Placed and order online, when I got to the restaurant I went to the counter and advised them I have and order to pick up. Waited 25 minutes for my order to be handed to me while other individuals who did online were in and out, store was not busy what so ever. I finally go to eat my meal and there are no forks with my sides, do they expect me to eat with my chicken strips? I then go to eat my kale salad and the kale was bad and was brown. I think it's Pretty sad that the service you get at the Perris location is below standard compared to surrounding locations, like Corona, and Riverside, which are not that far away. I went in today to get dinner for my family, I spent $55. Everyone seemed unhappy, no smile, thank you or the signature "my pleasure" after I said thank you. It wasn't busy, staff just seemed there. I believe it was a manager (Alejandra) or maybe a lead person that took order, and that's all I can say is, I see exactly why the staff isn't very happy, because she wasn't. This was one of the nicest Chick-fil-A I have gone. Brought my soccer team in after a game and another team was there,, the store handled the crowd a ith great efficiency! Manager Julio Ortiz was in there with his crew working hard. 2 soccer teams, and all served in 15 minutes. The food came out hot and ready. I ordered my fries well done, and they came out great also. I completed an order online for breakfast and was in the drive through line for 10mins when I was told there is no more biscuits. I've been going to this one since the one in Riverside is under construction and every time I go their customer service has been horrible. This chik fil a has the WORST customer service. All the employees look like they're miserable working there. Even the manager has a nasty attitude. And this is the only chik fil a that's stingy with their sauces. They'll give you two sauces for your whole order and say they aren't able to give you more when you ask. Even McDonald's gives you more sauces when you ask. Leave it to Perris to ruin a Chick-fil-a. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, we ordered three meals and made sure all the food was there before we left. Once home, we discovered two of our sandwiches had nothing in them. We went back to get the sandwiches we ordered and they claimed the girl in the drive thru misunderstood the order. Such a shame. Only rating the service. I came roughly two-three weeks ago, they had charged me twice for a shake. I had called and manager grabbed my information for a refund next time I show up. Came in two nights ago, and the staff seemed confused. The manager working the Night Shift on Wednesday was acting really confused. She tried getting me a shake when I wanted a refund. Horrible Drive Thru service! The last handing you the food is absolutely rude. I guess I wasn't driving fast enough to the window for her because she rolled her eye and turned her head. Then she hands me the food and as I'm checking it I ask can I get sauce please, as I look up I see her walking to the window I thought she heard me, but apparently not because she turned around me and had a face like " what do you want" so I said again can I get some type of sauce ? She then responded " there's none in the bag?" I asked her if she'd like to check and she said " actually I do" and stuck her hand in my bag to check ... WTF!?!?...
