The food is always good at chick fil a, the issue with this particular one on river point is the service and their sense of urgency, or lack of. I work right across the parking lot from them and I stopped ordering from them about 6 months ago because of the time it takes to get your order when you are ordering inside. I figured that if they had staffing issues that they would have been fixed by now. So I decided to buy my crew breakfast. I ordered 8 sandwiches and 8 hash browns and I chicken mini. There was no one in side and only a few cars that had passed through the drive through. After waiting almost 20 minutes. I asked if the forgot about my order. The guy at the counter was very condescending and told me that it was taking so long because it was such a large order. I noticed that there were 4 employees standing around and one working in the dining room, cleaning. One of the other employees said it's Spanish. His order is sitting there waiting to get bagged. The guy replied to her, don't worry I told him it's because it's a big order. When he handed me the order I replied thank you in Spanish and his face looked shocked. When I got back to my work place I noticed they forgot the chicken minis. And the food was not very hot, the tables looked like they needed to be wiped down but the parking lot looks like it was just redone. Over all. Very disappointed with this location. Chicken is dry and the nuggets are like the scrapings from the bottom of the pan. Service is horrible. Drive thru takes so long. I order ahead and doing curbside pick up and that took longer than the drive thru. I had to go inside to get my food after 15mins ugh so frustrating. I had the southwest salad and fries and my son had a side of mac and cheese. Usually you can expect a certain level of service at any chick fil a, but I have noticed on numerous occasions that this location is a complete let down. If you can, I would recommend driving 5 minutes up the road to the Dartmouth location. Avoid the unreliable quality of food, long lines, messed up orders, and the very common "sorry our ice cream machine is down" excuses for laziness. read more

The drive-through line was kind of long, so we thought we would just go in and eat. There was less than 10 people in the whole store and we were 3rd in line. We didn't get waited on for over 10 minutes and didn't get our food for another 15. Over 25 minutes waiting for food in store. The drive through line takes priority here and customers who go inside are treated as second class citizens. Horrible service. The few people in store also had their orders messed up. read more

The workers here never greet you and the drive-through lines are always exceptionally long and nowhere near as efficient as other Chick-fil-A locations. I've experience a few comments that were uncalled for, including today when I believe it was a manager (I'd be able to identify if needed) made a comment after I ordered diet lemonade and they ran out which is understandable, then I asked for regular lemonade which they were out, and again not a problem, but the manager does not need to say "well we close in 4 minutes so yeah we're out." mind you I only responded with the next drink I would like and nothing else. OK, obviously Chick Fil A is the biz. This location however, is great. I'm able to grab chicken minis in the morning through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. I love that they send vouchers for free food in the mail! Please don't stop! I love going in for something and then having a little freebie on the side, like fries. My only complaint is that I asked for honey packets and then was disappointed to not see them in my bag when I drove off. No point in going back. I didn't receive my nuggets that I ordered. I ordered two orders of eight count nuggets and a medium fry, but realized that I only received one of my eight count nuggets. I went right back around through the drive thru to let them know I didn't receive it. I pulled up to the window and the staff member shut the window on me. I was trying to show them I had a chik FIL a bag in my car already and was pointing at it. A staff member came up and I explained to him that I didn't receive one of my nugget orders. He explained to me that there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. Then he asked to see in the bag, so I showed him my bag. He looked inside and noticed the nuggets were missing and said, "Sorry, we can't do anything about it. You should have came earlier." I was in line just before 10:00pm when I ordered my food, which is why they took my order in the first place. So, I paid for nuggets that I didn't receive, even though the staff couldn't do anything about it. I am asking for my money back for the nuggets I didn't receive. This was all handled very poorly. I posted my receipt to show my order. I know you close at 10:00pm, but I was definitely in line before 10:00pm. If you can't take my order, just let me know. I've been to this location multiple times and the service is consistently amazing. To a point where their positive and nice attitudes make me feel uncomfortable. The food is always fresh and hot. The waffle fries always come out crispy. And if you ask nicely, they'll hook you up with a bunch of that Chick-fil-A sauce!
