I love Chik-fil-A so it pains me to write this review. This is the poorest managed Chik-fil-A I have ever visited. They consistently forget items from your order and the staff are very rude (especially shocking at a CFA). I have reported these issues several times through customer service and have not seen any changes. I wish there was another one close to our home, but we are stuck with this as the closest CFA to our home. It's worse than NOT having one nearby. We won't be back. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! I absolutely do, but this is my least favorite, yet closest Chick-fil-A to my house. Each time I come through the drive through, they never give me my drinks with my order for some reason OR something is missing OR I've been charged incorrectly for something. They kind of just hand me the bag and say "have a good day" so I pull off "thinking" I have my completed order. It hasn't failed that my drinks are missing when I pull away and by the time I realize that I don't have them I'm already on the freeway headed home. Or the alternative, I have to pull around to the Walmart parking lot to walk up to ask for my drinks or whatever else is missing from the order (sauces, drinks, etc). Worst Chick Fil A ever. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered. Was told to leave chick fil a and take a right and park. Well. There's no parking. Can't stop in the no parking zone. Proceed to park in the parking spaces behind them. Only place to park. Then watch two other people have to get out and walk up to the window to get their orders. Wait over 5 minutes. Drive back around and walk up to the window. Ask for my order which I watch as it's just sitting there. Ask if they ever planned on bringing it out. I ordered their Chicken Nuggets and the Fish Sandwich Combo. To be totally honest, I really don't see what all the praise is about. Well, besides the Staff, who are very welcoming. The nuggets were flavorful but the Fish Sandwich was dry as a Desert. Fish sandwich came with Bun, Two small pieces of Fish , and 2 pickles. Then they ask, would you like Tartar Sauce. The girl in the drive through told me they would give it to me at the window and when I asked for it at the window they told me no, that they don't do that there. Terrible concept for a Chick Fil A. There's no indoor area, only outdoor seating, which is a ridiculous choice for one of the most humid cities in the country. There's a few tables for outdoor seating, but I barely covers 30 people. I see more people standing in line indoors at other locations than this one could hope to seat. Even worse, it's right off a noisy highway and you can't really talk because it's so loud. There's a double drive thru that seems to move fairly quickly, but I came outside of regular meal hours. The prices on the marquee is NOT what they charge. Last time I was here I argued about the incorrect price and figured they would get it taken care of. Hasn't happened. Expect to pay about 10% more for each item. This has been going on for more than 6 months. I gave them an extra star cuz it's good food anyway. This location is and continues to be deceptive. I plan on reporting them to the chick fila headquarters. Update****4/6/2016- went in today (I told you I like chik fila food) and found the prices at the register were lowered to match the marquee. I LOVE Chik-Fil-A.. and when I say LOVE, I mean I could eat there at least once every day. I don't, but I could. So why only 2 stars? This particular location CANNOT get it right. Out of two breakfast orders, only one was successful, and of ten lunch orders, NOT ONE was correct. Either my unsweet tea with no ice is sweet, they give me the wrong sandwich, or if it's a salad, they give me the wrong dressing and very rarely do I get the pepitas or tortilla strips, which is what makes the Spicy Southwest salad great. Without the right toppings, I might as well have gotten a crappy salad at McDonalds. Their customer service is subpar to the standards set at other locations. Thank you, or my pleasure, or any of the other phrases that makes Chik-Fil-A, well, Chik-Fil-A are few and far between. The staff seems too busy gossiping to pay attention to the customer or apparently their orders. And the order takers need to pay attention. They are BUSY - so busy in fact that they have two drive-throughs - not just two lanes. They will leave a 2 to 3 car gap in the flow of cars to take an order while other cars sit on the feeder road. Move them up--walk with them--and keep the traffic flowing - ESPECIALLY when you realize someone has a larger order. To sum it up.. this location needs to go back to the foundation of Chik-Fil-A. I don't normally write reviews for fast food restaurants, but my experience here on a recent visit warranted it. I was looking for a quick bite to take back to the office and was a little worried initially about going through the drive thru here, after coming several times and sitting outside and seeing so many cars. BUT HAVE NO FEAR, the drive through moves very quickly at this location. The double drive thru is convenient so there are no long lines wrapped down the feeder road, but it's the great, speedy service of their employees that makes the lines go quickly. That means they have many employees inside probably to ensure this can happen. After about 3 minutes, I arrived at the window and they were already handing me my bag of food. How can you get any quicker than that? All they had to do is quickly swipe my card and give a receipt. My typical order is the #1 when I have average hunger and I add an extra sandwich when I am starving. 1 packet of mayo and 2 tubs of bbq sauce please. Thank you come again! read more

This place is AWFUL. Between 11:30am and 2:30pm the line for the drivethru stretches down the block to the intersection. Not only does this disrupt traffic, but cars turning under the overpass are always cutting into the line and almost causing wrecks. There's no traffic control and management won't do anything about it. The drivethru itself is slow as hell. People NEVER know what they want to order and the line gets clogged up with soccer moms ordering for 4+ people. The attendents are always swamped or just plain distracted. I go bat-crazy for some Chick-fil-A and this place really knows how to run a business. They have people available to take your order outside in the blistering heat with menus in hand and a smile on their face. The lines can get pretty busy however the way it is managed in the drive thru is beyond expertise. I always appreciate eating at a spot like this that has such a good vibe with customer service. I have stopped here to eat a few times and my french fries were not fresh, that's the only issue sometimes I have.
