I'm taking off 1 star because as we were ordering the lady said they were out of mac for the night, when they actually weren't out but just waiting for some more to finish cooking. Their mac is literally the only thing my kids eat and they were looking forward to getting some for dinner. So we ordered without mac and they left off our icecream cones so i had to go in to get them. While i'm there i asked a male worker if they had ANY mac, even like the tiniest amount because my toddler was having a fit without his mac. The man said oh sure it was just made. So i told him what the lady said and he apologized and gave me a mac for my son at no cost. I thought this was a very kind gesture and it made mine and my sons night. Being the home of the chicken sandwich and I'm plantbased, their salads are well worth it. They have a great variety of salads like the superfood (kale) Cobb, Southwest, etc. I order my salads without the cheese and that works for me. Their waffles fries are major fresh and delicious. I'm a Chick-fil-a lover. This location has great service and an outstanding staff. The customer service here is astounding. I wish more places treated their guests like actual guests. Bravo! Everything I have ordered from here has been fresh, quick and tasty. Also, my orders have always been accurate. Out if countless trips they forgot a sauce I asked for. Once. Never had any issues with this location other than last night, November 10th. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup with crackers minus the tortillas. I like the soup but not the tortilla strips. I got to the window and there weren't any crackers in my bag, so I asked for crackers and the girl working the window asked, did they not crackers in your bag and I said no, so she asked one of the guys and I heard him say "well I can't help it, she don't get crackers with tortilla soup, it's tortilla soup, so she get tortilla strips". The girl comes back to the window with tortilla strips and I said "I asked for crackers instead". She proceeded to tell the guy and he snatches down a box of crackers and whispered something to her. She gave me three packs of crackers in an apologetic way. However, Customer service is lacking with that guy. That's not the first time he's been rude. I think regardless of what soup we order, if we choose to swap out crackers instead of tortillas then it shouldn't have been a big deal. I typically ordering catering a lot for the company I work for and I am a frequent customer myself, but not any more. I won't be going back any time soon. Especially during the night crew. This location is very slow and does not have the best customer service I have experienced. I have been to this location multiple times and have watched the management single out employees and do not treat them with the respect they deserve. Not sure I will be going back as the last time I visited I was missing an item of my order, which was handled by a manager, and was given attitude by the manager when I asked for this to be fixed. Last two visits in last two weeks and the restaurant is just plain filthy, no clean tables, floor is a mess, condiment area dirty, and lots of employees just standing and sitting around as if nothing needs to be done. Very poor management team that can not see this situation and do something to fix it. We will not be going there again any time soon! read more
