Typically Chick-Fil-A's are at the top of the food chain of fast food restaurants but this location is sub par. I think the staff maybe isn't trained as well as they should be. Things just tend to be in disarray. The drive through takes forever and the food never seems to be quite as fresh and delicious. Their prep area tends to be a wreck. I always eat here when visiting my parents since we don't have a Chick-Fil-A in NYC. I LOVE Chick-Fil-A (as do all my friends). This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and the banana pudding shake (with the waffle fries of course) and I think i died and went to heaven. I also got the chicken biscuits for breakfast later in the week--when honey is added, I think those may even be better than the chicken sandwich. Yum. read more

Usually a great place to dine but something is off tonight. The dining room and restrooms are dirty. The chicken on the sandwich was overcooked. The staff is on the verge of uncaring and rude. I love Chick-fil-a even worked at one in college. The company is wonderful and caring. My family's experience at this Chick-fil-a was bad today. The dinning room worker was rude. She asked if our meal was fine. We explained a mistake and she said she would fix it. 20 min later my husband had to go ask where the food was. It was forgotten and he got rude comments from the dinning room worker. Not the normal Chick-fil-a customer service with kindness. read more

I love Chick-fil-A. We served it to my wedding party the day of my wedding. It's an addiction. When I moved to Owasso, I was relieved that there is a Chick-fil-A here. It started out as a staple in my diet and gradually became a rare event. The food is surprisingly hit or miss. My chicken nuggets sometimes taste rubbery and overcooked. The wait in the drive-through line is rarely worth it to me. And if you do go through the drive-through, be sure to check your bag. I've had some mixups. There's nothing like waiting in line for 20 minutes for nuggets and fries only to get home and realize you don't have fries. This location is still a Chick-fil-A, which is a huge plus in my book. I'm happy that it can satisfy my Chick-fil-A cravings on occasion. But I eat it far less frequently now - and typically get it at 71st and Garnett (The best location in my opinion). read more

Food is always good. I like to get a spicy chicken filet by it's self as they do not have spicy nuggets or spicy strips. The waffle fries are good and always seem fresh and hot. If the waffle fries are not your thing, try the coleslaw. read more

My worst chick-fil -A experience ever! Slippery floor! No paper towels in bathroom! Gave my daughter a kids meal sack with just a toy, no food! Then when we got our food out in the car it was cold, fries were stall and the nuggets were burnt to a crisp:( read more

This was terrible. It was dirty behind the counter. One girl and the cook were throwing paper at each other. She was yelling this soup is cold. The floors had trash and food all over the floor. Our order was wrong. We'll never go there again. I work in food service and I would have fired to cook and that girl on the spot. I am also calling the health department because something out of control there. read more

Many good reasons at that- you always know what your food will taste like, no snafus at the drive through window like a certain American Fast Food Chain with Golden Arches, and extremely friendly staff through and throughout. I never thought I'd be one to write a nasty review, especially about a Chick-Fil-A. Now I will say CFA is my favorite place to eat hands down, CFA Owasso will no longer be getting my business. As far as all the CFA's I've ever been to this one is the dead bottom of my list. I've lived here a few months now and the only thing I don't like about this town so far is the quality of the CFA. Any other CFA is better. It's understandable that things happen, however, when something's happening almost every time I go it starts to build frustration. I won't go into too heavy detail but things like wrong orders, missing items, and employees who would rather talk than pay attention to customers have happened on MULTIPLE occasions. I get better customer service from the Sonic on 86th. Also when the Taco Bueno has better order accuracy than CFA there's a pretty clear problem. I was under the impression CFA had higher standards. The last straw was when I finally managed to contact the GM I got a pitiful reply. This was frustrating considering none of my phone calls were ever answered and the online wants the receipt for just the one order when I had concerns on multiple. I finally found an email where I was able to voice my concerns and the reply I got was basically "Sorry, thanks for your concern." Now I wasn't expecting free things I don't want free things. I was expecting to at least have my voice feel like it was heard. I absolutely did not get that. Hands down am done with CFA Owasso. read more

If you're going to bring trays out to people's tables, please do it for everyone. I was the only one whose tray was left up on the counter for me to come get and I was also the only person eating alone. Everyone else I saw had their food brought to their table. This is probably the least courteous Chick Fil A I have visited. read more
