The service at most chick filets are the worst. They can't get the drive thru model right, yet they make no changes. So today I go inside at the Amherst location. Plenty of help, two or three employees just shuffling back and forth trying to look busy until they duck into the bathroom. It took the person in front of me six minutes to compete their order. 11 minutes after my order I'm still waiting on a milkshake, which I saw sitting on the counter top across the kitchen but not a single employee could be bothered to deliver to me. One word: Popeyes. The service is bad there too but at least they don't pretend to care. I thought the owners of all Chick Filets were MANDATED to work in their restaurants? Not at this location, I'm never going back (unless I'm ready for a melted milkshake), but if I did the next time I'd see an owner there would be the first time. read more

Okay, so I LOVE chick fil a and my son used to work for them in NC. I never checked my bag as they were flawless in their accuracy in execution. With that I tell you this location always misses items. Usually a sauce or an extra item but still just not okay! It always seem like the kids there are not up to chick fil a standards as it pertains to customer service levels. I stopped in and ordered the tortellini soup along with sandwich and chicken strips. Well i was very disappointed with the so called soup. It was more or less a paste. To me it looked like something that a baby through up.....i thru it out didn't even take a bite. My family and I started a tradition last year of going to Chick-fil-A on Christmas Eve, and then going to the Christmas Eve service at our church. We live in Hooksett and drive down to Nashua, as that's the closest Chick-fil-A around. This was our second year of doing this. As we were driving, My wife mentioned to me that a lot of places close early on Christmas Eve. We checked, and the store was closing at four. It was 3:40, and we had a twenty minute drive. We decided to chance it. We placed the order online hoping we would make it right before the store closed. She confirmed the address with me three times, each time I said yes that's it. (In hindsight, I thought there was only one Chick-fil-A in Nashua, so didn't feel the need to confirm it online. That was totally my mistake!) We showed up right at 3:58, but there was no food because we went to the wrong store. Apparently there are two stores in Nashua. We had ordered from the mall location, which was about ten minutes away. There was no way could we make the drive to the mall before they also closed at four. That could have been the end of the story: wrong store, no food, and a drive home without what we came for. But it wasn't! Ava and Sabrina saw me looking puzzled at the empty rack of food. They came over to see what was going on, and that's when we realized I had ordered from the wrong store. And just like that, they got right to work. One of them quickly took our order to make sure the cooks were prepared and could start our order. The other called the Mall store and told them what happened. They had our original order cancelled and refunded to us, and then wrung us up to get the order back in the system. (Mind you, all of this was happening right after they locked the doors to close down for the day, meaning, they were working past the end of their shifts and really went far above and beyond what they should have.) We got our order, and made a lot of people very happy. Every one was courteous and attentive, even when I had to run back in for some Chick-fil-A sauce! They nailed it. As this is a chain that usually provides consistent service, I should start by saying that the info in this review is likely applicable to most Chick-Fil-A locations in the area. The staff are always super polite and the operation during Covid is unique and run like a well-oiled machine. Customers will pull up to find two lanes with staff taking orders outside. They prefer during the order taking process for you to keep your window 1/3 of the way closed. You then pay with the same person either with card, cash or the app. Next, your car will move up in line and another employee will direct you to a pick up lane where your food will be ready. No inside operations at this time. I have found issue with the organizations belief system in the past as a whole, though the staff are always kind, warm and friendly. read more

Iced tea gallon. I had a problem with there gallons in the past. They corrected it, and now the problem is back! I get unsweetened tea in a gallon. I bought one yesterday at 3;00. I went to have a glass at 4:00 a.m. the next day do 12 hours after it was purchased. I live 10 minutes away and put it immediately in the fridge. The problem: slimy, snot like growth in less than 24 hours. There was a lot of it. The growth from bacteria. In this location and the same owners location at the Pheasant Lane Mall I have had this problem. I do not have the problem in the Burlington Mall or when I vacationed in Tennessee. I am mentioning this hoping the owner or a health inspector toe sees the post. In the past I brought it back and they credited me. I don't have time to do that today. This is not acceptable. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and a market salad , I asked for blue cheese dressing on the side , when I got home I found a container of blue cheese crumbles , I asked for honeymustard I got honey barbecue sauce aka in all a very disappointing visit !!! Typically great food but they've been intentionally leaving out sauces from our orders. Assuming this isn't on accident at this point because it's been a back to back issue. We like to use a fair bit of sauce for our chicken and fries so it really affects our dining experience when we open the bag to nothing we listed on the receipt. No salt, pepper, ketchup, sauces. 7/3/20 Disappointed. Drove up at 9:05pm (Store closes at 10pm) asked for a Peach Milkshake and guess what... gentleman at the window says "actually we aren't doing milkshakes right now..uh...um... the machine is off". Im just disappointed when a place has items on the menu and doesn't offer them up until closing. If its on the menu it really should be made available to customers..unless of course the machine is broken. Which was not the case here. 1 star for this situation. read more

I went thru the drive thru at 10:37 am. Breakfast ends at 10:30. I REALLY ONLY wanted a delicious biscuit, unfortunately they told me they only serve them for breakfast and breakfast time was over... Then, the girl told me to hold on one minute... she came back and told me to drive forward... they had a biscuit for me... I was soooooo happy! I was REALLY craving one of their buttermilk biscuits. While the waffle fries were slightly undercooked, I did find the food tasted and nice. I live far north so it's not often I get to try Chick-fil-A, the first time I ever had it was In Maryland and I didn't like it too much, but this place was 10x better. We ordered with the mobile app this morning. The order was submitted a few minutes before 1030am. We ordered breakfast and lunch items. We were notified that lunch items may take longer, which we didn't mind. It was nearly 1040am when I clicked the button to notify that we were on site. A bubble popped up saying "breakfast ended at 1030am and you have ordered breakfast items. Your order has been canceled". - THANKS!!! My girlfriend and I have been red members on the mobile app for nearly a year now. We love chick fil a. Two/three visits and spending $75-$100 per week. But sadly, we have had minor discrepancies on each of our last 4 mobile orders. Between Methuen and Amherst st Nashua. This one being most inconvenient and hard to understand. Coming here during the covid 19 pandemic was a quick and easy experience. The food runners during curbside pickup were attentive and honestly I can't applaud them enough for the work they do. Last night I got a perspective of Chick-fil-A's operations that I didn't think existed. It was entirely off-putting and will make me think twice about patronizing this location again. I'd gone through the drive-thru to place an order for dinner for my family, and I'd requested a specific number of sauce packets. I guess it's worth stopping right there, to avoid sounding petty or petulant - I like sauce with my food. My family enjoys sauce with their food. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but that should be the beginning, middle, and end of my request. If it were, I guess I wouldn't be here airing my grievances. I get to the window, pay for my meals, and as I'm pulling out, I find that the sauce isn't in the bag. No matter - someone back home had requested an additional item after I'd ordered. I'll just go inside, place that order, and get the sauce then. That is, in short, exactly what I did. I suppose that was my error. Apparently, the shift manager on duty overheard the number of packets I'd requested and found it amusing - amusing enough, at least, to meander over toward the drive-thru window and joke about (in no hushed tones) with his employees, who in turn, perhaps following the example of their supervisor, proceeded to join in with their own jokes about my order. "That many?!" "Does he want a straw with it?" "I'd understand maybe 4, but 6?!" The error of a simple request, I suppose. There didn't seem to be any concern from the counter staff when I asked, a bit put out, how many more people back there were going to mock my order. The only concern, in fact, came from another employee in a supervisor role who I know from my long time patronage of the mall location. The best part was when one of the employees, who by now had been spoken to regarding their comments, had to bring me my food and address me by name, and had nothing to say for their behavior that one might expect from the nearby McDonald's or Burger King (where I've, to date, never been mocked over my order - at least not while present). It's a real shame - this location is run by the staff that made the Pheasant Lane Mall location the most popular choice among the options in the food court there. I guess that sort of approach to customer service didn't carry over. Mock my order all you want, guys. Just wait til I've left the building first. Two stars for the consistent quality of the food. I stopped over here after a play date for BBB... Initially the drive thru for my frosted lemonade but BBB wanted to go in and eat. I was really contemplating worried that we would end up at the play area for a while, which we did haha. Place is very clean and neat and the operations is run very well! We ordered food at the counter and they give you this stand for them to bring the food over to you! Nice! They have these reserved spots too for you to sit and order for convenience instead of waiting in line with your tot losing patience. We opted out the time we went but what a great option! Bathrooms were very neat with a changing table in one stall and nice convenient mouthwash and mints etc available as you leave. you can see the family friendliness in this place and might be one of the most I've seen in the area. BBB was really upset with me when I made the move to pick him up and leave (after 6 nice attempts prompting that we had to leave). ... It will be hard driving by this place!! read more

What is there not to love. When I moved to New Hampshire 8 years ago, the loss of Chick fil a was heartbreaking. Down south they are everywhere and it became a staple in my weekly routine. While the one in the mall wasn't great, it was better then nothing. This location however is fantastic. Food is always hot and even when the drive thru line is busy, it always seems to go smoothly unlike other places. The staff here is obscenely friendly and happy. It seems so genuine it almost creeps me out to a certain extent. I really enjoy coming here and it makes fast food enjoyable again. read more

My boyfriend and I frequent this Chick Fil A quite often for our lunch break. Although it is always enormously crowded, the staff here are always friendly, attentive, and efficient. I don't even know how we manage to find a seat sometimes- I think the restaurant deserves a huge sizing upgrade. However we are always so happy when we come here, and I've never had a meal come out incorrectly, or not up to the awesome standards they uphold. Miss Sheila is an absolute shining star. She always makes her guests feel 100% special, complimenting and going above and beyond her duties as a guest representative. Her positive attitude is infectious, and she made both of us feel so totally excited in what could have been a completely mundane fast-food experience. This was my first visit to this chick fil a location. It was an awesome experience! I arrived with my 7 month old son. I waited in line briefly and then decided to drop off my diaper bag and grab a high chair before I ordered. The manager came over and helped me and got my order for me so I didn't have to juggle my tray and my son. I got the chick fil a nuggets meal with a sweet tea and everything was hot, crispy and delicious. I've known quite a few people that have worked for chick fil a and I know it's a great company that takes care of its employees and community. I had my FIRST poor customer service experience at a Chick Fil A today at this location. Ordered a salad and was giving the young lady working the drive thru my salad dressing selection and she must not have heard me clearly and instead of asking me to repeat myself politely like at ALL other Chick Fil A she said "WHAT". I repeated myself nicely and was told to pull up. Not my pleasure to serve you at the window. Did not tell me the amount of my order. The drive through ordering system is great! We were in line such a short time even though there were many cars ahead of us. The young lady who took our order and payment was very cordial.
