I always get there chicken sandwich with the chick fil sauce. Service has always been good. They are very quick and efficient service.

This Nampa location is so disappointing; it is not representative of the company's image. While a few of the employees demonstrate good attitudes, I can only surmise that the franchise owner's attitude is reflected in the rest. Customer service is mediocre, quality suffers at times, and supervision of the employees seems lacking. The worst policy that this franchise practices is refusing to cook menu items, like fries well done. Quality is subordinate to production at this location, and the Nampa-Caldwell customers suffer the consequences. The Meridian franchise is managed much better. If you don't mind the drive I highly recommend it. read more

Only the second time at Chick-fil-A and the first at this store. I had the 3 piece chicken strip combo. The chicken strips were cooked right, the breading fairly light and they appeared fresh. I didn't care for the seasoning at all and the size of the strips were disappointing. The waffle fries were a big disappointment. Overcooked and/or not fresh at all. The drinks were served in Styrofoam and mostly ice. Price for combo was a little over $7. Service was decent, but not great. Given the quantity, quality and freshness, along with the service I would rate it no more than average at best. As far as fast food goes, nothing out of the ordinary and not a place I'll seek out often. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this chain until today. We always ask for them to do our chicken orders well done because we had a bad experience of food poisoning one time where my daughter had to be hospitalized. This location was unwilling to make our order well done because of the extra time it would take and that the owner decided it messes with their efficiency but I do not understand why it isn't a problem for any of the other locations. I will not be going back here ever again. read more

We literally have been here ten times and every time our order has been wrong. If you are diabetic do not trust them with the diet drink or tea. The Boise one is great! Extreamly disappointed asked for well done fries and was told that they no longer do this. The well done fries is the one of the main reason I choose chick fil a over the other options around. The customer service here was sorely lacking. The gentleman (Judah) who took our order was very polite and helpful, however the two people at the front window did not greet us nor acknowledge our presence for several minutes before our order was ready. This is one of my favorite places to come to eat or just to meet people. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the place is usually very clean. I know they strive to keep the tables clean even when it's very busy. The food is very good and I love their sugar sweetened lemonade. Everyone's while I am in the mood for one of their spicy chicken sandwiches which always hits the spot. I have visited an eaten at this store more times than I can count even though this is the first time I've checked in on Yelp! I have to say all these positive things because I don't want my first post about this very good restaurant being negative, but tonight there were a couple of negatives. They don't add up to less than a five star rating. After ordering we took our table tower and sat down, and as I was sitting down I looked inside the table tower and saw trash. Not cool. This prompted me to open Yelp! and leave a review but like I said I didn't want to leave a simple negative comment. When I got to the bottom of my waffle fries, my container had an unusually large amount of scraps which is totally uncharacteristic of the meals that I have received in the past. I would normally not be so generous with the five star rating but compared to all the past superior service that I have received here these little dings do not add up to much. Great customer service and great sandwich. Monica greeted us at the drive-thru and took our order she was very pleasant as were the ladies who gave us our receipt. We drove up to the window and recieved a nice greeting. I got my Grilled chicken club sandwich and the chicken was very tasteful and the bacon was done perfectly. However, the service here was the worst I have experienced at any chick fil. I ordered grilled nuggets and received fried nuggets. I don't understand the negative reviews here. We have been to this Chick-Fil-A literally more times than I can count with big and small orders, special requests, etc and literally NEVER had a problem. I can't speak to dining in because we've always used the drive thru, but we always get through quickly, the staff are courteous and the orders have never been wrong. I love that the staff are friendly. I think my favorite thing is that they put the straw in the cup for you, but they leave the top of the paper on so it's sanitary. I guess some people have nothing better to do with their time than complain. read more

First of all, I have never had a less than perfect experience at any chick Fil at but I just wanted to thank you guys for always coming through with that top notch customer service. You probably don't remember but around 10 am I wanted a #7 combo and it's not on the breakfast menu but you guys said you could make it if I wait 8-10 minutes and it literally came out in .2 seconds I don't know what the heck sorcery is going on in there but I love it. First they gave us the completely wrong order, after correcting that we were given a medium instead of a large mango lemonade and my iced coffee was supposed to be unsweetened but it was sweetened which I can't drink! Everytime we go in to this one something is wrong with our order. Last night they where out of tea. And had no Intentions of making more. We are at the point of driving to meridian instead of going to this one. I have never had such bad experiences at one of these.
