I need a ride or fried chick (come on!) I like to rock Prada suits and dipping sauces I need a ride or fried chick... 5/5 Chick Spicy Chick Sandwich hit the spot. Food was good and the lettuce and tomatoes fresh, my wife went with a salad instead of fries (Didn't know you could do that). Kids ate the Chick tenders (left overs for the father). Fries were nice and well cooked. Sorry no food photos everyone grabbed something before I could snap away. 5/5 Kids Value One of the few CFA's with ad indoor playground for the toddlers. Nothing like letting them run wild and eat all indoors with some AC. The events are always a plus. They got to meet Mr Pickles the cow (such a good name). 5/5 Customer Service Fresh flowers on every table. Great service from Sophia taking our order and bringing us our drinks. They have high chairs with a sanitation wipe and a Kids place mat for the table. Katie was very helpful during the Adopt a Cow event. You can check out their events on their social media accounts for more information. Most people tend to drive thru but when you dine in, you'll see the calendar events planned. Such as Adopt a Cow or Bonus Point Wednesday for mobile app orders. Parking is readily available, just be mindful that the drive thru line can get long during peak hours. So if you need amazing customer service and a fried chick for your ride visit the Glendora CFA. God bless

Fast drive thru and pleasant customer service. Sandwiches, salads, fries are all still excellent quality. However, I tried their new Frosted Soda Dr. Pepper and it had so little Dr. Pepper, their signature vanilla soft-serve comprising 95% of the drink flavor. Lacking in soda flavor and had too much of an overt sweet aftertaste. And they didn't fill up the beverage all the way, disappointed and probably wouldn't try other Frosted Soda flavors, would not recommend this new beverage treat item.

Omg! If you like waiting, then this is the place for you! Hardly anyone inside the restaurant, about 5 cars in drive thru...and we're still waiting for more than 10 mins. The 12 minute mark was when I actually asked about my order which was basically two breakfast meals. The cashier (Faith) said they were still working on it. Scratching my head! Anyways, order was placed at 9:02a and received at 9:19am...I just hope this isn't standard practice! Faith did mention there was a glitch to their system. I wonder what would have happened if I never asked about my order? ... Thank you though for the one sandwich gift card which will certainly make up for the bad start to my day.

I love this chick-fil-a. The restaurant was clean, and staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenna Estrada took our order, and she was very bubbly and so sweet. She even gave my kids cute little cow hats! Daphne also checked in with us constantly and was very kind too. The breakfast was good. We ordered the breakfast burrito, chicken sliders, and spicy chicken deluxe. The food was hot, and the chicken and fries were all crispy. I also tried their dragonfruit drink with lemonade, and it was refreshing, sour, and delicious! They also had a little toddler play area that was pretty clean. We enjoyed our breakfast here this morning, and staff definitely went above and beyond!

A clean and well maintained Chick-fil-a situated a bit east of LA in Glendora. Friendly service, clean restrooms with a nice built in playground for kids! Salad is fresh, a bit sparse in volume compared to usual but not too bad. Overall, would recommend a visit when in town!

Chick-fil-A wtf happened lately with your buns? It's 12/18/25 You honestly think we wouldn't notice the change in buns?!! These smaller and weak asf! First bite everything falls almost and the buns become soggy asf too! And the chicken inside are WAY smaller! You don't fill me! Never coming back again! Way to ruin it ‍

The food was delicious. The service was beyond my expectations. Today 11-8-25 I was completely broken crying my heart and soul out sitting inside the restaurant while my girls were in the playground being kids not aware that our lives will change forever after today. Liz not aware of my heart break came to my table asking if she could remove my trash and tray, I looked up and answered her with a yes and thank you. After a few minutes Liz comes back with a beautiful gift and the beautiful gesture of a hug . I was expecting to cry in a public place it's just so painful I can't seem to stop. Liz definitely made me feel better and faithful. While the world around me moves Liz noticed a broken soul and did something about it I'll never forget her kindness and compassion. Thank you Liz and Glendora chick*fil*A the ambiance was nice.

This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A and I am glad it was this location. The employees were great, nice, and cheerful. The food was great. My only small problem is the order of fries was a bit underfilled. It was a great experience regardless. read more

So sad to give this location 1 Star but I can't go any higher. Let me start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of Chic-fil-a. I've loved the chain for many years. But this location is just terrible. Out of the 10 or so times I've been there since they have opened up, I've had a bad experience 4 times. My food has been cold as ice one time, I got the complete wrong order twice, and I was overcharged once. It finally aggravated me to the point where I had to write this review. This is unacceptable. I've never been to another fast food restaurant in my life that messes up this frequently. As I said before, I'm a fan of Chic-fil-a, but that is about to change. read more

Wow THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR A QUICK LUNCH OR DINNER...or BREAKFAST. Any excuse to eat my 12 count chicken nuggets with chick fil a sauce and a sweet tea, I'm all for it!! I like going here to pick up breakfast for my coworkers and I. Their service is friendly, fast, and clean. Their employees are really nice, Caleb being a shining star. I will continue to come here because of not only the quality of the food, but the quality of the staff. I wish every Chick-fil-A had a Caleb working there. read more

This was our first time here with my wife. We were really impressed with the fresh flowers everywhere, and our grandkids loved the play area. The service was top-notch, with smiles all around, and the restaurant was clean. All in all, a very pleasant evening at a very reasonable price. read more

I know it is a new store but it was a fantastic experience. Went there last night and I was SO happy with the service. I always come to this location, never any issues! A few days ago, I ordered the 4ct chicken strip & got the 12ct nuggets. I checked my receipt and the sticker they put onto your order bag & both were correct with my order. Not a huge deal as I like both, but staff definitely needs to be a little more careful given that they most likely gave the people behind or in front of me the wrong order as well. read more

Food always tastes great at this location. The drive thru does get stupid packed pretty much all day but it is in a busy shopping center. Regardless they still do a great job of getting your order out hot, fresh and fast. read more

$15/hour minimum wage has priced Chick-fil-A out of my routine fast food options. I love the Chick-fil-A food, their restaurant is normally very clean, the service great, and the people both professional and nice. However, my son and I went there and we spent almost $20 for two regular meals. That is just WAY TOO MUCH. read more

One of the best locations I've been to! Staff was 100% throughout my visit. From getting my food to me quicker than I could sit at a table to multiple drink refills...WOW! Food was great (always is). Smaller store but they handled the crowd well and seats were always opening. read more

Chick fil-A is literally my favorite fast food restaurants of all time! And now we have one in Glendora! Seriously, how lucky are we, healthy and great food, the best service, and its not that expensive (mabye a dollar or two more than McDonalds) what more could you ask for. The location is Great, there is alot of parking space, everything is very maintained and clean, this company runs a tight ship. I have to mention it one more time, the quality of the food is up to par and the employees are extremely nice and patient! Oh! I almost forgot the best part...Their Breakfast! Properly portioned and made fresh, pair that with their piping hot coffee and there is no way you'll be disappointed. I can not stress it enough, if you've never been to a chick fil a, you owe it to yourself to try it at least once. Really looking forward to going back!!! read more

Love their chicken sandwich and chicken strips but most of all, the customer service is excellent. When they see there's a long line they all jump on the registers. So the wait is not bad. The staff here seems like they love working here. They also come to you to check if you need refills and clear your table. Thanks to Luis who gave us free ice cream cones. 1st time I came here they got my order completely wrong. 2nd time even worse I didn't get my food until the rest of the family was done and it was wrong. They ended up giving me a complementary coupon for breakfast. Came in today to use them and they said they expired. Why I was given expired coupons is besides me the customer service at this location is the worst. I will not return. read more

Popped in to eat at this place for the first time in years, had not eaten at a Chick-fil-A since I worked at the mall as a kid! I had forgotten how good the chicken was here! The food was amazingly fresh, the staff was professional and friendly, there are a ton of them working! The restaurant is spotless, saw an employee cleaning the soda machine, cleaning EVERY single bacteria trapping nozzle, VERY IMPRESSED!! Will definitely be back! read more

I really like all of the workers at this location, all super nice & helpful ! But that last couple of times I've went in they gave me some burnt fries ! And I went in to get some new ones and they were still burnt ! You guys shouldn't be selling fries like that .. I thought I was going to break my tooth when I took a bite ! I was never a fan before and then they put one down the street from my office. Ah man! I went three times last week! My go to is the deluxe spicy chicken! During the summer they have a watermelon mint lemonade and it's a must have. Also love the free iced coffee Thursday's and the frozen lemonade is a must if your want and Ivey and sugary treat. Even better if you take it home and add some other adult beverages to it. I crave the fries on a daily, which is not too great for my waistline. read more

Always great service. They treat their customers like guests. Except this time I came in at 10:32 am to the register to order breakfast and apparently they wouldn't served me anything on the breakfast menu because it ended 2 mins ago. That's odd! Because it's likely that the eggs are still out and it's not like at 10:30 sharp, they hurry up and put everything away. read more

Love it here. Service is great and food is always yummy. Usually order the Spicy Chicken Deluxe (with lettuce, tomato, cheese and pickle)- so good! Now I have began ordering the Chicken ranch club (or bacon club) but on a lettuce wrap... so good! Love their diet lemonade as well... you can taste the freshness. Second time eating there was craving a chicken sandwich, well I was very disappointed was expecting much more from their chicken sandwich, where was the lettuce tomato mayo , but pickles really gross. The cheddar cheese sauce wasn't my cup of tea but the two people that I shared it with said it was really good. I did also wish that the bread was more toasted and the entire cheesesteak had more texture to it. The bell peppers added a nice spice to each bite and was honestly my favorite thing about the sandwich. It was also $20 for one cheesesteak.

The fish and shrimp both have the option to be fried or grilled, so I went with fried, and they were fantastic. The flour tortillas were perfect, and I also got a pineapple agua fresca. it was ice cold and so refreshing. The price was really reasonable, and I'm honestly surprised this place isn't more popular. I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service and management at this Chick-fil-A location. Despite the brand's esteemed mission to deliver exceptional service, my recent visit was nothing short of a failure on multiple fronts. Firstly, the service was abysmal. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but they also failed to provide the basic support one would expect from an establishment renowned for its customer service. ANDREA, who was supposed to be the acting supervisor, was particularly ineffective. When I raised my concerns, she dismissed them outright, stating there was nothing she could do. It was evident she was either unaware of her responsibilities or simply indifferent to them. Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance from customer service was met with condescension. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, Michelle chose to lecture me, which only added to my frustration. It is appalling that representatives tasked with resolving issues would choose to patronize customers instead. The overall experience left me feeling as though I was at a McDonald's rather than Chick-fil-A. The lack of professionalism and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction was shocking and unacceptable. This establishment has severely damaged my perception of Chick-fil-A, and I will certainly not be returning to this location. It is disappointing to see such a reputable brand being undermined by incompetent management and staff. I strongly urge a thorough review and overhaul of the service standards at this location to prevent further erosion of customer trust and loyalty. read more

I have always been an advocate for this restaurant and business. But when my child is attacked by a patron and the staff that is working, which is usually an overload of staff, does not do anything to protect both families and children I must say that I am quite appalled and angered by the lack of safety. My daughter and I went to go have a late snack Friday night and she was jumping on her seat in our booth. An 18-year-old some looking individual turned around and cursed at my child and then told me watch your kid dude. I immediately went into defense mode, asked her to stop yelling at my child; she persisted with using curse words and exposed her middle finger at us - other patrons sat quietly listening to the altercation and I kept shouting back stop speaking to my child. It didn't stop. I got up, rushed for help from staff and they all just stared. The rest of the story as a mom can be exaggerating but I was scared, my daughter was saddened and we left not ever wanting to come back. A manager chose to walk us out and apologized on behalf of his staff... that was the only comforting things read more

I'm writing this review to warn others about a truly awful experience I had at Chick-fil-A yesterday. I visited the branch and ordered their chicken sandwich. Everything seemed fine at first, but just a few hours later, I became incredibly sick. I experienced severe stomach cramps, nausea, and other unpleasant symptoms. It was clear that I had food poisoning, and it was the worst I've ever felt. The symptoms lasted all night, ruining my plans and causing a great deal of discomfort. I couldn't sleep and spent the entire night feeling miserable. What's most frustrating is the lack of care and quality control that must be present at this location. Food poisoning is a serious issue, and it's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that makes customers sick. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards at this Chick-fil-A. Save yourself the risk and choose another dining option. I've ordered from the mobile app a couple times now and have selected the carry out option, and every time they never have my order ready. These last two times especially, I've placed my order and selected "prepare my order" about 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant (the carry out option is supposed to be ready when you arrive at the restaurant) and when I arrived at the restaurant they hadn't even started my order yet. Today I got my normal order for breakfast, a chicken biscuit and diet lemonade, and the chicken biscuit was dry, the biscuit was hard, and the chicken was overly fried. I'm pretty disappointed out with my experiences at this Chick-fil-A so far. read more
