I ordered a breakfast burrito with extra salsa. I had a dr appointment so I got halfway to UT hospital from Clinton when I realized there was no salsa in the bag. It's important to note that I'm pregnant in my second trimester and I'm having food aversions. The only way I could eat the burrito is with salsa and if you've been pregnant you would understand what I mean by that. I cannot explain the amount of frustration this invoked, I had to go by the CFA that was close to where my appointment was and was almost late for it. It was a huge inconvenience. This is the closest cfa to my home and is one i still avoid. every time i visit they get my order wrong and never fix it. the food quality is unpredictable and i never know if its good enough or not. also the staff is very poorly kept, they are super loud and the counter staff is always judgemental. seen lots of nice employees at cfa in the past but this is the worst and even the leadership or management team is very poor. ive heard people that seem to be in charge say the most offensive and inappropriate things in the kitchen. just go to hardin valley theirs is 10x better. read more

So this review isn't about the food. Took my neice out for Chik Fil A on our fun day out. Stopped at this location for lunch. After placing our order we found a booth. To my astonishment an employee while in uniform was sprawled out on a booth bench in the corner with her man. For all intense and purposes they gave all the appearances of having foreplay prior to sex. It was rather bawdy and certainly not what I would ever expect at a chik fil a. So me and my niece decided to leave instead of staying to eat. I pointed it out to a fellow employee and they merely shrugged. They were still going at it like cats in a back alley as we left. I would give zero stars if it was an option. I love Chick-fil-a, and normally they are great, but this time it was absolutely horrible! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, a 8 ct. nugget meal, and a kids nugget meal. The 8 ct. was fine, everything was correct. But I DID NOT get my brother's kids meal, and I cannot believe the spicy chicken sandwich meal. They only filled the fries half way and gave me a deluxe spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese (I am lactose intolerant) instead and IT DIDN'T HAVE A TOP BUN. Like what?!? We usually have pretty good service when visiting this place of the lords chicken! Lately, not so much. Today was one of the worst.. We go through the drive through and order from a young lady standing near our car. A number one with extra pickles, and a diet frosted lemonade. Another number one with coke, a kids meal, a large frosted lemonade & a salad. 6 honey mustards. (We all love it and use it for fries and chicken.) We get to the window, our bags are handed to us and we are asked to pull forward and park to wait for our drinks, the kids ice dream cup and our frosted lemonades. We had to park somewhere other than directed as there were cones in the spaces we were directed to. Not a big deal. The drinks are brought out pretty quickly and both frosted lemonades are small. We look at our receipt to confirm we paid for one large ($3.59). So one of us takes the small and goes in to get the large. The lady spoken with at the counter calls out for someone else to make it as shes, "doing some thing right now. " A different female employee says she'll try she's not made them much. So we are handed another small frosted lemonade and are to keep the original small. Ok fine.. but the lid was up and wouldn't latch on to the rim of the cup. The cup was handed over with its contents seeping down the side. Turns out wrong type of lid, they put frosted lid instead of the clear lids for that cup type. (Out of the three.. non were diet. The one with the lid that didn't fit had black specks all in the side of the cup.... so we poured it down the drain. YUCK.) Once home we open our bag to eat, the #1 with extra pickles is labeled "no pickles." :-0 noooo pickles, when one asks for extra its gravely disappointing to have none. (Dramatic I know but cravings are valid). The 6 honey mustards that we were assured were "in the bag...." were not.... 4 honey mustards only... There were cars in the line, but it was not packed. They did not appear to be understaffed either. All the little things make up for a meh experience. Seeing as how this isn't the first time at this location things haven't been awesome, it was decided to leave a review. read more

I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago and one of the 8 piece nuggets that I ordered wasn't in the bag. I didn't notice it was missing until I got all the way home. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke with a female manager (Sam?) and she acted as if I was trying to steal from them. Drive thru order. Manager was Logan. Placed order at 12:03. Received order and didn't check to make sure it was complete because they were busy. Got home. Two sandwiches missing. Had to go back. Told manager I wanted the sandwiches replaced and a refund on the order. Now 12:33, Manager Logan refused. He asked if coupons would satisfy me. Told him no, I wanted a refund but not going to waste even more time arguing. He decided he would give me coupons. Got to finally eat at 12:55. We placed our order, and paid for it through the app. I went to pick up the food and was told the payment did not go through. I paid, only to find out when I got home, that we paid twice. My fiancé called and explained the situation to the manager. The manager was rude and demanded someone come back to the store with both receipts to prove we'd been charged twice. Apparently, they can't check something like that in their system. All of this is separate from the fact that they provided three incorrect milkshakes, burned the chicken nuggets, screwed up two sodas, provided no drink carts for seven drinks, provided no straws and were rude in the drive-thru line. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and good treatment to their employees, right? Well, I believe this location to be a major disrespect to the Chick-fil-A business. It seems as though each time I go there I see the operator disrespecting the employees. Once, I heard him raising his voice at an employee about giving too much sauce to a customer. Too much sauce! I've also heard him, on two different occasions, tell employees that they're worthless. I must say that there are a few good workers here. Katlyn and Kristy are two of my favorites. Marissa was also very kind. But, during my last visit I asked about them and I was told that they no longer work there. What a shame. If you are traveling and crave Chick-Fil-A, just a warning that this location is NOT right off the exit. I had to travel 2.1 miles to get here and it was located in a Plaza. I came at the wrong time because it was extremely busy. People are doing their Christmas shopping and it was on a Saturday. However, I could not believe how QUICKLY I got my meal. I ordered the 12 Piece Nuggets, Large Waffle Fry and a small cup of iced water. I was at the condiments section (btw, it's well stocked and clean) and an employee called me by first name and delivered my lunch/bag (carry out)! Impressive!!!! I just ate my meal in the car because I was pressed for time and had to get moving. The nuggets were delicious, hot and had great flavor, (they do not charge extra for sauce, they gave me two small condiment cups of ranch sauce) and my waffle fries were hot. Pricing is reasonable, paid only $6.55 for my meal. I saw at least two employees on the floor keeping the areas clean and taking out the garbage (making sure it does not overflow). Even though I went out of my way to get here, it was not painful and easy access to get in and out of. A great experience and once again Chick-Fil-A always delivers quality and friendly service. read more

Employees are rude at drive thru. Very unusual for Chick-Fil-A. My order was wrong. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. I received a sausage biscuit with cheese. The drive through was backed up, so I had to take order inside. The cashier took my bag. She slammed in garbage can, got my biscuit, and said, "Here." When I do eat fast food, I'm normally a Chick-Fil-A fan. Both the Fountain City and Clinton Hwy locations are convenient for me so I go there when I'm in a hurry. The Clinton Hwy store must be owned/operated by a different franchise! With every visit I'm disappointed in the food and / or service when I visit the Clinton Hwy location. They tore it down to the ground to update the drive thru / logistics and it is no easier or faster for the expense. Today my sandwich bun was cold and the chicken was dry... the pickles pretty much saved it. I don't think I've ever left this location without thinking that they must not be owned by the same people and that it's the worst one in town (and beyond). WOW! Went here for our first time on Black Friday! The drive thru was sooooo long so we went inside. They took our order right away and got us our drinks and coffee immediately. Then they hand delivered our food. Since they said it had taken too long (which I didn't think so) they gave us a free chicken sandwich card on our next visit for everyone in our group. WOW! Then they came by and took our cups to get us refills so we didn't have to get up! This is the first Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to that is seriously struggling. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at 7:23pm picking up an online catering order that was supposed to be ready at 7:00pm and I still do not have. After sitting in the drive-through line for 15 minutes they asked me to pull off to the side. I should have known this was going to be a mess when after 10 minutes of waiting she said "you just had a nuggets tray right?" After ordering at the drive-thru, I pulled around to the window to find a group of about 5 or 6 young girls standing around. They all stared at me and then one looked to her neighbor and said "nope, I was wrong about that" at which point they all laughed and continued to stare. They continued to cut up and joke as I paid for my order and waited for my food. I come to grab breakfast for my company every Tuesday here at this location. They are very fast with my big order that I call in 10 minuets ahead of time. This time they took about 30 minutes to get me my order and made me miss most of my meeting at work and they offered me nothing in return for making me wait so long. I called in from my car after waiting 20 minutes to see if they could change the food to anything else to help make it go quicker but they told me there was nothing to be done as I see 20 or more cars go through.
