Had my food ready before my drink was, the employee carried my food to my table for me, went and got me a high chair without me asking, and the cashier brought the drinks to the table. I never really understood all the hype of Chick-Fil-A. Sure the staff is friendly, but the food is pretty much the same as any other fast food joint. My son and I had dined at Chick-fil-a about 2 months ago and had some of the best service we have ever received at a fast food restaurant. We loved the friendly smiles we received the moment we walked in the door. The workers really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your meal. There were 2 employees in particular that we remembered from that day. Their names were Heather and Daniel. They were both very young and very friendly to everyone in the restaurant. They brought us refills on our drinks and took our empty tray when we were thru. The seating area was always kept clean and there were fresh cut flowers on all the tables. The noise level was very low even thou there were many people dining around us. The food was also very tasty and fresh. 5 stars to the Chick-fil-a on Mills Civic. I had the BEST experience at this Chick-Fil-A today. From the minute we walked in, the employees were very welcoming and energetic. We were not only greeted upon entry but also as we left the restaurant. They took our order and we received our food in no time. When we were half way done with our meal, an employee came up and asked if we could join them for breakfast with a free breakfast item of our choice. THEN a few minutes later we were offered a free small ice cream cup by the manager. During our whole visit, we were asked several times if we needed anything or wanted our drinks topped off. Their food was great and delicious. I had several fast food options and I didn't want to eat McDonald's so I chose this. They had spectacular service their restraint was clean everything was organized. Best restraint bathroom I have seen. They even have wipes. This is a great service. I walked in with my wife and I was greeted by Daniel and Chloe at the register. We walked to the register and were greeted again, which made my wife smile. My wife and I had the chicken sandwich with the amazing waffle fries. The milkshake was outstanding. The food is always delicious, and the fact that the service was great made it even better. My wife and I sat down at a table and Daniel later came to our table and asked, "may I refill your beverage sir?" When Daniel was walking to the register to refill my coke, he saw an elderly woman with a cane and he stopped doing what he was doing and helped the elderly woman. I was very surprised and thankful for his act of kindness to myself and others around me.
