Probably the worst experience i've ever had at a chick-fil-a. Let me start by saying I had a child in car with me and if anyone has children you know they are indecisive and sometimes take time to tell you what they want. The person taking our order cut me off in the middle of me asking the child what they wanted to drink but saying "a chicken sandwich.. and what?" with more attitude than a teenage girl. I'm assuming because he just wanted to get our order and get us away and that's probably the reason he messed up the order. I asked for one chicken sandwich meal and one spicy chicken sandwich meal with a bottled water. When they ran the order out to us i looked in the bag and it was two chick-fil-a sandwich meals and they gave me a cup of water. I politely let them know the order was wrong and was told to go up to the window. I did just that and couldn't even get a word out before the blonde lady at the window cuts me off and says "spicy chicken sandwich and a water bottle? i know." with the same amount of attitude and the guy in the drive though. I understand being stressed out, I work in the service industry, but the way i was treated as a burden for giving my business to this place makes me never wanna return to this location. Per usual at CFA my food was hot, high quality, and a great portion. I don't stray from the deluxe meal often and I am never let down with what I get. It seemed like a busy location as it is located in the midst of a high end shopping center. I ordered a little after the dinner rush it seemed so it was very slow. I did notice my food took a bit longer than my hometown CFA and others around me were getting their food before me when they came much later. It wasn't long enough to say anything, however, when I was brought my piping hot dinner they gave me a certificate for a free sandwich for the wait. Chick-fil-A has been known to have excellent service, but on yesterday I did not receive that. First issue is when I received my food it was cold. Second issue is there was a fly at the bottom of my bag. I called, but didn't get a response. So, I called that evening and spoke with Carson who was the evening team league,but wasn't on shift when this occurred. She apologized,offered a refund and replace my order,but for the headache and not being able to eat my lunch wasn't worth it. It's harder to find a bad chick-fil-a than a good one :) They do an excellent job at staffing, and their customer service at this location showcases that. Because they are near UNF and FSCJ they used to do an AWESOME college night thing where you buy a $10 wristband and get unlimited refills on nuggets and french fries. Needless to say, I lived off of those nuggets for days! lol And despite the insane crowds they had that night, the staff was unwaveringly kind, calm, and helpful. They even offered to take pictures of the fort we made from the boxes! :) That was the coolest "college night" Ive ever heard of any restaurant having, let alone a chain. They really do an excellent job. Some tips: 1) they have a text club that you should join if you like to snag a deal. They'll send an alert to your phone every time they host some kind of event like the one mentioned above, and theyre usually phenomenal. Look into it! (you don't even need a smartphone!) 2) They DO get pretty busy... and parking and the drive thru can be downright insane at times. I've always really liked this location a lot. Like all Chick-fil-A stores it's clean and the staff are great. For me the reason I love this particular location is that when you eat in the lobby you are allowed to breathe more than I find at some others. Don't get me wrong, great service is....great. But I don't want someone always refilling my drink, taking my tray or asking how my meal was every two minutes. This location is the perfect mix between being helpful and allowing you to relax, talk with friends/family or read while enjoying their delicious chicken. Also this drive-thru can get slammed but I've never had to wait an exceptional amount of time even once. Great job folks! read more

My wife and I have become fans of Chick FIl-A since our son was born. They have good quality food at reasonable prices, and their service is impeccable! It's really great that they always say, "It's my pleasure" when you say thank you! I love how they realize that when you have a toddler in one arm, it's difficult to carry three people's food on a tray, so they are very gracious about delivering it to your table. I also love how they police the dining room asking if anyone would like refills on beverages. Their training seems to actually produce genuinely kind folks who have a sense of urgency and are truly nice! It's really refreshing, since we usually go there when we are harried in our day, and need a quick place to eat. they really take the stress off by being so nice! Don't forget, Tuesday is kids' night--they have music and activities that are fun for all ages, in addition to ICE CREAM FOR KIDS! Additionally, they sometimes run free food promotions for things like wearing sports attire or other fun activities. It is widely known that Chick Fil-A is a "Christian, Family-Oriented" company, and I have to say, if more Christians behaved like Chick Fil-A employees, there would never be any need to criticize them! I must have had food here 10 times in the last few weeks. The spicy chicken sandwich is so delicious. There is always a lady walking around greeting us while we eat. I must say, for a fast food joint, this one takes the cake. The service was amazing. A manager came over to check on us periodically, took our cups to give free refills and offered us little candies for after our meal. The establishment was clean and cozy. The food was even better than I've had at other places. The chicken club I had was moist and juicy and full of flavor. I got the grilled and it was cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh and my fries were crispy and yummy. Overall, I'll definitely come here to eat again, especially after lots of shopping. Beware, it does get packed in the drive-thru line and the lot is a little tricky when that happens. You can't go wrong with Chick Fil-A. This is my family's "go-to" fast food restaurant because of so many reasons. Good food; good and polite customer service; clean facilities; and a play area that is always kept clean. It doesn't matter that you don't agree with the theological view point it's CEO and founders are (it is a Christian business, so expect Christian values as the backing of their business outlook), you cannot deny that it's not a bad place to eat. When I go here, I know that I will be greeted with, and served with, a smile; that the employees will NEVER give you an attitude, and that the upper management work alongside the regular employees, and will walk around, making sure all their customers are happy. I also like that the toys they include in their kid's meal are educational. They give you the option to trade them in for ice cream-and sometimes we do, and sometimes we keep them (especially if they're books, books on CD, comics, etc). There are no other fast food chains that will give you that choice. read more

So I went here March 6th. I ordered online via the app before I left my house. When I get to the store there is no curbside or takeout option for my order. I had to wait in a double line wrapped all the way around the building for 30 minutes to get my food. When I get home I was missing a breakfast burrito and a biscuit. I called the manager and the guy said his name was Dave. I asked why their lobby was closed as out of the 100+ restaurants within the 5 mike radius of my house bear the town center the 2 Chick-fil-a are the only two restaurants where--if I can't go in to get my own food that I ordered ahead of time--someone will not bring it out and I must wait in the same line as the drive through. In asked why my order was missing items and what would be done. The manager Dave said to me, "Well I can tell you're not interested in getting this resolved today because all you want to do is complain." I was stunned. I had a right to complain. Chick-fil-a wasted my time and then stole from me. He said he would mail me vouchers for the missing food. I have received nothing. I called their "Chick-fil-a Cares" number to report his rudeness and no one has called me back. I asked for a call from the owner. Nothing. Chick-fil-a clearly doesn't care and they won't get any more of my money. They don't deserve your money either. read more

Every week I go to Chick-fil-A and order my chicken salad and request extra avocado dressing. Usually I have no problem receiving it and I have even asked multiple times if it was extra charge or if I could buy it on its own since I like to get a lot of the dressing. Each time I asked an employee they would say it isn't an extra charge. Today I went to order my salad and when I asked for extra dressing, the employee taking my order in the car line told me that I'm allowed 2 free packets and extra packets were 30 cents per packet. I was surprised since I usually get it free with the salad but I didn't mind paying for it at all and requested 4 extra packets. I paid the amount that she said and then proceeded to wait for my order. Another employee later came by my car and asked me to pay $1.65. I asked why I needed to pay for that because I thought I was already charged for everything in my order which is the way it's supposed to be since the person taking my order had already mentioned the price. He then told me that you must pay separately for the dressing and that she could not charge me there with my order. Here is my question: why is it not charged with the order and why is it not written in the system but on the receipt it's labeled ask Misc Sale? If it's in the system then it should say extra dressing. If it's not in the system why are you charging me for it especially when some of your employees are not even aware of the correct pricing for it? I asked him how many packets it would be for $1.65 and he said he didn't know and he had to ask. So he went back to the drive thru window to talk to someone else. According to the price she mentioned I should get 5 extra packets for the price she told me for 30 cents per packet. However when he came back to my car he asked for $1.08 and I paid that price. Then he kept going back and forth, from the drive thru window to my car. When I checked the bag I only found 4 packets which means I got 2 for free and I paid for 2. I told him that I requested 4 extras and he said that I only paid for 2 because the price was $1.08 which is correct since each packet is 50 cents. He then went back to the window to talk to another employee and they were discussing it back and forth and she said that there should be 5 total in the bag. I checked again and saw one more packet that had slid under the salad container. I told the employee that I still needed more and that my order was incomplete. At this point I was getting fed up with how unorganized they were and how long it was taking them to sort out the issue. They were basically arguing about a single dressing packet which is bizarre. I then gave him back my order and asked for a refund. Once I got my refund receipt I left the place. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with food service and it's not the first time employees at Chick-fil-A were unorganized and forgetful. Chick-fil-A has gotten so cheap especially when arguing over one packet of dressing which won't even cost them anything but will make me satisfied with the service. read more
