This Chick-fil-A is located in Willow Lawn and hence, there's no drive thru. However, like many of its sister stores, the service is impeccable and the food is consistent. It was super clean and the on-duty manager was constantly wiping down tables and filling the condiment station when she wasn't assisting customers or helping her crew. Right during the prime lunch time, it can get busy-but I came in about 1:30 and there was no line and my order came lightning fast. Their famous "my pleasure" response was spoken to me several times and it always makes me smile. They do chicken right and they train their staff! I'm looking forward to the holiday season because I love the candy cane mint milk shakes that only come out that time of year!! It is a my pleasure to visit this chain and my pleasure to give them 5 stars!

This Chick Fil A is under new management as the previous manager just opened another store across the street. Most of the experienced folks went to the new location. Since then, service is okay but slower. The last few timesI have ordered salads, the order was filled incorrectly so check your purchase if you carry out. They are getting better with practice. The food is still great. Try the new bacon BBQ chicken sandwich, it's great. My fav is the Southwest Salad with creamy salsa and avocado lime dressing.

Booger I'm drink

Y'all left a booger in my drink. Should I say more? I've left three reviews because I'm just so disgusted. That's such a hazard and if I end up in the hospital I really will take further action. I don't know what the person who did it could've had. That's DANGEROUS. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This picture should explain it all. Very disgusting and disappointing to find the chicken this way. Will not be returning. This Chick-fil-A is also very small and tight.

3 piece chicken strip

Usually love chick fil a, however, this being called a 3 piece for them is a big stretch. considering it was mostly breading and not the normal juicy chicken, disappointed.

Sad order of fries I received on my delivery

My delivery order of large fries was 50% full if I didn't know better I'd think the delivery driver ate them very disappointed as I was going to share w My son I just gave them to him

It is truly MY PLEASURE to eat this delicious salad. I always add the fried chicken strips to it. And you have to get the Avocado Ranch Dressing!!! I won't use any other salad dressing sold at the grocery store.

A meal for good price, which includes excellent coffee.

Staff is always friendly and the place is kept clean. I've never had to wait long for breakfast or for lunch. This store is located in a convenient location, so parking is not an issue. There's free wifi and good coffee in the morning. This location does not have a drive through, which creates staff for giving more attention and better service to customers. They actually bring your food out to you if you are dining in, which I never experienced in other Chick-fil-A locations; I am not sure if this is due to corporate change or just something this location does. The store is wheel chair accessible. There's small personal touches like having real fresh flowers at a table, which I've never seen at a fast food place; a bonus in my book.

Saturday morning rush...

Even though the restaurant was very busy, the line moved very quickly. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.

Crafted is my neighbor, and I have visited 45 times over the years. If I turn to my right as I type…read morethis, I will quite literally see their lovely covered patio space. As such, it doesn't exactly feel great to be downgrading my review, but my previous sentiments aren't necessarily accurate anymore. My visits have dropped off in recent months, and it seems like the restaurant itself is dropping off, too, if you just read some of their latest reviews or stop in. I know they had a shift in their ownership, and it appears to be reflecting poorly on the restaurant. I'm not a big craft beer drinker anymore, but it turns out that doesn't matter, as Crafted is no longer a craft beer spot (see the picture I posted today for their offerings). I used to looooove traipsing over there to try their rotating draft list with some top-tier brands on it. This past weekend, I had a beer-loving friend in town from another state, so we stopped in on Thursday night. The bar area was pretty empty around 7 pm. I was embarrassed that I wasted his time, as they just serve domestics and the most basic of local pours these days. When I talked to the bartender about it, he seemed fairly nonchalant and informed me that Crafted can mean more than beer, such as craft food and craft cocktails. So let's talk about the craft cocktail I ordered. I selected the espresso martini. I love a good espresso martini. Crafted managed to serve me the worst one I genuinely think I've ever consumed. It was weirdly frigid, crunchy, and looked like it was curdling upon arrival. I don't know how they managed it, but I would highly recommend not ordering one of those. I've ordered quite a bit from their food menu over the years. I didn't order any food on our latest trip to see if it fits the "craft" label, but I've been within the past few months for dinner and it was just okay. Nothing extraordinary. I know they're impacted by inflation so I won't comment on the drastic price increases I've seen beyond saying they have been pretty steep jumps for decreasing quality. At this point in time, unless they have a major revamp, I don't see a reason to return. I'd rather spend my money on an experience I know is going to be better and my money will be appreciated, such as at my other neighbors, Acacia and Shagbark.

I highly recommend starting with the drinks -- the menu has a wide variety of creative options, but…read moreeven the well drinks were solid. Great bar all around. As for the food, the crab dip has more of a soup-like consistency, so if you're expecting something thick and hearty, it might not be for you. The chips and queso were pretty basic -- not bad, but nothing memorable. On my first visit, I ordered the beef and cheddar, but the beef was really dry, and I wouldn't recommend it. On a return visit, I got the club wrap with onion rings, and it was much better -- flavorful, fresh, and well put together. Service has been consistently attentive and welcoming, which always makes a difference. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We're new to RVA, and really trying to support non-chain restaurants. Found Lunch. Supper! here on…read moreYelp. Our cocktails were delicious and so nicely prepared. Hubby had short ribs, Brussels and cheese grits. Kiddo had chicken and waffles with gravy, and I had the Barbecue Sundae. All three were so tasty! Each dish, whether main course or side was executed so beautifully. The collards on the sundae were the best I've ever had. If I could cook them like that, I'd have them more often. Our server was attentive and so so nice. The decor is adorable and the atmosphere was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!!

The menu has so many tempting options that it was hard to choose, but we both landed on the Hot Chicken Sandwich with cayenne butter--and we're glad we did. It had the perfect amount of heat: enough to bring some spice without overpowering the flavor. On the side, I ordered the green beans after our bartender/server highly recommended them. Normally, green beans wouldn't be my first choice, but they were seasoned perfectly and ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the meal. My partner chose the mac and cheese, which was the superior side (although both were excellent). The service was friendly, attentive, and genuine throughout the evening. Despite arriving on a Friday night without a reservation, we had no trouble getting a table. They only accept reservations for parties of 5-8, so I'm glad we decided to take our chances. One of my favorite parts of the evening was chatting with another guest at the bar. He and his wife shared several entrées with their young son, and they couldn't stop raving about the short ribs--which their son happily claimed for himself by the end of the meal! They also highly recommended the salmon, so we've already got ideas for our next visit. The only real downside has nothing to do with the restaurant itself: parking in Scott's Addition can be a challenge. I'd recommend allowing yourself some extra time to find a spot or, even better, taking a rideshare so you can start enjoying your evening right away. Lunch. Supper! has earned its reputation as a longtime Richmond favorite. Great food, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere make this an easy five-star recommendation. We'll definitely be back.

If they aren't part of the decor, it was a treat nonetheless. We stepped inside from the rain with a parking spot very near the door. I snapped a pic on the way in to capture it's essence. We risked another walk-in with no reservations, and we snagged two prime end seats on the communal table. There were two open seats at the bar as well; might come in handy some other rainy Thursday night. The server, Murphy M., judging by the receipt, who helped my partner and I with our order, was a gracious host and incredibly well-practiced. It was a master class in serving, made effortless by him. He could not have been more accommodating, as we saw him appear inevitably at the exact right moments. Our server offered us bread and oil before the appetizer. The bread here is made fresh daily. It was so soft, I could not tell the difference from store bought. The food was exquisitely well prepared, the chefs and kitchen staff are immensely skilled. The appetizer was presented to us within a relatively short amount of time. We had time for a short discussion before the it arrived. The Tiropita was described as "four pieces of heaven." Accurate. The phyllo was thin and crisp, and the feta was creamy and delicious. I was careful not to bite too hard and ruin my pants. I had the Kotopoulo, which is a feta-brined oven-baked chicken with lemon and herbs served with lemon potatoes. The dish was cooked to perfection. The cooked potatoes were exactly as I like them, soft yet held their shape. It was an excellent meal, if a bit unwieldy (it's like half a rotisserie chicken, basically). My partner had the Hilopites, an egg noodle dish with giant beans, pine nuts, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta, in a creamy, savory sauce that I couldn't begin to describe with mere words. The meals were both stunning, made unclear by my disastrous photography. All that being said, I did not really enjoy my meal as I was expecting. Maybe it's me, maybe it's today, or maybe the flavors simply weren't what I am accustomed to with the dozens of Greek restaurants from my past. I'm uncertain, and that's okay sometimes. Either way, it was a fantastic experience, and I will dine here again.
