Why does corporate CFA not do something about this location? We have been sitting in line for at least 20 minutes and we are not even close to placing our order. First I'd like to say I'm a regular at this location & not until recently have I had recurring issues with Customer Service, really hoping the powers that be see this and changes are made where necessary as this is not the first horrible experience I've had at this location. With that being said, it was 4:52pm 01.29.20, Wednesday. I placed my order with my 1 yr old in arms then we went straight into the play area for no more than 2 MINS, my baby doing what babies do best... decided he didnt want to play anymore. We went back to the take out area to wait for our order. While we patiently waited I started to notice people that were well behind me in line and with much larger orders start to receive their food. That being odd I ask one of the staff members a young lady blonde, short hair with glasses, unfortunately don't remember her name...asked if she could check on my order, explained my concerns & gave her my receipt. To my surprise she very briefly glanced at my receipt and replied "I dont know where your order is" handed me my receipt back then proceeded to handing out orders to more then a handful of people. When she finished she asked for my receipt again and started to explain that my order had been thrown away because they called my name and I didn't come up to grab my food. I pointed to where my son and I were waiting and explained I never heard my name called. She advised they would re-make my order. Now, 15 mins have passed since we placed our order!! Time just keeps passing by a whole new line places orders and more people get their food who placed their order MUCH after my son & I did! Finally I request to speak with a manager to inform her of what I was advised about my order being tossed, not to mention while I continued to wait I noticed staff members taking orders to people including take out order names being called multiple times and even food being taken to wherever people were waiting. It is extremely frustrating that I was lied to about my order being tossed when it was very obvious there was a mistake made. It wasn't difficult to see I was getting frustrated as it was supposed to be a TO GO ORDER. but still we got little to no customer service from staff members. Not until I finally connected with the manager did my order actually get remade. I explained the entire frustrating situation to the manager yet she only replied with "I'm sorry" made no attempt to make me happy or feel better about the whole situation.I finally received my order at 5:30pm to be exact. Took more then 30 mins and would have taken even longer if I hadn't been so adamant!! It's experiences like these that keep good customers from coming back. ;( read more

Terrible Service! As I pull up to the drive thru window the girl has my drink in her hand. I notice there is HI-C all down the side of the cup... I ask her to wipe it off.. she then uses her hand and in a sarcastic-way to wipe the cup. I give a "really" look and she just holds my drink waiting for me to take it. Obviously it was not clean. I pull my own napkin out, clean off the RED HI-C and try to give the napkin to a new person (Breana) that is now at the window; she says, I can't take trash. 30 minutes. 30 friggin minutes to get from the order window to actually get my order (a salad, and 2 chicken sandwich orders). Nothing ridiculous on the order to stump your average person. The food is good, the staff friendly. They work really hard to keep the lines moving but sometimes the drive through lines gets fairly long. The selection of sauces that come with the food are great and allow you to customize your meals a bit. read more

I came to get a simple meal of 3 chicken minis and was sitting in the line for about 15 min before receiving very poor customer service by the associates in the drive thru line. After ordering my food, I did have a nice young lady bring me my drinks and thought that was just someone having a bad day. Best fast food around hands down. It's ChickFilA, what else could you expect? Service is ways top notch and i've never had a complaint. When an issue does arise, the staff is more than happy to help and resolves any issues. Last I used their mobile app, it was pretty awful but that's not part of reviewing this particular restaurant. I am really disappointed. I Have raved Chick-fil-A for so long and the last two times I have gone to the Chick-fil-A on N Dobson and ordered a market salad with NO cheese ( I am lactose intolerant) I get home ready to eat this awesome salad and find it filled with cheese. Do we have to check our orders before we go? Just last Saturday I ordered 3 salads to go and mine without cheese. He asked me, "no blue cheese?" I told him please no cheese at all. I am a fan of this location for the most part. I usually go in Saturday morning's with my son. The girls that are in early are always so nice and happy. They always get our food correct. I do love the Arnold Palmer with sweet tea, but it can sometimes be more on the bitter lemonade side but the staff are always are happy to fix the drink to my satisfaction. The kid's play area is clean and the equipment is always in working order. I like that I can see the play area clearly. It allows me to be a little more relaxed when I am eating and reading at the table. Any time we go inside for lunch, it is slammed and hard to find a seat so be prepared to go in before the lunch rush. The food doesn't disappoint each time we go. I have only had one "negative" (if you can call it that) experience where my food was not prepared correctly. It was due to the cashier being told by another work how to input the order I had already ordered because it wasn't rung up under the correct order name. I felt as if the cashier that stepped didn't handle the situation professionally by scolding the employee on how to properly input a "special" order. Other than that, this place is pretty consistent. Co workers were not trained well & don't know how to properly listen and take down orders, they only care about what time they get off and who's coming in or out the lot 30 mins before close. It feels wierd to write review for a fast place but when you get good service it should be acknowledged. I come here occasionally for dinner when I work late and don't feel lile cooking. The food is good, for fast food. It s always fast amd hot with friendly service. I came here for breakfast for the first time this morning. I enjoyed the breakfast, I got the chicken biscut and hashbrowns. The biscut was flavorful better than any other fast food place. Why am I giving a fast food resturant 5 stars? Well the polite friendly service makes it go from 4 to a 5. They always say my pleasure. They also will give you extra condiments with out charging extra like most other fast food resturants. Super disappointed with the experience my mom and I had at this location today. As soon as we walked in a worker came in whose name was Emily and immediately started complaining loudly to her other TM's about what seemed to be drama in her personal life. It was so loud and distracting and honestly just made the whole experience bad. Also, when I went to go up and ask for a refill, I needed one coke zero and one regular coke. I showed her,Emily, which was which and she then proceeded to fill them up the opposite way. This could be a serious health hazard if my mom or I had diabetes or a condition where we couldn't have sugar. Last thing, I over heard her say to a customer, "We ran out of multi grain buns for your grilled club is it okay if we use white buns?" the guest responded and said that it was okay and she said back " okay good cause they already made them like that" and just giggled it off. Chick-fila is always great service this place in particular has always been good, the people in the drive thru are wonderful I feel bad when it's freezing outside and they have to stand outside to take orders through the drive-thru. These guys are seriously amazing. I am super impressed with the drive through times. I don't think I've ever waited very long at all. Today they had 3 people outside that walk rights up the second you get in line and help you. It's amazing. Remind me the next time I open my own restaurant to duplicate their customer service model. Put in my order through the app, the app said my payment didn't clear. I tried again because I knew this was false, once again it did not work. Then I received alerts I was charged $9.14 from Chick-Fil-A, looked into my account and it was taken out of my account. Then received another charge for $10.15, once again taken out of my account. So I went to the store and they did not have my order, I went inside to talk to the manager, after showing the manager my phone and the charges the manager REFUSED to either 1. Give me a cash refund 2. Give me my food order. She informed me I could only pay again in the store, I obviously refused this option as my account has already been charged $19.29. She then stated that was all she could do for me. Then I left the store to call corporate and see about getting my Refund at the very least at this point. As I'm driving home I receive ANOTHER CHARGE for $10.15 so at this point I'm scared and I'm going to keep getting charged and I freeze my account. Then low and behold what do I get an alert for, A declined payment of $10.15. They tried to Charge me a FOURTH TIME, so at this point I've lost $29.44 and still am starving because I haven't even received food. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered ESPECIALLY at a Chain that PRIDES themselves on customer service. I will not be a returning Chick-Fil-A customer. read more

I have always been super impressed with Chick-fil-A as a company and today at this location I got my food really fast during peak lunch hour and the service was second to none! I love how this company continues to innovate especially with their drive-through: multiple people attending cars in the queue and a food delivery area near the window which allows them to move cars through a lot faster. Ordered 2 spicy sandwich meals.. with fries well done. Asked for ranch, Polynesian, chick fil a sauce & ketchup.. got none of them. If you like Chicken, you'll love Chick fil A. Not only does it present chicken in a variety of ways, but the staff is friendly and they have free WiFi which is huge! They don't even require one makes a purchase in order to use it which creates good will and makes a great promotional and marketing feature. Speaking of which... I'd like to see a name the cow contest and get rid of the black shirts in favor of yellow. After all, aren't chicks yellow? Or, at least get a chick patch for the front of the shirt. The only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is because of their employees. Specifically the employees that take your order at the drive thru. I've never been to a Chik fil a where the employees have such a bad and unprofessional attitude. And yet it's happened at this location twice with two different employees several weeks apart. Both the guy and girl were younger but both acted like it was a major inconvenience to take my order..... when it's their job. This location could benefit from better customer service training. Well I'm a little disappointed in this location. I'm a Paramedic and they denied me a public safety discount stating that they only give it to PD. Now my brothers and sisters in Blue are very deserving but we have always received it at all the other locations previously. I went to the drive through and there was no one in the line causing it to be such a rush. We stopped at the menu with someone right there ready to take our order, we knew we wanted nuggets so when she asked if we needed the menu we said no and as were trying to decided between getting a 30 piece or both getting our own meal, (which was literally 5 seconds) she asked us to move up, we did with the standing menu still visible, so not much further. But we told her already the 30 count nuggets, asked if it was a meal? She answered with an attitude and suggested the menu again. Before we could order 2 fries to complete our order. As we went to say two fries, she had us move up once more.. at this point we're at the window with someone barely I front of us taking off. The manager I'm assuming, then, without even knowing what's going on tell us to pull to the side to finish our order. We tried to speak and the woman helping offered the menu again and asked us to pull to the sides that's when we had to over speak two employees with one, again I'm assuming to be the manager, to let them know if they slowed down for a second we would've had our order done and ready to go, back at the menu.
