Had a horrible experience. They got two orders wrong due to their staff needing more training. I ordered a Chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and had a reward in my app for a chicken biscuit. So they usually just charge me for the egg. They kept telling me I could not do that when I had to tell them yes I can, I've done it many times. I also told him at the window ordering that I wanted to get a small chicken nugget tray. So when I got up there they had to charge me $.62 for the egg and didn't put the nugget tray on my order so I had to pay for that separately. She rang it up for me to leave now when I said no I already told the other girl when I ordered that I wanted to pick it up at 11 AM. And she said oh let me tell the kitchen they're making it now for you. So then she asked me what sauces I want with it and I said oh just a variety. She hands me my receipt and says OK. So when I pull up and look at my receipt I see us the wrong chicken tray on there and I also see charges for all these condiments that are free. So my employee shows up at 11 AM to pick it up and they have no record of it being ordered. Then they try to blame it on me saying that I pulled off without giving them any information which is bull crap. And instead of filling the order at no charge because they screwed up big-time, they charged her! And made her wait without even offering a drink or anything. Poor, poor customer service. Untrained staff. I love Chick-fil-A food but this one needs a under hall in customer service and product training. read more

I usually love Chick Fil A, however; this location is awful. They routinely mess up orders, never fill the fry containers, etc. I've received dirty looking sandwich boxes and "odd" tasting drinks, as well as bad tomato and lettuce on multiple occasions. read more

Second time eating here in the last month, and 2 out of 3 of my kids got sick, again. Have you ever had the chance to smell burnt peanut oil vomit at midnight? Eat here and you can enjoy the savory notes yourself. Soggy fries, overcooked chicken patties, and worst of all was this time I could smell the dirty peanut oil on the sandwich patties. Trust me, if you have ever worked in a kitchen with a fryer, you know the smell of overheated, dirty and overused cooking oil and never forget the smell. I didn't bring it up to the family while eating, but now that 2 of my children are up and vomiting, here it is for all to enjoy. Please change the oil in your fryers, heat them to temperature before frying food, and stop par cooking your chicken breasts to keep up with corporate time quotas when you guys get slammed at lunch rush. read more

I usually love and look forward to going to Chick-fil-A however I was very unimpressed with the service at this particular Chick-fil-A. I ordered a regular Cobb salad no bacon no corn..I received a Cobb salad with spicy chicken and just tomatoes. When I told the employee and showed them my receipt with the correct order on it I felt as if I was being looked at as if it were my fault that the cooks made an incorrect salad and immediately got uncomfortable. They eventually brought out the correct order, but at that point, unfortunately, I no longer had an appetite. Drive thru is great, ordering in store is fine, mobile ordering is an absolute nightmare at this location. 30 minute wait for 3 iced teas is ridiculous... then manager has the nerve to be rude to customers when they complain about the wait. This doesn't have the best service. We were told at the drive trough that they were just waiting on chicken nuggets. We went and sat where they told us to, and proceeded to wait 20 minutes. They served the person sitting right next to us, then another and another! Still 30 min later we are still waiting on our food!Then they told us they never had got the order. A nice lady came out to apologize and. Gave us two free meals and upgraded our to 12 count nuggets and a LARGE fry.
