked up 3 salads for the family. I don't eat chicken, so I ordered me a salad with no meat on it. When I got home, it was chicken on mine. Ehhh! I took the chicken off and ate my plain salad. Next time I'll check all the salads, before I leave. I don't eat tomatoes either. Guess what? It was on my salad. Lol!. I wanted a good chicken sandwich and this is my go to place. The line was long when I pulled up but that didn't stop the employees from taking my order quickly. Order and paid pretty fast. Customer service was great I was asked if I needed any condiments. Typical Chic-Fil-A, but this location has much nicer staff than the one in Camp Creek. I was given a vanilla milkshake instead of a frosted coffee and they replaced it without a bad attitude. The spicy sandwich and mac were on point. Sometimes the chicken filet is thin and mostly breading, but this one was thick with meat. My only complaint is that the fries could've been hotter, especially since it was busy. read more

The food here is always ok, no complaints. I tend to place mobile orders and of all the locations I frequent this one always has me pull up to "Drive Thru VIP Parking" to wait on my order. Never fails. It defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, if I have to wait longer. I mostly order the Cobb Salad with Nuggets (no Bacon) and I've noticed they now chop the nuggets up so small it should be called diced chicken. I've never even seen this at another location. Otherwise the staff here is decent. However, I rarely hear a "my pleasure" here from the drive thru staff like you hear at the other locations. On the few occasions I've been inside this location, I will say it could use some updating. read more

We have been visiting this Chick-Fil-A at least once per week for 3 years now. The previous visit here they were training a new employee who didn't know how to ring stuff up correctly. Understandably so, given he's new. He rings our entire order up, then realizes he did it wrong for needing to use coupons. He deletes the order, gets a supervisor involved and she teaches him how to correctly do it. They're required to go coupon by coupon for items, or use a coupon for a meal. During this same time we watched numerous orders being made wrong and even drive thru customers coming back inside to get their order fixed. It took a while to fix it. We didn't say anything and even when THEY apologized for the inconvenience, because they knew they had messed up, we couldn't have been anymore gracious, kind and patient. Fast forward... on my birthday last week we tried to go eat and find out that my account had been locked and my points had been made where I couldn't use them. When I called I was informed that my account had "been suspended due to violation of terms." They gave me no information, but asked me so many questions about my previous visits, locations, orders, etc. I was told it would be escalated, given no details as to what caused this, but ultimately my account would possibly be suspended indefinitely. No explanation was given, but I believe it was due to the mess up of the employee. An honest mistake and absolutely no fault of our family. I finally received a call yesterday, almost a week after initially finding my account has been locked. I was still given no real, upfront answer as to why it happened. An apology was issued from corporate, and I was given a free meal and access into my account. Which I'm grateful for all of that, don't get me wrong, but the lack of compassion, empathy and information as to what happened is truly astonishing. If it was the employees mess up that ultimately caused the hiccup, and CFA knows that, I should be given that information. But to some extent, I still feel like they think I did something wrong. If every time something like that happens, I guess CFA locks your account and it becomes an investigation? But why punish the consumer? That doesn't feel good. I've raved about the customer service at this place, taken birthday and Christmas cards to staff there, and know some of them on a first name basis, but this baffles me. To be honest, I'm not so sure it's all because of this situation, but rather a targeted, personal attack. Which makes me fearful to visit this location again, or possibly Chick-Fil-A in general. I feel violated. For a restaurant that prides itself on being like Christ, I don't think Jesus treated folks this way... Just a reminder, no good deed goes unpunished. If I had thrown a fit, which isn't who I am, they would have made sure to right the wrong, but when it was a hiccup on the part of the employee, the consumer is made to feel like a bad guy? The math doesn't math. I will probably still eat at CFA, but now it will be because of the quality of food and not due to the quality of service. I will order, get my food, and take my seat. This is a prime example of the bigger issue going on in our society. The rich get richer, the poor become more poor. We don't work to right wrongs, but rather award "bad behavior" while those who try to do good, suffer. Don't treat poorly those who advocate for you. You should try and retain those customers. They're loyal. We have been loyal. However, this has taught me that sometimes you still end up the "bad guy." Again, I appreciate the phone call after the "investigation" was wrapped up, but this truly couldn't have come at a worse time... on my birthday, Sep 27th, the same day that massive floods hit back home in WNC and I couldn't reach anybody in my family. We've had immense loss in my family the past 2 years, then that happened last week. Thankfully my family is alive and ok. To close, it isn't just points, it's honestly just trying to find joy in the small things. Which on my panicked birthday was me trying to have a small meal at CFA. But that was taken from me. This Chick-fil-A location SLAYS every time regardless of the time of day my food is always SO fresh, hot, and literally made beautiful with so much love. This Chick-fil-A is my FAVORITE location near by because of the quality of food, and how fast my drive thru experience is. I kid you not, I will drive out of my way to THIS location because my fries are always on point. I consider myself a Chick-fil-A fry snob, and majority of the time (like 9/10 times) they do not disappoint me, in fact I often leave singing "GLORY TO GOD THESE ARE SO GOOD!!". Anyways, in addition to the fantastic food, they have great service and a friendly team. Kara one time paid for my meal in the drive thru, and recently Colby (I think his name was) served me my food with a big smile outside. The Dwarf House is a unique Chick-Fil-A with full service seating with table service. It has regular doors and a dwarf door that is cute but you have to stoop down to get through it. It has the regular Chick-Fil-A menu with a few extras. I ordered their Hot Brown with side salad. It is fried chicken nuggets with cream sauce, cheese, paprika and two slides of bacon on top. It comes with a quartered cut slice of toast. I didn't care much for it. Not much flavor and the fried chicken was soggy. My friend ordered a side of fried Okra and it was qpretty good. Was craving Chick-Fil-A and when to go pick it up. Upon arriving home, I began to eat my salad and I discovered a dead roach. Immediately, I called the store to notify them of my findings. The store didn't answer so I called corporate. It has been over 15 hours and I have yet to receive a call from this store. If I was in any leadership position, contacted a customer that found a roach in their food would be my first priority of the day. After not having Chick-fil-A for over 6 months (no Hawaii locations); it was a tasteful surprise when we sat down to eat at the Dwarf House. The restaurant was dated and had a musty smell. However the food was good; chicken nuggets were dry but the waffle fries and fried okra were on point. I'm not sure what is going on with Chick-fil-A lately but it seems all locations are severely slacking. I was in the drive-through line and literally had five people come after me and the person behind me end up in the other line getting their order taken and food before I have even been able to place my order I told the manager and she basically just said it happens sometimes that is an unacceptable response from Chick-fil-A especially when I'm already in a rush. I will not be returning there in the morning for breakfast ever again and I'm about to swear off all Chick-fil-A because their customer service has dropped from what it was. For those who don't know, the dwarf house is the expanded menu full service version of chick fil a. A CFA on steroids if you will. They have an expanded menu that includes different breakfast lunch and dinner platters. Omelets, hot brown's ... If you haven't tried it ... What are you waiting for ? The service is always top notch, food is cooked to order and delicious and the restaurant is always clean. I had a chick fil a chicken omelet that came with grits, toast, and drink for under $10. I have tried to give this location a chance, but no matter the time of day they are slow and they have issues with getting my order correct. The good is the food is always fresh and hot! This place is just nasty! No customer service at all! They have children running in between cars and still asking us what I ordered when it's time to pay!??! I have been a customer of this chikfila for the last 2 years. I get the exact same thing every morning, Monday-Friday ( large diet coke light ice and an English muffin with just sausage) and most of the drive through employees know me by name. Well over the last week or so I had noticed a change in my English muffin. It was not nearly as toasted as usual so I ask for it to be extra toasted not a big deal right? Wrong! Today as I place my same order the teller tells me "Oh we no longer are able to toast your muffin extra."?! I almost blew a gasket and asked what had changed since yesterday. No one could even give me an answer of why and she would try and see what she could do?! I am not a happy customer at this time and just can't believe it to be honest. The regular employees are awesome and I barely have to tell any of them what I want they just know.
