Usually missing an entire chicken sandwich, or a fry/ drink. Today I ordered 3 spicy deluxe's and a lettuce wrapped grilled sandwich. Was missing one spicy deluxe. I got that, went to open my grilled sandwich and it's crispy. I reordered a grilled lettuce wrapped deluxe sandwich and specified all the toppings. Worst customer service experience ever with the Chick-fil-A in Ooltewah. I went in this morning at 10:32 to see if they still had biscuits. Had an early morning flight and hadn't had a chance to eat anything. I could see that the food bins had a good number of biscuits in them but I was rudely told that "we're not selling breakfast anymore". I realize that I was 2 minutes late for breakfast, but again, they had plenty of biscuits. I was so astonished that they really did not care and made no apologies at all for not caring!! Been struggling to actually having to write this review but I feel it needs to be done. I have always been a huge fan of chick fillet. This location was a welcome addition when it first opened. The in person and drive thru service A+++. What I began to notice for several months is the quality of the food. Bread not fresh, nuggets that are more breaded than chicken Thought it was a fluke but I realized my frequent visits to Ooltewah location was the culprit. I never experienced this in any other location. Bottom line. I would like corporate to examine the quality of the food at Ooltewah compared to the other area locations. read more

Came by on a Saturday afternoon and the line was loooong. Great thing about Chick-fil-A is that they know how to streamline and get those two lines moving fast. The customer service is great. When one has been on the road since 4:30 am and traveled through Atlanta during morning rush hour, breakfast has become a necessity. And so it was with me. Now seeing as how I was fresh off a 6 week fitness challenge that included a set diet, I was wise to find a place where there would be healthy options. I began my Yelp search for Chick-fil-a and was pleasantly surprised to find this new location in Ooltewah. We decided the drive-through would work, since they have a reputation of being fast no matter how long the line. This location lived up to that reputation. A young team member was waiting outside, tablet in hand to take our order. In less than 5 minutes, we were back on the Interstate! I decided to go with a bagel, topped with egg, cheese, and chicken. I have found my new breakfast favorite. The chicken is the same size as the one on a sandwich, the egg was cooked up right, and the cheese was melted perfectly over all of it. I will be keeping a eye out for this location on future trips. *Insider's Tip -It is all of 2 minutes off the Interstate. Go to the traffic light and turn in like you are visiting the Wal-mart there then take the first right. -Be sure you know what you want beforehand. This location is awful. They have horrible service. I'm actually surprised. Usually Chic-fil-A has really good service and friendly staff. This place doesn't. The person that took my order was rude and seemed frustrated taking my order. She didn't even want to scan my Chic fil app. I had it ready to go all she had to do was scan it. But instead she rushed me off. I then had other girl that hands out the receipts scan my app and i asked her i wanted to redeem some points and grab two brownies.
