My mom and I went Friday night and they weren't busy at all. We only ordered kids meal and a nugget meal. After observing several people order after us and get their food, I was clearly upset. It had been 15 minutes and still NO FOOD. I went to the counter and the Manager on Duty assisted me. She found my order on the screen and saw it was never filled for some reason. She proceeded to get my order ready and told me she "threw in 2 cookies and a card for a free breakfast sandwich". I didn't order breakfast so why give me a free one. Why not comp my meal or give me a discount since it was clearly your fault! There was a big family beside us who stated they couldn't believe it took so long to get our food. A 16 year old worker had brownish/caramel colored braids (natural human hair colors) and was asked to take it out or leave after 3 months of working there with no issues, comments or uniform violations. Manager was in the wrong and imo this borders on racism if not simply outright discrimination, since light brown or even blonde hair ARE natural colors. They are obviously struggling for qualified help. It's gotten to the point with this location, that I have to check my order before leaving the window (something I've never had to do at Chick-fil-A.) This last time I was there they got my order wrong twice. Had to pull over for them to fix the order the first time. When they brought what was supposed to be the correct order to my car, by the time I reached in and found that it was still wrong, the employee was back at the drive-thru window. I was herded through drive-thru today when I stopped to get lunch. I entered the parking lot and had to get into one of two lines to order. My order was taken by an employee on the lot with an iPad. Right before the two lane merged another employee with a money belt took my payment and handed me a receipt. I finally made it to the window and was handed my food. My order was correct. My food was warm. My grilled nuggets(no fries) and diet lemonade came out to $9.03! read more

This particular Chick-fil-A puts shame on all the others. The amount of times my order has been wrong for an item missing or simply the quality is not up to par is quite horrific. I will never return to this location, especially after I had ordered delivery and they forgot the main item of my order, and then could not replace it, so I am without a dinner tonight. All they could say is they would give me a reward however, that does not return my money nor does it make me a satisfied customer. If you ever drive by this Chick-fil-A keep going, there is a better location off of Rocky River Road although it has the same owner. I accidentally went through the mobile lane (I was not familiar with the difference as i've never gone to a CFA that has this) and they told me I had to go all the way around. Keep in mind the was a line so I had to wait for every single car in front of me to get their food before I could exit. Clearly did not go back around because they definitely could've figured something out for me. I ordered 2 (two) trays of Chick n minis at 0900 over the phone through the "catering Department " and when ordering I expressed that I need them ready for pick up at 1100... I expressed that it is for Mt. Pleasant Middle School and that I need to get them to the school by 1120... well the trays WERE NOT READY at 1100!!! I got them at 1116 and now the delivery from me to Mt. Great service ALWAYs. Drive thru is always busy so I don't expect it to be fast but line moves at a good pace. Food is consistently good.

It's 8:39 pm Monday night and I pull to the speaker and no one takes my order, so I drive around and see a car in front of me that just pulled off, can't tell if it got any food or not. It's Memorial Day, but other fast food places are open. Two workers, one tall and big and the other short are standing there at the window smiling and laughing while drinking and eating and laughing at each other and both look at me and walk off all the way to the dining room. I thought Chic Fila had the best customer service ever. These two or one of them could have easily said "we're closed" instead of laughing and walking away like we couldn't see them. Thank you to the nice young man who came over about a minute later who had enough decency to tell us they were closed and told us to have a good night. He had an afro and wore glasses. Wow I can't believe I would be writing a second review. Went through the drive thru and got a chicken biscuit combo. When I got home there wasn't a chicken biscuit in my bag. The girl in the drive thru Hannah did not seem very focused. I was more upset about the wasted time I had to deal with driving back up to the restaurant. They never asked if wanted my biscuit so I kindly ask for a refund. Never going back and I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I love Chick Fil A and I'm so excited to see this addition to Harrisburg. However, their service is a lot slower than several others I have been to. I love that CFA offers so many options to order, including through the mobile app. This review is based SOLELY on my three experiences ordering through the app. 1) I ordered in advance and decided to pick it up through the drive through - bad idea, the drive through was very slow (even though there's a double line) so you get stuck waiting for your food. 2) I ordered in the morning this time thinking the drive through wouldn't be so bad around 7am... wrong, I got stuck behind someone who was ordering a ton of food (possibly trays) and even though I had ordered in advance through the app, I was still asked to pull to the side after getting to the window to wait. 3) my final experience ordering through the app was this morning. I decided to try carryout this time in hopes it be easier. The inside was dead so I figured it'd be quick. My drink came out right away, but I had to wait several minutes for my food, at which point it may have been more beneficial to just order when I stepped into the restaurant instead of thinking I'd save time through the app. I would recommend this store get rid of the option to pick your order up in the drive thru when you order through the app. read more

Drive-through line is quick and efficient despite rush hour. Usually 4 employees taking orders to keep things moving. Chick-fil-A always has the tastiest and hot-from-the-fryer waffle fries. There is no comparison. Not sure why another reviewer mentioned an employees' hair as each employee I have encountered is in crisp uniform and clean-cut. We have been ordering takeout with the Chick-fil-A app since Covid began. So I have ordered from here several times over the past eight months. The app is so easy to use! If you get there early enough so that there are not cars spilling out at the drive thru line, then you can get through very quickly! And of course the students that work there are super nice! And only once have they made an error in my order--wrong dressing for my salad. Not a deal breaker for me. read more

Had to go through the drive through today and I regret nothing more. They have two lines and the little girl in my line got held up by a minivan who ordered for 10 minutes. I pulled in at the same time as this other person and he got in the left lane so I got in the right lane. He and seven other cars went through while I sat there behind the three other cars in front of me. I called the store and asked for a manager, who said "yeah the lanes get backed up and out of order sometimes." That's not an excuse! Instead try and manage the drive-through lane. When a customer holds up the line, Be respectful of the other 15 people waiting in line and have that person pull up into a designated area and complete their order without stopping everybody else. There's no way to get out of line if you get fed up with this . you have to sit there and endure. It is a very poor set up and extremely horribly managed. read more

Very poor customer service. The employees at this location were not trained very well. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken nugget tray, she mistakenly rung it up for strips. When I got to the window, of course they were not done because I ordered 20, so they asked me to pull up and wait. Fine by me, but I looked at the receipt and noticed it was strips instead of nuggets. I went in the restaurant and explained I did not want strips, I prefer nuggets. The manager, Alex, comes to me and tries to explain the difference in the chicken. I'm no dummy, I know the difference between a nugget and a strip. Anyway, he says it'll be another 10 mins for the nuggets. So I wait, and, wait, and wait. To no avail! I took corporates number and asked for a refund! It was then, 40 minutes later, that they said my nuggets had just come out. At that point I was angry, and dissatisfied with them. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience!I received my refund, called corporate, to no avail, and will NEVER return to this location! read more
