It doesn't matter how long the drive through line is-- they hustle, are always friendly, and the quality is what you'd expect. The go to fast food place for my family! If you don't like this places chicken your crazy. And the waffle fries, amazing. They so many awesome dipping sauces too. This last summer they had a special drink, the peach tea lemonade, so good! I hope they bring it back next summer. And the Spicy chicken bites and sandwich are a must looking for a little kick. I love this place. And don't let the long lines inside or at the drive thru discourage you. Super busy on a Texas Friday night; Football literally outside the window. Don't let the crowds turn you off, they are efficient and will take good care of you. One if my sandwiches was messed up, we ate it anyway and decided to get another with full intention to pay and they gave me a meal on the house. I am evaluating this Chick-fil-A based off of this locations service, food, and prices. I would rate the service of this location as a 10/10, absolutely unmatchable. Every time I come, I am given my food within seconds of sitting at the drive-thru window. I am always greeted and told, "my pleasure." I would give the food the rate of a 10/10 as well. Chick-fil-A is the most delicious food I have ever ate. I love the chicken nuggets, as well as the salad. The food is always fresh and warm. The prices are approximately a 9/10. They only reason I am not rating a 10 is because they could be cheaper, but I would pay for this delicious blessing, although it is a slightly pricey. Overall, I would rate Chick-fil-A a 10/10 due to the fact that this location goes out of it's way to have good service, food, and prices. read more

Worst chick-fil-a that I have been to. The salad had two chunks of core mixed in with the lettuce. I asked to get a kids meal with a plain chicken sandwich in place of the nuggets and they refused even tho I have been allowed to do it at 4 different Chick-fil-a. They told me that other stores might be "trialing" but this store won't do it. I offered to pay the difference for the sandwich to get the kids meal but they refused, instead had me order an adult sandwich mean and then upcharge me for fruit instead of fries. Would never recommend anyone coming here and won't return! We only came here so the kids could play after they ate and the play place was closed the whole time because it was dirty. AVOID! read more

Generally, service is better. i always go through Curbside to pickup my orders. I frequent this location multiple times a week, I and my son both. usually the employees are fast and courteous. Today a d a number of other times in the last several months, Ive been at lunch and had to wait excessively long periods of tome for two drinks, at lunch. there is always a long line that has to circle multiple times waiting for a Curbside parking slot. On one occasion, the woman behind me was honking wildly for me to go when there were cars in front of me waiting as well. she got out of her car and came up and beat on my window and cursed me out for holding up the line ...waiting in front of me. Today...I waited 45 minutes. I circled 8 times in the line, finally had a slot to park in and waited 10 minutes longer...while the people parked next to me got their orders and left. I called out to 3 of the servers walking by me and only until I honked did the 4th employee stop. I showed him my order on my cell phone that it was placed at 12:07 pm. it was 12:49 pm when he went back in the restaurant to check on my order. he came out again and said he couldnt find my drinks. i showed him my order on my phone again, he went in a second time and came out with two drinks with liquid all over them the tops half on and said, "here. sorry 'bout that." and walked back inside. ?????? Something is wrong with this guy and this restaurant when they cant service thei customers properly, pass you by 3 different times when you are calling out to them, go in the restaurant after a customer has waited 45 minutes, and made you wait an additional 10 minutes then says, "here" and leaves. i wont be returning. read more

Perfect first stop for me when heading north and by far one of the cleanest, friendliest Chick-fil-a's ever. Parking lot can be a bit challenging during lunch, but it's a easy on/off from I-35, especially Northbound. Recently added a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom, a bit odd. read more

Drive thru is usually pretty fast and I've never had any wrong order issues. The parking to go inside is a mess and you're better off going thoug the drive thru at lunch. If you park your car and get out, youll be waiting a good 10 minutes before you can back up. read more

Girl taking our order seemed clueless on her job. My wife got a under cooked grilled chicken sandwich. Took under cooked pink chicken sandwich back to clueless girl and asked for a regular chicken sandwich instead. Waited another 10min for the second sandwich to come out then finally went to the front again. Clueless girl seemed to have no recollection of seeing me a third time. Asked about the sandwich and she responded with a confused "oh yeah.." Tells an older lady who gets a pre made one right away and put it on a bag.. And she says the first "sorry".. Great cheap fast food. Just don't go there between 12 and 2 the lunch crowd is out the door!! It's packed!!! Any other time is great to go. The food is great and the staff is great. I didn't even have to get out of my chair to get more to drink.
