Chick-fil-A is not only a great chicken fast food restaurant, but it is also a restaurant that influences society and the community. We stopped by here for a quick snack on our way to the hotel check-in before our big dinner at the casino. I had four chicken tenders. They were delicious and perfectly cooked. Overall, our dining experience was excellent. My tenders were juicy and a little bit crispy on the outside with a great texture and temperature. The food service professionals were exceptional and friendly. The Rohnert Park branch is located in a shopping district. There are many restaurants, retailers, and hotels nearby. I've only eaten at one other Chick-fil-A before and it was nothing like this location. We had family in town and they were craving Chick-fil-A, so we drove out to Rohnert Park for spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and waffle fries. The first thing I noticed was that the interior was incredibly clean. All the chairs were pushed in, tables were all cleared and wiped down. Each table had a little vase with a live sprig of red berries and eucalyptus leaves. You order at the counter, they give you a number, you find a table, and then they deliver your meals to your table. The server was so sweet to ask us if we would like some waters. She returned with large cups of iced waters for us. The feel of this place is nothing like a fast food establishment. There was even a Christmas tree with a big red chair and the tree had the cutest Chick fil-A ornaments. The employees actually chat with you to see if there is anything else they can get you. The sandwiches came hot with lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese and dill pickle chips. They also offer a variety of sauces so we asked for the signature Chick-fil-A, a honey mustard, and ranch. This restaurant was a 180 from the other location I visited. The waffle cut fries were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. Their food and service were nothing like I had expected. We stopped in on a Saturday around 1:30pm. Went through the drive thru one employee took our order (not very friendly) and a different one took our payment. (?) not sure how that worked as the one that was supposed to take our payment never came by....until she did. lol. She was friendlier but still the order and payment process was confusing. As we waited to get to the window another employee brought us our food but we had to wait in line for the other cars ahead of us to get their food. Very awkward. Got our food pretty quick and were on our way. Spicy chicken deluxe was great. Got a medium French fry - was disappointed as it was $3.49 for a small amount. I went to Chick-fil-A not knowing what to expect. The interior was nice, clean, and spacious. I got a spicy deluxe meal which came with the spicy deluxe, fries, and lemonade. As someone who loves lemonade, it was amazing! It was so refreshing and there was plenty of lemon pulp inside which I loved! The fries were good by themsleves, but addicting when dipped into the Chick-fil-A sauce provided! They were cut in a waffle shape which I haven't really seen at any other fast food place so they get extra points for that. Last but not least, the spicy deluxe was good on it's own, but mixing it with the zesty barbecue sauce and herb ranch made it an amazing sensation of flavors exploding in my mouth. Not only was the food good, but the service was good too! We had a guy approach us and made sure everything was fine with our food and that we were having fun. Would HIGHLY recommend! read more

While in the drive through at night, there was two lines and an associate told us we were going to go behind a specific vehicle. A hungry, greedy selfish motorist cut us off and I knew it would mess up the their queue. Maria who served us at the drive through was notified about this matter and she told us it did in fact mess up their queue and the impatient driver was told to go park and wait for their food. I still love me some CFA. The most recent thing I'm doing is placing my order via the app for dine in, when you arrive you just go directly to the table you wish to sit at, enter your table number on the app, and your food is then prepared and delivered to your table. Process is actually quick! I was delivered a dine in order to my table recently, our entire meal was incorrect (except my drinks). I went to speak with the cashier, who made sure we then got our correct meals prepared. We were instructed to keep the wrong meals. Yes, I had to wait for our correct meals to be delivered to our table, but, it wasn't that long of a wait. Shout out to CFA for their great customer service - I was happy they acknowledged their error and corrected it (plus, also basically gave us free meals - the incorrect ones). Chick-Fil-A was just ranked as the number 1 fast food restaurant in the US again with Mcdonalds being on the bottom. Came here over the weekend after years of not dining here. The lines are long for drive through but move relatively quick with a clerk coming up to you to take your order. You drive along and as you are reaching the window, another clerk comes to get your payment and confirm your order. A third clerk will run to your car window with your order all package. Very quick and efficient. I ordered a garden salad, a chicken noodle soup, a fruit cup, spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was delicious and the winner of the day was the chicken noodle soup & chicken tenders! It is so tough to find good chicken tenders as MD, BK, Popeyes and KFC have low quality/dried tenders. These were juicy tenders and tasted real. As real as fast food gets. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but it was so dry. We opened it up to find that there was NO MAYO! We are not sure if we had to request that on the side?! Will find out next time. We had mayo in our fridge and we added it on and it tasted much better! Glad to have come back to try Chick-Fil-A out after all these years and will come back more often. read more

We always have good experience in coming to this particular location. Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food place so we order from here quite a lot. Good portions for a good price. The quality is also rarely below perfection. My favorite is the waffle fries and spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Yum! The curbside is always super quick. I would recommend preordering your food and then just coming and picking it up. The only problem is that sometimes they would forget to give us the straws with our milkshake, but it's not a big deal because we have straws at home. I decided to give the breakfast menu a try. Ordered breakfast sandwiches for dine in. First, we were the only customers in the dining room. The dining room was spotless, like you could eat off the floor. And not only that there were real fresh flowers on each table, maybe 30 tables with fresh flowers. What other fast food restaurant has fresh flowers on the tables these days? Chick-fil-A is in a category of its own. The service was extremely friendly. Really nice counter staff. The food came out hot, and I have to say their sausage egg cheese muffin sandwich was the best fast food breakfast sandwich we ever had. Put the other clowns to shame. The chicken biscuit was dry but the chicken filet itself was moist. Very thick sausage patty on the breakfast sandwich. Very thick scrambled egg. My only reservation was that despite being empty, and only a few cars in the drive-through, it took seven minutes for us to receive our order. It was delivered to the table though. I heard that Popeye's had the best chicken sandwich but they were completely sold out for September. So I ordered a Chick-fil-A deluxe chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. The line was rather long but it moved along. When I got to the window, they offered me a free ice cream. I got home, unwrapped it and the first thing I noticed was it looked very much like the picture. The box kept the sandwich from getting squished. Many other fast food places wrap their sandwiches and scrunch up the bun. A large thick piece of chicken breast with lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, pickles, and a slice of colby jack sandwiched in a soft bun. The chicken was tender and moist with just the right amount of salt. The only thing I wished was the chicken coating was a bit crisper; otherwise it was very good.
